Debt collection· Attempts to collect debt not owedFL

I am filing a complaint against several debt collection agencies for what appears to be ongoing violations of federal consumer protection laws. After formally disputing the alleged debts and requesting proper validation, the companies did not provide sufficient proof that I am legally responsible for these accounts. They failed to produce key documents such as original agreements, ownership records, account histories, or evidence of their authority to collect. Despite this, collection efforts and credit reporting activity may have continued without proper verification. This raises concerns about potential violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, including failure to validate debts and use of misleading or unfair practices, as well as the Fair Credit Reporting Act, particularly regarding the accuracy and investigation of reported information.

Right now, what you have provided is not enough for me to confirm anything. To properly review and verify this matter, I am asking for the following : 1. A single debt can only be legally owned and collected by one entity at a time. Subject : Formal Dispute of Alleged Debt and Insufficient Validation To Whom It May Concern, I am writing in response to your recent communications regarding an alleged debt you claim I owe. I formally dispute this debt in its entirety. Pursuant to my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), I previously requested proper validation of this alleged obligation. In response, you provided only a billing statement. A billing statement alone does not constitute sufficient proof that I am legally responsible for this debt. To properly validate this debt, you must provide competent evidence establishing that : - I am the correct debtor, - I have a legal obligation to pay this debt, and- You have the legal authority to collect on this account.

I received a voicemail today XX/XX/XXXX from an individual identifying himself as " XXXX XXXX '' regarding a supposed debt. The message referenced a " final attempt '' and threatened legal action, including filing a lawsuit, but didn't identify a company. When I returned the call, I was told the debt has " no statue of limitations, '' which is misleading and appears to be false under New Mexico law. The alleged debt is from XXXX. No written validation of the debt has been provided. The caller used high-pressure tatics and vague legal threats. I believe this may be a deceptive or abusive debt collection attempt and request investigation.
