On XX/XX/year>, my vehicle was a total loss. I have a GAP waiver ( Contract # XXXX ) that should have covered the {$16000.00} deficiency balance. However, the administrator, XXXX XXXX, issued a denial on XX/XX/year>, alleging " Commercial Use '' of the vehicle. This denial is factually incorrect. My official Florida Vehicle Registration ( attached ) explicitly classifies the vehicle use as " PRIVATE. '' I have provided this evidence to the company, but Credit Acceptance continues to report this inaccurate balance as a delinquency on my credit report. I have opened a formal investigation with the Florida XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Case # XXXX ) regarding this bad-faith denial. Credit Acceptance is reporting a debt that is not legally owed based on the terms of the GAP contract and my actual vehicle registration. I am requesting that Credit Acceptance cease negative reporting and update the account to reflect the pending insurance correction.

She has let the car get behind XXXX months in payments has already had the car reposessed and has destroyed my credit in the process. I have paid to bring the account current and am making payments without the use of the car. She has let the insurance lapse and that has now put the account in a poaition where it could potentially break contract. Without being the primary drive or have use of the car i can not get insurance on the car but they will not work with me. They only allpw me to make payments. I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The vehicle was advertised for {$5900.00}, and I paid a {$2600.00} down payment using my debit card which the dealership required an additional {$100.00} fee to use my card instead of cash. These products were never explained, and my electronic signature and initials were used on documents I was never shown. I am submitting this complaint regarding serious inaccuracies and accounting irregularities on my auto loan with Credit Acceptance Corporation, as well as Credit Acceptances repeated failure to respond to my written requests for information and dispute notices. My loan is disclosed as a simpleinterest auto loan under a Retail Installment Contract dated XX/XX/XXXX. However, the transaction history and account statements provided by Credit Acceptance demonstrate unexplained and inconsistent interest charges, irregular payment application, escalating pastdue balances despite ongoing payments, and failure to credit required refunds. Incorrect Interest Calculations Interest charges fluctuate significantly without corresponding changes in principal balance or payment timing. In some periods, interest accrual exceeds what is mathematically possible under a properly applied simpleinterest method.

In XX/XX/XXXX, I financed the purchase of a XXXX XXXX XXXX with XXXX miles through Credit Acceptance Corporation. The amount financed was {$21000.00} at an interest rate of 23.99 % APR, with a monthly payment of {$580.00} over a 69-month term. I believe this loan is predatory for the following reasons : 1. The interest rate of 23.99 % APR is far above the national average for used auto loans, which typically ranges between 711 %. 2. The vehicle had over XXXX miles at the time of purchase, making the financed amount of {$21000.00} disproportionate to the vehicle 's actual value and long-term reliability. 3. Despite making monthly payments of {$580.00} since XX/XX/XXXX, my remaining balance is approximately {$19000.00} {$20000.00}. After more than a year of payments totaling over {$9000.00}, very little has been applied to the principal. The majority of each payment is being absorbed by interest. 4.

I am filing a complaint regarding a fraudulent auto loan opened in my name. " The lender closed the fraud investigation without ever contacting me and relied solely on the dealership. This is not a reasonable investigation. I have evidence including recorded conversations and proof of false application data that were not reviewed. '' Additionally, I have email evidence from the dealership showing that I was sent a generic document link and instructed to sign without explanation. The email does not clearly disclose that I was entering into a financial loan agreement or assuming liability. This supports my claim that I was misled and did not provide informed consent. I relied on the dealerships statements that I would not be responsible and that this would not affect my credit. Furthermore, the loan application contains false employment and income information that I did not provide, which raises serious concerns about how this loan was approved.

I am submitting this complaint regarding Credit Acceptance and their handling of my account, as well as the inaccurate reporting of that account to the credit bureaus. The account in question was closed in XX/XX/XXXX. However, in XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX accepted funds on this same account despite its closed status. This raises serious concerns regarding both the legitimacy of accepting payments on a closed account and the accuracy of how this account is being reported. Additionally, my credit report previously reflected that this account was closed as of XX/XX/XXXX. It has now been updated to show a closure date of XX/XX/XXXX, which is inconsistent and misleading. This discrepancy suggests that the account information being furnished is inaccurate and not in compliance with fair credit reporting standards. I feel deeply wronged by the credit acceptance with whom I leased my vehicle from. From the start they ignored my legitimate concerns and failed to take reasonable action to resolve problems, leaving me stranded while charges and notices piled up. Their neglect forced me into a position where I could no longer keep up with billing for services I never received, and now they act as if I alone am at fault and owe them money. Their indifference and lack of accountability have been both unfair and damaging, and its painful to be treated with such disregard after trusting them.
