On or about XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, I received voicemails from One Advantage LLC regarding an alleged debt. The voicemails did not include sufficient information to identify the debt, did not clearly disclose the nature of the communication, and did not provide proper debt collection disclosures. Due to the lack of information, I was unable to verify the legitimacy of the alleged debt. As a result, I sent a formal written request for debt validation and a cease-and-desist letter requesting that all communication stop until proper validation was provided. I specifically requested the original creditor, account details, itemization of the amount claimed, and documentation showing I am legally responsible for the debt. This correspondence was sent via certified mail ; however, it was returned due to an expired or invalid forwarding address, leaving me with no reliable way to contact the company.
