Affirm has been harassing me for months even though I am making my payments. I lost a job and had to pause payments for a bit once I restarted paying them. They started harassing me at all hours of the day. They just called me after XXXX and I know it is illegal for them to do so. Also, each time I block a number, they contact me with a different one. So, they are purposely harassing me and trying to psychologically torture me. I will be suing after this report as well!! I sent them an email asking them to no longer contact me and they continue to do so.

'' Upon receiving the item, the accessories included were counterfeit/non-authentic replacements, not the genuine XXXX XXXX accessories that a reasonable consumer would expect based on the listing description. The listing language presented the accessories as an included feature, not as a disclosure that original accessories had been substituted. I filed a dispute with Affirm on the grounds that the item was not as described. Affirm denied my dispute, stating the item was " as described '' accepting the seller 's interpretation that the phrase " replace accessories '' was a disclaimer rather than a product description. This interpretation is unreasonable and prejudicial to the consumer.

Affirm denied my dispute by stating that the order was delivered with proof, even though the proof-of-delivery signature is not mine and I submitted evidence showing that the package was left unattended on my porch despite requiring a signature. This was a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Affirm purchase. I provided documentation showing that the delivery record is defective : the shipment required a signature, the signature on the proof of delivery is forged or unauthorized, and timestamped photo evidence shows the package was left on the porch rather than handed to a signer. Affirm closed the dispute without properly addressing that evidence.

I also did not receive information on the AFFIRM company how they verified the accuracy. I have never communicated with this company in any capacity whatsoever ( credit cards/loans/ agreement, etc. ) or received any correspondence from them.

When the package arrived, it contained items I did not order, along with a packing slip clearly showing another customers name and address. This confirms the merchant shipped the wrong order. I contacted the merchant immediately and received no response. I submitted a dispute to Affirm and provided documentation including : My original order confirmation Photos of the incorrect items received The packing slip showing another customers information Evidence of my communication attempts with the merchant Affirm denied my dispute, stating there was insufficient evidence that the order was incorrect. This conclusion is not reasonable given that the shipment included another customers packing slip, which directly demonstrates merchant fulfillment error.

A required down payment of {$370.00} was paid at the time of the transaction. The loan was issued through Affirms lending partner, XXXX XXXX, as reflected in the Truth in Lending Disclosure provided. Following execution of the agreement, I confirmed the transaction via telephone with Affirm representatives. Affirm maintains that all customer service calls are recorded, and these recordings should reflect that the transaction was verified and authorized. Despite this, Affirm failed to properly process or complete the transaction. The loan remains active within Affirms system and continues to reduce my available purchasing power ; however, the funds were not properly executed for the intended transaction. As a result, I am unable to utilize the approved credit or obtain alternative financing.

I did not authorize these transactions, did not participate in them, and received no benefit. This activity is confirmed in my FTC Identity Theft Report, which I filed under penalty of perjury. Essentially, the company charged me {$1600.00} worth of interest when no math explains that. The rep gave me several explanations, none of which made any sense, and then proceeded to explain the same non-contextual points. They also avoided answering the questions that would've explained the error. It honestly feels like XXXX was handling my case. I'm not trying to get out of the loan. I'm trying to have the interest I was charged corrected. Although, at this point, I think I should also receive some kind of additional credit towards the loan, XXXX % of the remaining balance. I bought a camera with XXXX for {$630.00} paid through affirm and was given 35.97 % interest. I returned the item due to a defect with the camera and was still charged the full interest amount of the camera. I never paid one single payment on this camera because it was returned before the first payment was even due. I returned as soon as I realized there was an issue with it. I contacted them and they wouldnt disclose with me the date they said it was returned but the interest was a daily accruement. Very deceitful company.

I transferred funds from my XXXX checking account to an Affirm money account. That transfer took fours days, when I asked to have it returned I was told that it will take up to five business days to be returned. That is an unreasonably long delay on the part of Affirm. No explanation was given for the extended length of time for an electronic transfer. At the time of this writing it is now up to day three. Companies such as Affirm should not be allowed to inconvenience consumers, while also financially benefiting from a delay in transferring funds. Affirm should be required to make same day electronic transfers, not offer an deliberately ambiguous time frame ( 1 to 5 business days ). Their website also lists my transaction as " pending '', with no further information given. It's not acceptable.
