I am disputing an alleged debt being collected by Diversified Adjustment Service , Inc. on behalf of XXXX XXXX. I have never opened, authorized, or used any account with XXXX XXXX, and I do not recognize this debt. I believe this may be the result of identity theft or incorrect information being attributed to me. I previously contacted the company and requested full validation of the alleged debt, including a signed contract, complete account details, billing history, and proof of identity verification. The company failed to provide this information. Instead, they provided inconsistent and inaccurate information. In one communication, they stated that the last payment on the account was XX/XX/XXXX. However, the written notice they provided shows that the account dates back to XX/XX/XXXX. These conflicting timelines raise serious concerns about the accuracy and reliability of their records.…

I am writing to report a possible case of identity theft involving a XXXX account opened under my name without my authorization. I have never been a XXXX customer. Despite previously contacting the XXXX support team and being informed that no action was required and that the issue was resolved, I have since received collection notices and now see that this fraudulent account has been reported to the credit bureaus. This is causing material harm to my credit.
In XX/XX/year>, I discovered an account reported by Diversified Adjustment that I did not open or authorize. I believe this is a result of identity theft. I reported this fraud to XXXX at the time and filed an Identity Theft Report with the FTC. I also placed a fraud alert on my credit report. I submitted a dispute with XXXX, and they verified the account as accurate without providing documentation. Diversified Adjustment has not provided proof that this account belongs to me, including the application or signature on file. I am requesting verification of the debt and removal from my credit report if it can not be proven.
I am writing to formally dispute the balance of {$940.00} that your is being reported in connection with a XXXX account. This account went into default due to lack of proper procedure by XXXX, not due to any failure on my part. On XX/XX/year>, I returned my XXXX XXXX to XXXX. The equipment was received and documented on my XXXX account on that same date. Despite this confirmation, XXXX failed to properly process the return and incorrectly assumed the equipment was never received. As a result, the equipment charge was never removed from my account. Due to XXXX error, the account was wrongfully sent to collections and has now been reported for over a year, severely and unjustly damaging my credit. This balance exists solely because of XXXX mistake. I am formally requesting that ALL charges associated with this account be fully removed by both XXXX and Diversified Adjustment Services, as the alleged debt is inaccurate and invalid.

I am submitting this complaint as the consumer associated with the credit file in question. I am personally filing this complaint on my own behalf. No third party, credit repair company, or representative is acting for me in this matter. This complaint is being submitted to address inaccurate, misleading, and unverified information currently appearing on my credit report that does not belong to me. After reviewing my credit reports, I discovered that a collection account reported by Diversified Adjustment was appearing on my credit file. This account is not mine. I do not recognize this account, I did not open this account, and I never authorized anyone to open an account on my behalf that would result in this debt being reported by Diversified Adjustment. Because I do not recognize this account and have no knowledge of the debt being reported, I immediately took steps to protect myself and to report what appears to be identity theft or fraudulent use of my personal information.…

On XX/XX/2026, I noticed a collection account from Diversified Adjustment for {$1600.00} on my credit report. Because I did not recognize the account, I sent a written dispute and request for validation of the debt on XX/XX/2026. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a text message from Diversified Adjustments Services. I called them and explained to them about the do-not-call request, and they claimed they never had my account. The customer service representative said they do not report to credit reports, but just do collections. If you want to avoid getting dragged into a civil lawsuit where you may have to pay for damages, for something you did not even intentionally do, I suggest you delete the illegal collection accounts from my credit report today. You see, THE BUREAUS, has furnished a collection account on my credit report without validating this debt with me beforehand. In fact, the following debt collectors never sent me a dunning letter ( which is mandatory to validate a debt ) within 5 days of the accounts getting reported ( which is also the initial communication ). Therefore, the accounts listed below must all get deleted from my credit report under 15 USC 1692g. However, there is one way you can leave the items on my credit report unscathed. And in order to do this, you must produce proof a dunning letter was sent to my address ( within 5 days of the account getting furnished ).…

Despite the successful return, XXXX failed to properly close the account. As a result, the account was incorrectly sent to collections. This issue is the result of XXXX failure to update its records accurately after the device was returned.
This complaint is submitted against Diversified Adjustment Services , Inc. for their continued and willful violations of federal consumer protection laws. This complaint concerns a telecommunications debt currently being collected by Diversified Adjustment Service. On or about XX/XX/year>, this account was placed for collection with a reported balance of approximately {$1300.00}. I disputed the account and requested validation of the debt, including proof that the account belongs to me, the service agreement, billing statements, and an itemized breakdown of the balance. Despite my request, the company failed to provide documentation validating the debt or confirming the accuracy of the amount. The debt collector continues to attempt to collect and report this unverified debt to the credit bureaus. This conduct violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ). I am requesting deletion of this account from my credit report and that collection activity cease unless proper validation is provided.
On XX/XX/XXXX, my credit reporting service notified me that DIVERSIFIED ADJ SVC put a collection account on my XXXX history in the amount of {$330.00}. This was allegedly for utility debt. However, I have never received an invoice for that amount from my utility company, I have multiple accounts with my utility company all of which are current. Additionally, I have not received a single piece of mail or phone call from Diversified about this amount. Oddly enough, another debt company tried this same thing about a XXXX or XXXX earlier and XXXX investigated, found it to not be legitimate and removed it. It appears that company must have sold the account to Diversified or it is just another offshoot of the same company trying to get around the XXXX investigation results. On or around XX/XX/XXXX, I submitted a dispute with XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I emailed Diversified and notified them of their error and requested removal of the derogatory information. They did not call, nor mail me.…
I am receiving repeated and disturbing phone calls from Diversified Adjustment Service , Inc. every single day. During these calls, the caller asks me to verify my identity or asks for another individual by name. The moment I ask who they are or refuse to provide personal information, they immediately hang up the call. This has occurred consistently and intentionally, day after day. Their conduct is threatening my safety, peace of mind, and future, especially given that I am already a victim of identity theft. I have attempted to file a police report regarding this behavior due to the ongoing harassment and the fear that they are attempting to obtain my personal information under false pretenses. I have recorded several of these calls as evidence. Based on the pattern of behavior, I believe these calls are designed to pressure me into confirming personal details so they can access my private information and potentially open new fraudulent accounts in my name.…
