I was contacted by a person named XXXX stating she was with a law firm stating that she has a case opened from Total Visa and they have a court date for me and that I will have my wages garnished 30 %. I told her that I will contact the nc Attorney Generals office and report her for harassment and she said what are they gon na do? She then contacted my father and harassed him which was completely unacceptable. I have blocked the number and told my father to do the same. They have been repeatedly calling me and leaving me threatening messages. The number they are calling from is XXXX.

I have a Total Visa card. I made my payment before the due date and received a confirmation from the credit card company. Then after my due date they sent a message saying that my payment was late. I checked my account and found a late fee of XXXX dollars had been charged to me. I called and they said the payment didn't clear. I checked with my bank and verified that they never submitted my payment. I think that was intentionally done so they could tack on fees. I believe this company is predatory.

'' Meaning they have brought this debt from the original creditor to collect. Reevi credit card company refuses to investigate fraud charges on my account. I launched the investigation around XX/XX/year>. They stated that I would receive a decision in XXXX to XXXX days. I was told they mailed a letter at the end of XXXX but I never received it. I called them today to find out what happened and the above mentioned occurred. They claim to have investigated and stated that I was accountable for the charges but won't send me any information on their findings. My bill is currently {$490.00} as of XX/XX/year>. The current bill reflects the fraud charges I am requesting to be investigated. I also asked for hardship help and was told they can't initiate the hardship the computer does that automatically. So my credit rating will be damaged by their lack of assistance. Once I announce I need help, they should provide it. Interest and penalties will accrue until then and ruin my credit rating, which isn't right.
