Response to Company / Request for Resolution The companys response does not resolve my complaint. They provided insurance declarations and policy information only. These documents do not contain my signature or any verifiable e-signature evidence. The company admits the signature page was not provided and claims it was retained by the agent. An agent or company authorized signature does not establish consumer consent. No consumer-authenticated agreement, e-signature audit trail, timestamp, IP address, or authentication method was produced. Because the alleged debt has not been properly validated, continued reporting or collection is inaccurate under the FDCPA, FCRA, and California law. I am requesting deletion of this account from all credit reporting agencies or proper validation that includes proof of my authorization.
