Vehicle loan or lease· Incorrect information on your reportCO

Bridgecrest 's system has an error where accounts nearing their date of maturity automatically flag as past due. My accounts date of origination is XX/XX/XXXX. From that moment up until XX/XX/XXXX, my account was on auto pay. On the XXXX of every month, Bridgecrest automatically withdrew {$260.00} dollars from my checking account. My personal financial records reflect this. Bridgecrest 's company records reflect this. On XX/XX/XXXX, I checked my mailbox to discover a piece of mail from Bridgecrest dated XX/XX/XXXX and titled " NOTICE OF RIGHT TO CURE DEFAULT. '' I immediately called the number in the top right corner of the letter and was connected with an agent, who let me know about the false past due notice issue. He submitted my account to Payments Research and warned me that if they werent able to rectify by XX/XX/XXXX there would be a strike against my credit that they would then fix.

I have a loan with BridgeCrest and I had a job loss. I communicated with them and they let me know that there was a scheduled payment that I was unaware of. They asked me if I want to cancel it and I confirmed with them. Yes I would like to please have that canceled. My account was overdrawn as they continued to take a payment without my authorization and I have screenshots and proof where I confirmed to please cancel my payment. They refuse to return the money and they claim they have no ability to stop it. I spoke with the bank and the bank said they absolutely have the ability and only they can stop it.

I voluntarily had my car repossessed, knowing there would be an amount Id eventually owe. I started receiving texts about this on XX/XX/year>. I called on Thursday, XX/XX/year>, at XXXXXXXX XXXX to discuss my options for paying back the debt of {$14000.00}. During the call, the representative mentioned that if I paid the debt back in semi-monthly payments, I would receive a 55 % discount, bringing the balance down to {$6300.00} with a reasonable payment plan. Once I agreed to this arrangement, I asked for documentation outlining the new terms, including the amount due, payment deadlines, and payment amounts. The representative told me that they dont provide that information and that I would receive an email after I set up auto pay. I insisted on getting something in writing because I wanted to pay the debt, but they were preventing me from moving forward. The representative then warned me that it would be reported as a non-payment on my credit report.

I am submitting a new complaint regarding Bridgecrest Credit Company , LLC due to failure to provide requested documentation and continued collection activity. I previously requested a complete contract file and documentation supporting all charges included in my account. To date, I have not received sufficient documentation verifying authorization of charges or a full breakdown of the account balance. Despite this, I am being threatened with repossession. The lack of documentation supporting the balance raises serious concerns regarding the accuracy and validity of the account. I am requesting immediate production of all requested records and review of this account before any further collection or repossession actions are taken.

I purchased a vehicle from XXXX approximately one month ago after multiple visits to the dealership. I traveled over an hour and a half on three separate occasions because I was consistently told by the salesperson that the vehicle was priced at approximately XXXX dollars and that my payments would be XXXX dollars per month. During the sales process, I was instructed not to worry about reviewing the paperwork and was told to simply click through and sign. I relied on those statements. At no point during any conversation was I told that the payments would be biweekly. The word biweekly was never used or explained. My co-signer was present during the transaction and can confirm that we were only told the payments would be XXXX dollars per month. We both relied on that representation in agreeing to move forward.

I am filing a complaint regarding my auto loan account with Bridgecrest ( account number : XXXX ). The vehicle associated with this account developed serious mechanical issues and had multiple recalls, which ultimately made the vehicle undriveable. I attempted to communicate these issues and seek a resolution ; however, many calls went unanswered, and my concerns were not properly addressed. Despite the condition of the vehicle, the account proceeded to repossession. I was not provided with clear or adequate communication regarding the repossession process, including notice of sale or details about how the vehicle would be sold. Following the reposession, the account balance changed significantly from approximately {$28000.00} to {$10000.00}. Re : Dispute of Inaccurate Information Account # [ XXXX ] Bridgecrest To Whom It May Concern : I am writing to dispute multiple inaccuracies appearing on my XXXX credit report regarding the above-referenced Bridgecrest auto loan account ( Account Number : XXXX ). I request that you investigate these errors and correct or delete the inaccurate information pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq. SPECIFIC ERRORS IDENTIFIED : 1. Erroneous Payment History Coding The payment history incorrectly reports " R '' ( Repossession ) status for XXXX consecutive months from XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX. Once a vehicle is repossessed and the account charged off, continuing to report monthly repossession codes is factually impossible and misleading. I purchased a vehicle on XX/XX/year>, through Bridgecrest. By XX/XX/year>, the car became completely undriveable. I had to pay {$200.00} in towing fees just to get it to a mechanic within the warranty network. I have been in contact multiple times with the dealership that sold me the car and with Bridgecrest regarding this issue. I requested to return the car and have the loan removed so I could obtain a working vehicle. These requests were denied, and I was told that surrendering the car would count as a voluntary repossession and result in a charge-off on my credit, despite the fact that the car is undriveable and not in my possession. I was also informed that it could possibly take up to XXXX weeks for the car to be fixed, even if everything goes perfectly, and that there is no guarantee the warranty claim will be approved. The warranty offers rental reimbursement of only {$300.00}, which will not even cover a single week of a rental car, leaving me without transportation.

A vehicle I was lawfully in possession of was repossessed by a contractor acting on behalf of Bridgecrest Credit Company even though Bridgecrest did not have a valid lien or legal right to repossess the vehicle. Despite this, a repossession company acting on instructions connected to Bridgecrest removed the vehicle from a gated residential parking garage without notice in the morning hours on or about XXXX/26. The vehicle was held for more than five days before it was ultimately released. During that time I was deprived of the use of the vehicle and had to limit normal travel and activities, which included instances where I could have been attending to income-producing tasks. Issue : Bridgecrest is refusing to post a payment that my bank confirms they received. Details : On XX/XX/year>, I made a {$400.00} payment to Bridgecrest. My bank has confirmed that the payment fully settled and the funds were received by Bridgecrests payment processor. I have provided Bridgecrest with bank statements showing the transaction cleared, including the settlement confirmation. Despite this, Bridgecrest continues to claim they do not have the money and repeatedly instructs me to contact my bank. My bank has already verified that the funds left my account and were accepted by the merchant. This is an internal posting error on Bridgecrests side, not a missing payment.
