A collection account reported by Central Portfolio Control Inc. on behalf of Texas XXXX XXXX XXXX appeared on my credit report in the amount of {$1000.00}. I have absolutely no knowledge of this alleged debt and never received any initial notice or communication from this company before the account was placed on my credit report. Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, consumers are required to receive an initial written notice of the debt and their right to dispute it. This never occurred in my case. I have repeatedly requested proper validation of this alleged debt, including documentation proving that I owe the debt, the original agreement for the services, and a detailed itemization of the balance. My requests have been ignored for more than 60 days. Despite my disputes, the company continues to report the account to the credit bureaus without providing any documentation verifying the debt. I have attached copies of my disputes and supporting documentation.

After the first incident with XXXX XXXX XXXX I paid out of ignorance thinking that this maybe how the clinic is now doing business, but after XXXX XXXX XXXX called requesting the same debt. I figured something was up, but I paid anyway in case I was missing something. I called the clinic afterward and they told me there was never any debt and nothing was ever sent to collections. They would send a bill in the mail first if there was a debt before sending anything to collections. I always pay my bills on time everytime. I was angry at this point because whomever sent these companies information about me gave them false information because it didn't come from the clinic and I want my money back. I have contacted a lawyer as well as major news networks to get this information out to the public.

I called several times to identify myself. Then I ask what's this debt collection for and who do I owe? They hang up never resolving the issue. No information just you owe a debt. I've been trying to get answers for years now and it's effectively hurting my credit. I don't know the bill never had a bill owed in that denomination. When I disputed it first they couldn't provide any information. But a few months later they popped on my credit report again still not providing any information to me. They say I owe, but who and can we provide information? They are a scam company that got credited for work not done. They need to be stopped!
