I am filing this complaint regarding a collection account reported by Credit Systems International for {$560.00} under account number XXXX ( CR SYST INTR ). I dispute this account and do not recall receiving the required written notice before it was placed on my credit report. Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1692g ), a consumer must receive written notice of a debt and their validation rights shortly after the initial communication. I have requested proper validation of this alleged debt at least three separate times, and it has now been well over 60 days without receiving the documentation required to verify the debt. Instead of providing proper validation, the company sent an invoice, which does not constitute validation of a debt. It is 2026, and consumers have access to the law and publicly available information about what proper validation requires.

I never received any written notice from Credit Systems International before this collection account was placed on my credit report. I had no prior knowledge of this alleged debt. I do not recognize this account. I was never provided a dunning letter, notice of rights, or an opportunity to dispute the debt before it was furnished to the credit bureaus. This is a direct violation of FDCPA 1692g ( a ), which requires a debt collector to send written notice within five days of initial communication. Instead of written notice, I have received excessive collection calls. Repeated telephone contact without providing written validation constitutes harassment and unfair collection practices under FDCPA 1692d and 1692f. Upon discovering this account on my credit report, I requested proper validation. To date, no lawful validation has been provided. Proper validation requires more than a balance statement or internal notes.
