I am filing a complaint regarding a collection account being reported on my credit report by XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/year>, I formally disputed this account and requested validation of the alleged debt, including an itemized bill and proof that the debt belongs to me. I provided the account/reference number in my communication. I never received any response, documentation, or validation from the company. Despite this, the dispute was marked as resolved on XX/XX/year>, only three days later, which strongly suggests that no proper investigation was conducted. Additionally, the account was updated again on XX/XX/year>, while still remaining unverified. I do not recognize this debt and have not been provided any proof that it is valid or belongs to me. The company has failed to comply with my request for validation and continues to report this account to the credit bureaus without providing proper documentation.…

I keep receiving phone calls and voicemails from ASSETCARE LLC regarding a medical debt they claim that I owe from XXXX. The XXXX of limitations for medical debt in Pennsylvania is XXXX years. They said they bought the debt from a hospital. I denied ownership of debt because I do not owe anything as I had state funded insurance at the time and requested proof of debt to be mailed to me and they hung up. The very next day it was on my credit report as collections. To me that seems retaliatory seeing as I never recieved anything in the mail and just XXXX phone call. They called a few days later and once again I requested proof of debt and they hung up again. I called back and told them to cease all communication with me. Now, even though I blocked their number they keep calling and leaving voicemails.
