On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX collected the XXXX balance in full ( account ending in * XXXX, amount {$370.00} ). My XXXX report shows the account as XXXX, with a last payment date of XX/XX/XXXX. Despite the balance being satisfied through the collection agency, XXXX later accepted an additional payment of {$410.00} on XX/XX/XXXX, confirmation number XXXX. This means XXXX processed a payment after the debt had already been collected and closed. This also indicates that XXXX did not update their internal records before or after assignment, and XXXX XXXX XXXX not have communicated the paid status back to XXXX. As a result, the payment history between XXXX and Credit Collections is inconsistent, contradictory, and can not be verified as accurate. I am writing to formally request debt validation for a collection account mentioned in a letter I recently received. Under my rights through the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), I ask that your office provide clear proof that the debt is valid. This should include the name of the original creditor, the amount owed, a full payment record, and proof that I am responsible for this debt. I am making this request to ensure the information being reported is accurate and not the result of a mistake, fraud, or confusion. While waiting for proper validation, I ask that you pause all collection activity and reporting related to this account, as allowed by law.

I am filing this complaint regarding a collection account being reported on my credit reports by XXXX and XXXX. The account, associated with XXXX ( Account Number : XXXX ), reflects a balance of {$630.00} and is currently reported as a collection/charge-off. I dispute the accuracy and completeness of this account. The reporting of this account appears to be incomplete, as it reflects No History Available, yet continues to report a derogatory status. This raises concerns regarding whether a proper and reasonable investigation has been conducted and whether the information being furnished meets the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) requirement for maximum possible accuracy. At this time, I have not been provided with sufficient documentation to validate this debt, including a complete account history, proof of obligation, or verification of the reporting partys authority to collect.…
In XX/XX/XXXX, my vehicle was broken into and I filed a claim with XXXX XXXX. My assigned claims representative was completely unresponsive failing to return calls or follow up on my claim, or assist with coordination of repairs or reimbursement. Due to this mishandling, I called XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX to cancel my policy. Despite my XX/XX/XXXX cancellation, XXXX attempted to collect a premium payment in XX/XX/XXXX. When that failed, they issued a non-payment cancellation notice in XX/XX/XXXX XXXX months after I had already cancelled. They then sent this invalid {$220.00} balance to Credit Collections. Credit Collections has reported this account on my credit report since XX/XX/XXXX, last updated XX/XX/XXXX. I have previously disputed this with the credit bureaus but it remains open. This debt is not valid as I cancelled the policy before any non-payment occurred. I am requesting removal of this account from all three credit reports immediately.
I recently received a derogatory remark on my XXXX credit report stating that I owed XXXX dollars to XXXX XXXX that was never paid I called the collection agency and they told me that it was in XXXX and that the collection agency had tried to call me XXXX times. I am disputing a {$520.00} debt that is currently being reported on my credit file and has not been properly validated. Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, specifically 15 U.S.C. 1692g, I requested validation of this alleged debt ; however, the company has failed to provide sufficient documentation proving that I am legally obligated to pay it. Additionally, under 15 U.S.C. 1681b of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, a company must have a permissible purpose to furnish information to the credit bureaus. In the absence of proper validation, I question the legality of this account being reported on my credit report. Furthermore, under 15 U.S.C. 1692c, I have requested that the company limit or cease communication, yet I remain concerned about improper collection activity. This failure to validate and continued reporting of potentially inaccurate information is negatively impacting my credit profile.…

I am writing in reference to the alleged balance of {$430.00} reported by XXXX XXXX and your office, Credit Collection Services. I am formally disputing this debt because it is not accurate. I contacted XXXX XXXX by phone and requested that my policy be canceled effective for XXXX and XXXX. I was told the policy would be canceled.
