I am submitting this complaint regarding inaccurate information being reported by SST/Medallia on my credit report. I submitted a direct dispute to XXXX XXXX FCRA XXXX XXXX a ) ( XXXX ), disputing the accuracy and validity of an account that I do not recognize and did not authorize. In my dispute, I requested that the company conduct a reasonable investigation and provide documentation demonstrating both the validity of the account and their authority to report it. Despite this request, XXXX has XXXX to report the account without providing any documentation identifying the original creditor, the underlying obligation, or any signed agreement establishing that I am responsible for the account. Additionally, I have not received any documentation demonstrating their authority to furnish this information to the credit reporting agencies.…

This letter serves as a request for full debt validation pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) 15 U.S.C. 1692g ( b ) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) 15 U.S.C. 1681i. I do not acknowledge this debt as valid. Before any further reporting, collection activity, or communication regarding this account continues, I am requesting that you provide the following : Verification of the debt, including the original signed contract or agreement bearing my signature. The complete payment history and itemized breakdown showing how the alleged balance was calculated. The name, address, and contact information of the original creditor for proper verification.
I have submitted disputes to the company about continuing to re-age the loan that has been charged off. They are conducting illegal practice under the fair credit act. I have reported this to them twice. Once in 2025 and again XXXX of this year and their response was to start over again for XXXX. It was XXXX of XXXX now it's XX/XX/XXXX which is today 's date.
Summary SST Card Services is reporting a XXXX late payment on my Experian credit report for an account ( # XXXX ) that I never applied for, never agreed to, and never received any card, statement, bill, or correspondence for. You can not be late on a payment you never agreed to make. SST does not have my mailing address and has never sent me a single statement or bill. Despite this, SST reported me 30 days past due, damaging my credit score and my ability to operate my small business. I previously disputed this account through XXXX XXXX investigation sided with SST, and my report now states Completed investigation of FCRA dispute consumer disagrees. I do disagree. SST must remove this late payment immediately.…
Systems & Services Technologies Inc. took over a loanI had with XXXX XXXX. The monthly payment is {$260.00}. On XX/XX/year> they withdrew the payment amount twice. I immediately contacted them and forwarded a copy of my bank statement releflecting the duplicate withdrawal. I did not receive the repayment until XX/XX/XXXX. I asked if I could wire the monthly payment as there have been problems in the past. There response was a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX advising me that the recurring ACH payment has been cancelled. What recourse is availlable to me? And am I entitled to a " reverse '' payment penalty for the 10 days I did not have access to my funds? My account number is XXXX and my name is XXXX XXXX. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
Systems & Services Technologies , Inc. ( SST ) continues to furnish a charged-off account to consumer reporting agencies despite admitting it does not own the debt and no longer services the account. In SSTs CFPB response dated XX/XX/year>, SST states that servicing of this account was transferred to XXXX XXXX XXXX effective XX/XX/year>, and that SST has no ownership interest in the account. Despite this, SST continues to report and verify the tradeline to XXXX and XXXX. A non-owner, non-servicing entity lacks first-hand knowledge and authority to verify ongoing balances, account status, or reporting accuracy. Continued furnishing under these circumstances violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act requirement to ensure maximum possible accuracy. Additionally, this same tradeline has already been deleted by XXXX, demonstrating inconsistent reporting across consumer reporting agencies.…
Org Compliant : XXXX I submitted a written request to Systems & Services Technologies , Inc. ( SST ), the servicer of my solar loan, requesting disclosure of the current owner or assignee of the promissory note pursuant to 15 U.S.C. 1641 ( f ) ( 2 ). SST responded on XX/XX/year> by providing debt validation materials, payment history, and a copy of the original loan agreement. However, SST did not identify the current owner of the loan, nor did it state whether the loan has been sold or assigned since origination. Federal law requires a loan servicer, upon written request, to disclose the name and address of the entity that owns the loan. Providing validation documents is not responsive to this requirement. Despite multiple written communications, SST has failed to provide the required ownership disclosure. I am requesting that SST be required to comply with federal law and provide written identification of the current owner or assignee of the promissory note.
