I am disputing a debt being reported and collected by Absolute Resolutions LLC related to an alleged account with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This account is being inaccurately reported across my credit file with inconsistent information. Specifically, the same account number is associated with multiple entries and conflicting balances, which suggests duplicate or misleading reporting. Additionally, the account is being reported with a date opened of XX/XX/year>, which is incorrect, as I did not open any such account at that time. The account is also being reported with ongoing monthly collection activity, which misrepresents the true age and status of the alleged debt. This appears to be improper re-aging and inaccurate reporting in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The account was previously removed and later reinserted without proper notice or verification.…

I am asking you for an investigation of my account under the Title 15 of the United States code and Fair Credit Act ( 15 U.S.C 1681 ), Antitrust Laws ( 15 U.S.C 1 ) and the Security Exchange Act.

I am filing this complaint regarding inaccurate and misleading credit reporting by Absolute Resolutions Investments , LLC related to a debt collection lawsuit they filed against me. The original account was with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and was charged off. The debt was later sold to Absolute Resolutions Investments , LLC, who has now placed the account in collections and filed a lawsuit in XXXX XXXX, Texas ( Cause No. XXXX ). Despite the account being charged off, sold to a third-party debt buyer, and currently in litigation, the company is reporting this account on my credit report as an open account, which falsely suggests that it is an active credit account rather than a charged-off debt in collections. This reporting is misleading, inaccurate, and harmful to my credit standing. The account is not open or active, and I can not use it as a line of credit. It should be reported as a closed, charged-off account in collections, not as an open account.…
I formally dispute your findings and maintain that this account remains unvalidated. You state that there is no requirement to provide validation prior to reporting. However, under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1692g ), a debt collector is required to provide proper validation of a debt upon request, including sufficient documentation to establish that I am legally obligated to pay the alleged debt. Additionally, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ), you are required to report only accurate and verifiable information to consumer reporting agencies. To date, you have failed to provide adequate validation. A generic statement that documents exist or will be provided is not sufficient.…
