Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports· Incorrect information on your reportTX

The bankruptcy record ( XXXX XXXX. XXXX ) and the address XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX appearing on my XXXX consumer file do not belong to me and are the result of identity theft. I have never lived at that address and never filed or authorized any bankruptcy. Despite my dispute, XXXX relied on third-party data ( PACER ) and partial identifiers instead of ensuring maximum possible accuracy, as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1681e ( b ) ). Once identity theft is asserted, the FCRA requires the blocking and deletion of fraudulent information ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ), not continued reporting. I am requesting CFPB assistance to ensure immediate removal of this inaccurate and identity-theft-related information and to prevent further harm caused by unlawful credit reporting.

I requested a description of the procedures used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information in my consumer report, including the source of the data, the specific data fields reviewed, and verification of any disputed information, as provided under the Fair Credit Reporting Act The company is reporting delinquency ratings that are not supported by the accounts reported balances, scheduled payments, or sequential payment history. The attached TransUnion report shows fluctuating scheduled payments, partial past-due amounts, and a jump to a 90-day delinquency without a documented or logical progression of missed payments. Core account fields are missing or incomplete, rendering the information unverifiable. Despite disputes, the company responded only that the information was verified as reported, without providing a description of the procedures or records used to determine accuracy.

I requested my consumer file from XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) on XX/XX/year>. As of today XX/XX/year>, I still have not received my report.