The Respondent , Systems & Services Technologies , Inc., is attempting to collect on an alleged account that is the direct result of a coordinated identity theft scheme and does not constitute a valid or enforceable consumer obligation of the Complainant. The Complainant did not authorize the opening of the alleged account, did not receive the benefit of the alleged transaction, and has never acknowledged or ratified the debt. Despite receiving formal notice of identity theft along with supporting documentation in XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, the Respondent has continued collection activity and has relied on inaccurate personal identifiers, internally generated records, and questionable payment history to deny fraud rather than conduct a reasonable investigation as required under federal consumer financial protection laws. The Respondent has failed to substantiate that the Complainant is the true obligor and has instead shifted the burden of proof back to the consumer.…
The sole and only contract I have was signed by me on XX/XX/XXXX. In that agreement my APR is 8.99 %, there is an annual fee of {$300.00} and I was approved for a line of credit for $ XXXX. ( I have a copy of this contract for your review ). I never missed a payment and had outstanding credit at the time I applied. XXXX ceased operations in XX/XX/XXXX and stopped lending altogether. At that tie loan servicing was transferred to Systems & Services Technology ( SST ). They informed me that I now had an interest rate of more than 14 % and my loan had been converted from a line of credit to an installment loan. I began making payments and never questioned it, as I did not realize that SST had completely changed the terms of my agreement.…
I called SST on XX/XX/year> to discuss payment options or potentially lowering my interest rate as I've experienced some financial hardship over the last year. They were unwilling to offer more than a XX/XX/XXXX month delay in payments but when I logged into my account SOMEONE ELSE 'S LOAN INFORMATION POPULATED. Screenshot has been linked below. XX/XX/XXXXXXXX This was a loan I took out with XXXX, who closed and sold my loan to SST. SST has more than doubled my interest rate - and that's whatever, XXXX - but my bigger issue here is that I now have someone else 's name, loan information, home address, car make/model/vin..... this is clearly a breach of personal information. I am concerned that someone else may have access to my personal details. SST suggested that they cancel my account and have me re-register... but I don't see how that will solve the concern here. I have logged into this account numerous times over the years and NEVER seen someone else 's information.…
On XX/XX/year>, I spoke with the companys Title Department and was transferred to XXXX. I was advised that the account is closed and that the XXXX filing should have already been lifted. I was told the person responsible for XXXX filings was out of the office and would return on XX/XX/year>. During this call, I explained that my roof was being replaced and the solar panels would not be reinstalled. XXXX advised that the roofer could dispose of the panels as they saw fit. On XX/XX/year>, I called and spoke with XXXX in the Title Department. She stated my point of contact would be XXXX XXXX, who was in a meeting and would call me back. I again raised the issue of disposing of the panels during roof replacement. XXXX stated she was unsure of the process and asked what XXXX had advised, noting he had more experience. I explained that XXXX stated the panels could be disposed of. Later on XX/XX/XXXX, I spoke with XXXX XXXX in the Title Department.…
SST is falsely reporting on my credit. I have never had any accounts with them. Per my research SST is a debt collector. They are falsely reporting on my credit!! Account number is XXXX is falsely reporting to my credit file and is against my rights and fair credit act. Under XXXX XXXX XXXX - Disclosure of investigation consumer report ; you are in violation.
This is a follow-up to CFPB XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. XXXX continues to falsely report my account as past due despite being on a 1 % APR plan that prohibits late reporting. I have never missed a payment, and my XX/XX/XXXX payment was deposited on XX/XX/XXXX, ahead of the XX/XX/XXXX due date. I then received XXXX more false past due notices dated XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX, even though my account shows the payment posted. This misreporting has continued monthly since your XX/XX/XXXX resolution. Each time, I send proof to their XXXX team and they ignore it. I now experience anxiety every time they send another false notice. This is targeted harassment, and it feels abusive and punitive. It is emotionally and legally damaging. I have uploaded proof : my statement, payment receipt, envelope photo, and formal email notice sent with full documentation and CCd to multiple regulators. This is no longer a clerical error it is willful misconduct and coordinated negligence.
