I paid off my Milestone Credit Card on XX/XX/year> and I over paid by {$350.00} and so I called and they acknowledged the over payment and said they would send me a check within 4 days. A week later still did note receive the check so I called back on the XXXX and they now said it takes XXXX! days to process and 45 days to send the check. This is unacceptable as they electronically took the payment from my bank account, they should electronically reverse the payment. They also are not paying any interest on the funds, even though it will take up to 2 months. This is unacceptable.

The most upsetting part of this entire situation is how I discovered that XXXX XXXX XXXX had continued charging my credit card after I had already requested that my policy be cancelled. Several months after my cancellation request in XXXXXX/XX/XXXX, I attempted to use my credit card to pay for my daughters XXXX. As any parent can understand, medical situations involving your child are already stressful and emotional. At that moment, the last thing I expected was to encounter a financial issue related to a service I believed had already been cancelled. To my shock and embarrassment, my credit card was declined when I attempted to make the payment. I was immediately confused because I had not anticipated any issues with my card. As a parent trying to handle an important medical expense for my child, this was an extremely stressful and upsetting experience.

XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, VA XXXX XXXX Concora Credit XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NC XXXX Attn : Compliance / Customer Relations To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally dispute the continued assessment of fees and to demand corrective action regarding my Concora Credit account ( account ending in XXXX ). On XX/XX/year>, this account was paid in full in the amount of {$1200.00}. At that time, I explicitly requested that the account be closed. Despite this request, the account was not closed as instructed. I have since made multiple additional requests to have the account closed, all of which have gone unfulfilled. As a direct result of Concora Credits failure to close the account per my request, fees have continued to be assessed improperly. These charges are not the result of consumer inaction, but rather the failure of your organization to execute a clear and documented closure request.

I recieved a credit card offer in my email for an indigo mastercard through concora credit and it said no fees for the first year and it didnt state what the fees were for the following years. After applying and receiving the credit card. I got a statement saying I had a {$250.00} balance for fees. I tried contacting them a couple times and finally reached someone now that I owe XXXX plus a late fee even though I havent made a single charge. I told them {$250.00} is ridiculous and the 2nd year is even worse. They lied and said it was only {$99.00} for the 2nd year when its actually $ XXXX {$99.00} for the second year. Right before this it says that I can reject the plan if no charges have been made and no fees have been paid. They refuse to take off the fees and cancel the card.

I am filing a complaint against Concora Credit regarding my Destiny Mastercard account. I believe the terms and structure of this account are predatory. I have a credit account and am required to make minimum payments of {$40.00} per month. However, I am being charged a {$9.00} monthly fee along with approximately {$10.00} to {$11.00} in interest each billing cycle. As a result, a significant portion of my payment is applied toward fees and interest rather than reducing the principal balance. For example, in a recent billing cycle I was charged a {$9.00} monthly fee and {$10.00} in interest while making a {$40.00} payment, which results in little to no meaningful reduction of my balance. Based on my income, this structure creates a financial burden and contributes to a cycle of debt. I pay approximately {$2000.00} per month in living expenses, and the current terms make it difficult to manage this account responsibly.

I am filing a complaint against Concora Credit regarding my Indigo Mastercard account. I believe the terms and structure of this account are predatory. I have a credit limit of approximately {$500.00} and am required to make minimum payments of {$40.00} per month. However, I am being charged approximately {$14.00} in interest each billing cycle, and a significant portion of my payment is applied toward interest rather than reducing the principal balance. As a result, instead of paying off a {$500.00} balance, I would be required to pay approximately {$580.00} due to interest charges. This makes it difficult to make meaningful progress on the account, even when making payments. Based on my income, this structure creates a financial burden and contributes to a cycle of debt. I pay approximately {$2000.00} per month in living expenses, and the current terms make it difficult to manage this account responsibly.

I had a Destiny credit card ( XXXX ) for XXXX years to help rebuild my credit. It was for the bulk of that time a yearly fee but my credit improved and then they started charging not only a yearly fee but added a monthly fee. In XXXX I requested they close my account and refund me the yearly fee as a check for the next year which had already been charged. The closed the account and did refund the amount but to the closed account. I sent a new letter in XX/XX/year> asking again for a check to be issued, no response. XXXX I sent an email to customer service stating again the check wanted for the credit, no response. As of today XX/XX/year> they have wiped that account clean and zeroed it out without issuing me the requested check. In addition to that they have flipped another account to the same yearly and monthly fees which again I will need to close because I have no need to be paying for a card now that my credit is up.

I had a recommendation from XXXX XXXX about this Indigo Mastercard. The advertisement that Indigo ( Concora Credit ) had touted a " large '' credit limit, which is the only reason I applied for it. I was approved instantly, but no terms were given. I didn't know the amount or fees associated with it. When I finally received the card with limit and fees information ( that should've been given during the time of the application ), I called them and told them I didn't want the card and that they should give people the information up front so that people can make informed decisions about whether or not to apply. I would not have applied if I knew it would be a {$500.00} card with a {$120.00} annual fee. I never activated the card, and it showed up on my credit report. When I spoke with them, they told me they would take care of it. Then, they closed the account that should have never been opened with deceptive practices and it now looks like I closed an account, dropping my credit score.

So, I recently opened a credit card with Concora Credit Indigo about 3 months ago. For the first month I paid my credit on time, and the credit reset the next day almost immediately. The past two months I have been either paying on time or paying earlier. So, I'm essentially never late on payment. However, I have been put at credit holds for the past two months and I can't seem to get an explanation why. Every time I call customer service and ask why that keeps happening, they just tell me about the date in which the hold be released. One month it was the XXXX and now this month I'm on credit hold till the XXXX. They also they have to do this in order to verify the funds. The funny thing is the credit would reset after I pay and it says XXXX available but then it gets taken away. They offer me no reason as to why this is happening so I can avoid these situations in the future. They essentially take my money and keep on hold for essentially two weeks.
