I paid for the service but did not receive proof of any legitimate work performed, results, or documentation of dispute letters sent to the credit bureaus. After repeatedly asking for transparency and proof of service, XXXX XXXX unilaterally canceled my account and issued a final charge of {$69.00} without my consent. When I questioned this, they cited a XXXX CFPB settlement and told me to contact the CFPB directly instead of addressing my issue. This feels deceptive and noncompliant with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA 607 ( b ), 611, and 623 ). Im requesting an investigation into their practices, a full refund of payments, and confirmation of whether XXXX XXXX is allowed to continue billing after self-canceling a clients account.

I hired Lexington Law on XXXX separate occasions to assist with credit repair. I was informed that services would begin immediately, prior to my first scheduled payment, which was set for XXXX days after enrollment. Contrary to what I was told, no work was initiated until after my payment was processed. Furthermore, during the time I was a client, no meaningful progress was made on my behalf. There were no efforts to negotiate or consolidate debts with creditors, and no action was taken to remove accounts from my credit report that were more than XXXX years old and should have been eligible for removal. In short, the services promised were never completed, and I did not receive the results I was led to expect.
Hello, I am one of the victims of this company that promised me to fix my credit within 30 days, but they did not fulfill the time period, knowing that all the legal procedures were ready during that period, I was only waiting for the result from them, so because of them I lost the house and many other expenses that I am still suffering from. I was forced to buy an expensive house with a very high interest rate. I requested services from XXXX XXXX to repair my credit, they charge me up from around {$300.00} then monthly payments about {$99.00} I only paid XXXX months plus the initial payment since the only thing they work on was removing incorrect names from my credit report which in XXXX months no difference on my credit score changed and up till now those names still appear on my report. I contacted XXXX XXXX and they told me it was a process and the XXXX step was starting with name then birth date, address and finally accounts. XXXX months passed nothing was removed and credit score never changed not even XXXX point.
We signed up for XXXX XXXX and over the course of 3 months they filed 3 papers on my behalf, my credit score dropped by XXXX peoints while having them and I missed no payments, let nothing lapse, etc no reason for it to have dropped. I requested it to be cancelled and they are still continuing to charge me.

I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX multiple times and provided copies of the voided check, their letter showing the incorrect address, and my Pennsylvania drivers licenses ( old and current ) proving my identity and address history. Despite this, they have not reissued the payment. I am the rightful payee, and the expired check was solely due to their mailing error. I am requesting immediate reissuance of my {$540.00} settlement payment to my correct current address.