I had an account with XXXX beginning XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX was automatically receiving payments every month from my checking account. I never missed a payment. Apparently XXXX sold their debt to SST sometime in XXXX but I did not receive information about this. In fact, I had spoke to XXXX reps a few times because there was trouble on their end with my account, but nothing was mentioned to me about switching to SST. I then received a phone call from an SST representative in XXXX of XXXX who informed me that XXXX sold their debt. I had no idea. They then told me that I was about to be behind in payment. I explained that I didn't know about the transition and they informed me that if I paid what was due for XXXX that day, they would make sure I didn't receive any credit reports saying that I missed payments. I paid the {$1000.00} in XXXX and I paid the remainder of the account in full in XXXX totaling {$5900.00}.…
I am submitting this complaint regarding XXXX, acting as a collection agency for Marcus, for violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), and applicable Maine consumer protection laws. I am formally requesting deletion of this tradeline from all consumer reporting agencies as the appropriate statutory remedy. XXXX is furnishing an installment account as Collection or Charge-Off, yet the tradeline is internally inconsistent, incomplete, and legally unverifiable. As reported, the account reflects no documented payment history, no recorded late payments, no past-due amount, no last payment date, no closed date, and conflicting account ratings across reporting periods, including No Data Available and Collection or Charge-Off. Despite the absence of any data supporting default or consumer activity, XXXX continues to update the account with recent date of last activity entries in XXXX and XXXX.…

My account was originally serviced by XXXX before being transferred to SST. In early 2025, I noticed a serious discrepancy between my final XXXX statement ( showing a balance around {$4500.00} ) and the significantly higher balance SST began reporting ( nearly {$10000.00} ). I had not made any new draws that could explain an increase of this size. I submitted a written dispute in XX/XX/year>, following the instructions given to me by an SST representative. I did not receive any acknowledgment, investigation results, or documentation from SST. In XX/XX/year>, after discovering late-payment marks on my credit report, I submitted a second written dispute. Again, SST did not acknowledge my dispute, did not provide any investigation results, and did not notify me about the accounts status.…

I am filing a complaint regarding my solar loan serviced by Systems & Services Technologies ( SST ), Loan Account # XXXX. I am attempting to resolve a charged-off personal loan that was originally serviced by XXXX and then transferred to XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ). I recently contacted XXXX to make a settlement offer for less than the full balance, which is standard for charged-off accounts. I have funds available and am trying to resolve the debt in good faith. However, XXXX informed me that the account is in transfer and that they can not accept any settlement amount unless it is the full balance. When I asked who the account is being transferred or assigned to, the representatives repeatedly stated that they do not know and can not provide any information, including the name of the new owner, the effective transfer date, or where written notice will be sent. I was told only to call back in XXXX days, with no details or timeline. Because XXXX refuses to identify the new creditor or collector, I can not proceed with a settlement.…
SST has failed to provide accurate validation, continues to report inconsistent account balances, and is providing contradictory and misleading information in violation of federal and Massachusetts law. Despite multiple written requests and a formal XXXX XXXX demand letter, SST has : 1.Provided an incomplete and inadequate validation package that does NOT explain how payments were applied, justify the high payoff amount, or reconcile discrepancies in balance. 2.Reported inconsistent account balances, including : a current balance around {$4500.00}, but a payoff balance over {$4700.00}, and unexplained daily interest far higher than allowed by the agreement. 3.Failed to account for payment discrepancies, including : multiple payments totaling {$400.00}, but the balance only decreasing by {$63.00}, with no explanation for where the remaining funds went. This raises concerns about phantom interest, improper fee application, or inaccurate ledger practices.…
I originally obtained a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX loan through XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, in the amount of {$4000.00} with an interest rate of 29.79 %. I made consistent payments toward this loan, including a principal payment of {$2500.00}, and ultimately paid off and closed the account. Despite this, the account was later transferred to Systems & Services Technologies , Inc. ( SST ) and reported as an open collection account with a remaining balance of {$930.00} an amount that is inaccurate and does not reconcile with my payment history or the loans closure. On XX/XX/XXXX, I mailed SST a written debt validation request under 15 U.S.C. 1692g ( b ) via certified mail ( tracking no. XXXX ). USPS records show the letter arrived at the XXXX XXXX, MO post office on XX/XX/XXXX, where it remains awaiting pickup. On XX/XX/XXXX, SST responded to my earlier validation request by providing only a copy of the original XXXX loan contract.…
XXXX XXXX, XXXX i called SST ( System & Services Technologies , Inc. ) spoke with XXXX XXXX asking why my principal payment is going down while my interest is going up? Per SST website on my account, the interest is {$3.00} daily, thus {$95.00} a month. In XX/XX/year>, the interest SST recorded was {$130.00} and the principal applied was only {$100.00}. XXXX XXXX assured me someone from the company will call me the following day, XX/XX/year>. To this date, XX/XX/year> NO ONE has called me. The previous month, XX/XX/year>, the interest charged was {$68.00} and the principal was {$170.00}. Would you please help me correct this discrepancy? Thank you!
XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) is reporting a collection account on my credit reports since 2024 even though I have never received any written notice from SST, as required under 15 U.S.C. 1692g ( a ) of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I have never been contacted by SST via mail, phone, or email, and I did not receive any initial validation notice within five days of their first reporting or collection attempt. Despite this, SST continues to verify the account with all three credit bureaus when I dispute it, but they have not provided ANY documentation proving : that the debt belongs to me that they own or are authorized to collect it the original creditor details the date of delinquency the amount or any supporting account records This appears to be an automated e-OSCAR verify response without any real investigation or documentation. Steps I Have Already Taken I have disputed this account multiple times with Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.…
Summary : I am unable to make payment on my account ending in XXXX because SST closed the account and can not tell me who currently owns or services the debt. Despite this, the account continues to be reported as delinquent on my credit report. Details : I have attempted for over a year to repay this loan. SST told me months ago that the account was closed and that it would be transferred to collections. However, 409 days have passed and no collection agency has contacted me. When I called SST again, they told me : They can not reopen the account They can not accept payment They do not know who owns the debt They do not know which collection agency, if any, has the account Because of this, I have no way to bring the account current. Despite being unable to accept payment or confirm ownership, SST continues to furnish delinquent information to the credit bureaus.…
Upon reviewing my credit report, I noticed an inconsistence with XXXX and XXXX reporting payment history for SST/ XXXX that I believe is inaccurate even though the account is closed. I maintained on-time payments and do not have documentation showing that this payment was legitimately XXXX days late. Account was closed XX/XX/2022.
In XX/XX/XXXX, I noticed an account from a company listed as SST was reported on my credit file as in collections with a balance of approximately {$1700.00}. I do not recognize this account, and I never opened or authorized it. I was never contacted by this company before they reported it. I did not receive any letters, billing statements, or debt-validation information prior to the negative reporting. The account shows late payments beginning in XXXX, but I was unaware of this debt and did not receive any communication during that period. I attempted to dispute the account through the XXXX XXXX XXXX, but the furnisher did not provide any documentation proving that I opened or used this account. The account remains on my credit file as derogatory and is negatively affecting my credit. I am requesting that the company provide documentation showing that I opened this account and am responsible for the debt.…
My account with SST was paid off in full more than two weeks ago, and I am owed a {$3000.00} savings account balance. On XX/XX/year>, SSTs online portal finally showed a link to request the transfer of those funds. I submitted the request on XX/XX/XXXX and again on XX/XX/year>, but as of today, the funds have still not been deposited into my checking account. There has been no communication or explanation from SST about the delay, even though the account is fully paid and I have repeatedly requested the release. The continued withholding of these funds is unreasonable and appears to violate fair account servicing and release procedures.
This is a follow-up complaint regarding Systems & Services Technologies , Inc. ( SST ) and the alleged XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account originally associated with XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I do not recognize or recall authorizing this account, and I have never received any funds, loan disbursement, or valid notice of transfer. SST reported the account as charged off with a balance of approximately {$1900.00}, which I dispute as inaccurate. On XX/XX/2025, I filed a complaint asking SST to validate the alleged debt and provide documentation. Their response included a generic contract that did not contain any identity verification, proof of loan funding, or delivery confirmation of account notices. This response does not satisfy validation requirements under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA 623 ( b ) ) or Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1692g ( b ) ).…
My account with SST was fully paid off over two weeks ago, yet the company has failed to release my {$3000.00} savings account that was being held as collateral. There are no remaining balances or obligations on the account. I have contacted SST and sent a formal written request for the funds to be released, but I have received no response or explanation for the delay. This failure to release funds in a timely manner is unreasonable and has caused unnecessary financial hardship. I believe SST is mishandling my account and violating fair account management standards by withholding my money after the account was settled in full.
