I am disputing an inaccurate debt related to XXXX XXXX. In XX/XX/year>, I initiated an account setup but canceled before installation. No service was ever installed, activated, or used, and I never received any equipment. Despite this, XXXX billed the account and sent it to collections ( Credit Control , LLC ). This issue has already been disputed and removed once before, but it has reappeared again, indicating a recurring error. I contacted XXXX multiple times, and representatives provided inconsistent information about installation dates, could not provide any billing breakdown, usage data, or proof of installation, and repeatedly transferred me without resolving the issue. XXXX has not provided any documentation proving that service was ever installed or used.

I am disputing because this debt is being recycled to bypass my rights. I have previously notified the debt owner ( XXXX XXXX ) that I am judgment proof ( unemployed, no assets ) and have invoked my Cease and Desist rights under the FDCPA and California Rosenthal Act ( see Complaint ID XXXX ). Transferring the debt to Credit Control LLC after already disputing harassment for the previous two collectors for XXXX XXXX is a bad-faith tactic to restart the daily harassment I previously experienced via debt recycling. I demand XXXX XXXX XXXX and their associated cease all contact immediately.

The tradeline is materially incomplete and fails to meet the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1681e ( b ) and 1681i ) requirement for maximum possible accuracy. Critical required data fieldsincluding account type, amount past due, and credit limitare listed as Not Reported, yet the account is still marked derogatory. I am submitting this response to the statement provided by Credit Control in connection with my original complaint. Credit Control asserts that it can not respond due to a lack of personally identifiable information ( PII ), specifically citing the absence of my date of birth and full address. This position is legally untenable and directly contradicts their ongoing collection activity. Credit Control has already initiated collection efforts against me and has sent correspondence regarding this alleged debt. In my original complaint, I provided copies of the exact documents Credit Control sent to medocuments which clearly demonstrate that the company has already associated me with the account for the purpose of collection. If Credit Control genuinely lacks sufficient identifying information to verify my identity, then its collection activity itself is called into question.
