I am filing this complaint regarding my Credit Karma Spend account. On or about XX/XX/2026, multiple unauthorized transactions were made on my account from merchants including XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and others. I immediately disputed these charges, and on [ INSERT DATE NOTIFIED, e.g., XX/XX/2026 ], XXXX of these transactions totaling approximately {$1200.00} were approved for refund. Shortly after the disputes were approved, my account was closed by the fraud department on a so-called risk-based decision. Because the account is closed, there is currently no active account for the approved refunds to be deposited, and the fraud department provided conflicting information regarding how I will receive my money. I have been informed that any remaining funds will be sent via cashiers check in XXXX business days, but my current mailing address on file is incorrect, and I am concerned that the funds could be lost or delayed.

I am submitting this statement regarding the recent closure of my CREDIT KARMA CHECKING and/or spending account, as well as the unresolved unauthorized transactions on my account. After identifying multiple unauthorized charges beginning on or about XX/XX/year>, from merchants including XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX etc, I acted promptly to protect my account by reporting the activity and initiating disputes. These transactions were not authorized by me, and I did not benefit from them in any way. Shortly after disputing these fraudulent transactions, my account was closed. I am concerned that my account may have been closed as a result of my efforts to report and resolve unauthorized activity as I was told this by and agent that due to my dispute I am high risk. I am requesting a clear explanation for the account closure, including whether it was related to the disputes I filed. I also respectfully request that this decision be reviewed.

Just for them to transfer me to another specialist that can help. I have spent over 3 hours online chatting today alone and spoke with 8 different specialist or supervisor 's just to be transferred again for them to tell me there is nothing they can do, let me transfer. I am missing out on work and making money. They keep saying I understand what you are going through. DO YOU??? ARE YOU MISSING WORK TO FIGHT TO GET YOUR OWN MONEY??? ARE YOU LOOSING MONEY TALKING TO ME??? Then they wanted me on the last chat to transfer my funds to a 3rd party for me to access my funds.

I am filing a complaint regarding mishandling of my federal tax refund by Credit Karma Money. The Internal Revenue Service ( IRS ) issued my XXXX tax refund via direct deposit on XX/XX/XXXX, to my Credit Karma Money account. This account had already been closed in XXXX. Instead of rejecting and returning the funds to the IRS, Credit Karma states that they issued a paper check to an old address that is no longer valid, as I moved in XX/XX/XXXX. I am filing this complaint because my Credit Karma Money account has been frozen for 7 days and I have been unable to access my funds. I was not given any meaningful explanation for the restriction. I have attempted multiple times to contact Credit Karma customer support regarding this issue. Each time, a case has been created but no one has responded or resolved the issue. My funds are currently being held in this account and I rely on access to them for everyday expenses such as transportation and basic living costs. Credit Karma has effectively blocked access to my own money without providing a clear explanation, timeline, or resolution. Customer support has not been able to assist me, and my inquiries have gone unanswered. I believe it is unreasonable and potentially unlawful for a financial service provider to restrict access to a consumers funds without timely communication or resolution. I am requesting immediate regulatory assistance to resolve this matter.
