I am filing a complaint against MRS BPO LLC for improper third-party communication. This company has been sending text messages to my phone number attempting to collect a debt from another individual which I do not owe and am not responsible for. In these messages, the company disclosed specific debt information, including the creditor and the alleged balance. I did not consent to receive this information, and I am not the debtor. The disclosure of this information to me, a third party, appears to violate the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I have received multiple messages despite having no connection to this account. I am requesting that the company cease all contact with me immediately.

A collection agency ( MRS BPO ) is reporting a debt of approximately {$60.00} on my credit report for a XXXX XXXX Home Internet account. This debt is the result of incorrect billing information provided by XXXX own customer support representatives. Before switching internet providers, I contacted XXXX online chat support on multiple occasions occasions ( late last year ) to confirm when to stop my autopay to avoid being charged for a month I did not intend to use. Multiple representatives gave me the same guidance, which I followed. Despite this, XXXX charged my account approximately {$60.00} after I canceled service. I am disputing an alleged credit card debt that is being collected by a third-party debt buyer and its affiliated entities. I previously submitted a written dispute requesting full validation of the debt and proof that the account is attributable to me. Specifically, I requested a signed agreement, a complete chain of title, proof of identity attribution, and a full accounting of the balance. I also informed the company that my personal identifying information was exposed in a confirmed data breach, which increases the risk of misattribution. In response, the company and its affiliates, including XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX, failed to provide proper validation. Instead, they provided self-generated account summaries and incomplete documentation that does not establish that I incurred the debt. The materials provided are not original creditor records and do not demonstrate a contractual relationship or accurate identity attribution.…

I am writing to dispute a charge of {$300.00} on my credit account. The charge is an error because I called XXXX to terminate my wifi plan and to close the account on XX/XX/year>. After I closed my XXXX account, I mailed XXXX wifi equipment to them so that I would not be charged. Shortly after, a collection of {$200.00} appeared on my credit report around XX/XX/year>. I asked XXXX to provide information in regards to this collection in which they did not. After my inquiry, a company named MRS BPO charged me a collection of {$300.00}. I am submitting this complaint regarding the actions of MRS BPO , LLC, which is attempting to collect a debt that I do not owe.
