Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports· Incorrect information on your reportTX

LexisNexis Risk Solutions continues to verify and publish inaccurate, fraudulent, and contaminated consumer data despite repeated disputes, documented notice of identity theft, and clear evidence that the information does not belong to me. LexisNexis repeatedly claims that disputed items are verified as accurate through reseller or reinvestigation processes that are neither independent nor lawful. LexisNexis continues to verify a public-record bankruptcy that relies on a fraudulent address I have never lived at and that has already been identified and disputed as inaccurate. Any bankruptcy, account, inquiry, or public record associated with that address is necessarily invalid and can not lawfully be attributed to me. Nonetheless, LexisNexis continues to publish and certify the accuracy of this bankruptcy and related data. LexisNexis also continues to verify consumer accounts that have been expressly acknowledged as fraudulent by the original creditor.
