On Tuesday XX/XX/XXXX at XXXXXXXX XXXX. Experian charged my card {$27.00} for a premium membership. And since I have not been able to access my premium membership account. I called the customer service number where man that I spoke to told me that I would be refunded because they didn't see my payment come through yet. I let him know that I did get confirmation from my debit card issue where that the money was taken from my card to pay Experian. He kept telling me that they didn't see the payment. When I asked him what they're going to do about it because it was definitely paid, he placed me on a free membership despite me repeatedly telling him that I don't want to be placed on a free membership because my premium was already paid. He also said that they would refund me the amounts that was paid from my card once they see it. I have not received a refund yet.…

I am filing this complaint due to the significant difficulty I have experienced trying to resolve a billing issue with Experian. I initially signed up for a free trial of their credit monitoring service and canceled the trial within the appropriate timeframe. Despite this, I was still charged and have not received a refund. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact Experian to dispute this charge, but I have been unable to reach a live representative. Their phone system relies entirely on automated identity verification, which has failed in my case because the ZIP cXXXXe associated with my profile appears to be incorrect. Because of this mismatch, the system will not verify my identity and does not provide any option to speak with a live agent. This creates a situation where I am completely blocked from resolving my issue.…

You have reported inaccurate and unauthorized accounts on my credit report, which is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 U.S. Code 1681i ) requiring a proper reinvestigation of disputed items, and 1681e ( b ), which mandates maximum possible accuracy. These false entries are damaging and unjust, especially since Ive never opened or authorized these accounts. If you fail to investigate and correct this, I may pursue legal action under the FCRA and FDCPA ( 15 U.S. Code 1692e ) for deceptive and misleading reporting.
The late payments and charge-off accounts being reported on my consumer credit reports are factually inaccurate, materially misleading, incomplete, and unverifiable. Despite their legal obligation, the furnishers have failed to provide competent, original, and legally admissible documentation proving that these alleged delinquencies are accurate and valid.
This account is being reported with inaccurate and unverifiable information. I did not authorize or establish this account, and it does not reflect accurate reporting on my credit file. Despite multiple disputes, the account continues to appear as verified without proper investigation or supporting documentation. This reflects a failure to conduct a reasonable reinvestigation and violates FCRA 1681i, 1681e ( b ), and 1681s-2 ( b ).
This account is currently reporting late payments that are inaccurate and do not reflect my true payment history. The reported delinquencies are causing ongoing damage to my credit profile. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) XXXX ( b ) and XXXX, credit reporting agencies and furnishers are required to maintain maximum possible accuracy and conduct a reasonable investigation when information is disputed. Despite my dispute, the inaccurate late payments continue to be reported without proper correction.
I reviewed my credit report and found several accounts and entries that are inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable. I previously disputed these items and requested verification ; however, the credit reporting agency continues to report the information without providing proper validation or documentation. The inaccurate reporting is negatively impacting my credit profile and financial opportunities. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), the credit reporting agency is required to ensure maximum possible accuracy and conduct a reasonable investigation. These obligations have not been met.

On XX/XX/year> I canceled my membership plan with Experian however my credit card is still being charged. When I canceled the plan I received an email confirmation of the cancellation. I have attempted to remove my credit card information from my Experian account to prevent future charges however Experian does not allow that function which poses a high risk to consumers since Experian does not have the need to have that information any longer, and is creating unauthorized charges to that credit card, which I am having to dispute through the bank. I have attempted to speak with a live agent from Experian but they only offer an AI agent which is not acceptable customer service, since AI is not equipped to resolve this type of issue. Experian is essentially making it impossible for its customers to successfully cancel their accounts and stop further credit card charges.…
Your choices dont match my complaint. This is about the credit reporting company, not about misinformation received by it. Yesterday and today XX/XX/year> I tried to delete/close my account with Experian. After signing in and following all directions on their website including their Support Help, XXXX chat bot, and phone number given by their chat bot I am unable to locate how to close my account. The chat bot explained they didnt have the information to do that, and I had to call their automated phone system as no email or phone number were available to converse with a real person. The automated phone system said they didnt have the information and I had to do it online at XXXX, which is where I started. The chat bot didnt have an answer about how to escalate this request and offered only escalation information to complain about other companies misinformation about me.
I am disputing the late payment history and delinquency currently being reported on my credit profile, as it is inaccurate and damaging. These accounts should not reflect any late payments and must be updated to Paid as Agreed. The continued reporting of this incorrect information is unacceptable and must be corrected without delay.
To Whom It May Concern, I am formally requesting that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) immediately enforce corrective action against Experian, Transunion, and Equifax for persistent and repeated violations of federal law. I am filing this complaint against Experian regarding their failure to properly investigate a disputed account. After submitting my dispute, Experian responded by indicating potential fraud and stated that they could not process the complaint through this channel. However, this does not resolve the dispute nor fulfill their obligation under the FCRA to conduct a reasonable investigation. This response appears to be a way to avoid addressing the actual dispute. Experian is required by law to investigate disputed information and ensure its accuracy. Redirecting or refusing to process the dispute does not meet this requirement.
I am disputing inaccurate information related to the payment history on an auto loan account that is currently open. After reviewing my credit reports from all three credit bureaus, I identified inconsistencies in how late payments are being reported. The account shows differences in payment history, dates of activity, and reporting details across TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax. This account is currently open and in good standing, and I am not disputing ownership of the account. However, the late payments reported appear to be inaccurate and/or inconsistently reported between the credit bureaus. I previously contacted the creditor directly, but the information continues to be reported inconsistently and without proper verification. Iam requesting that the inaccurate late payments be investigated and, if they can not be properly verified, corrected or removed accordingly. I also request that the account remain open and unchanged, as it is currently active and in good standing.…

I am currently in the process of trying to purchase a home, and as part of this, a mortgage lender performed a soft credit inquiry with my permission. Upon reviewing the results, I was shocked to discover that multiple accounts are being reported under my name by creditors I do not recognize and with whom I have no known relationship. I had not previously checked my credit because I did not know how to access or understand it. However, this recent review has revealed what appears to be fraudulent or inaccurate accounts that are severely harming my reputation, creditworthiness, and ability to qualify for a mortgage. I have not received any validation or supporting documentation from these creditors to prove the legitimacy of these accounts. Despite this, they continue to report negative information, which constitutes a violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ).
