Debt collection· Attempts to collect debt not owedFL

As I saw a little payper informing about a new unrecognized attempt to collect a debt I inmediately answer to them that I will dispute it. Then a few weeks later I saw a unrecognized collection account in my Credit file by a Company which is not completely accredited at the moment I researched about them. I disputed two times by XXXX online and also by phone call, and a visible note of statement is written and visible in my file for the 3 Bureaus and all the lenders. I can add more details of course now. I did not know before about this way to report fraud, but I never accepted that false unfair collection account which can affect my credit history for several years with negative mark, and for a fraudulent traded debt of ridiculous amount. It was done for sure by miserable and non ethic people who want to affect others unproperly.

I am writing to formally request debt validation for a collection account mentioned in a letter I recently received. Under my rights through the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), I ask that your office provide clear proof that the debt is valid. This should include the name of the original creditor, the amount owed, a full payment record, and proof that I am responsible for this debt. I am making this request to ensure the information being reported is accurate and not the result of a mistake, fraud, or confusion. While waiting for proper validation, I ask that you pause all collection activity and reporting related to this account, as allowed by law.

I am filing this complaint regarding inaccurate and unverified debt reporting by National Credit Adjusters. National Credit Adjusters is reporting XXXX collection accounts on my credit report in the amounts of {$130.00} and {$190.00}. I previously sent a written request for validation of these alleged debts, requesting documentation including a signed contract, complete payment history, and documentation showing I am legally responsible for the accounts. National Credit Adjusters failed to provide any of the requested documentation. Instead, the accounts continue to be reported and have been marked as verified with the credit bureaus. I also disputed these accounts with the credit bureaus, and they were verified without any documentation being provided to me explaining how the verification was conducted. To date, I have not received any evidence that I am legally obligated for these debts.

Debt collection· False statements or representationCA

I am filing a complaint regarding inaccurate credit reporting by National Credit Adjusters. I have disputed this account twice with XXXX and provided documentation from the original creditor. Despite this, the company continues to report incorrect information. The account in question originated on XX/XX/XXXX, with a first payment due on XX/XX/XXXX. The account became delinquent in XX/XX/XXXX and was placed into collections shortly after on XX/XX/XXXX. National Credit Adjusters is currently reporting the Date of First Delinquency as XX/XX/XXXX. This appears to be based on the date the debt was acquired ( XX/XX/XXXX ), which is not the correct standard for reporting delinquency. The Date of First Delinquency should reflect when the account first became delinquent and was never brought current, which in this case is XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XX/XX/XXXX instead of XX/XX/XXXX appears to be an unlawful re-aging of the account in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

National Credit XXXX ( NCA ) XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I am filing this complaint against NCA because they are violating both the FDCPA and the FCRA. I sent a formal request for debt validation, but they ignored me and continued to report this account to my credit files. The main issues are : No Proof of Debt : Under 15 U.S.C. XXXX ( b ), a collector must stop reporting a debt until they provide physical proof ( like a signed contract ). NCA has provided nothing, yet they are still reporting this to the bureaus. Dishonest Reporting : My XXXX report from XX/XX/year> shows NCA " verified '' the account but marked it as " Account not disputed. '' This is a direct violation of FCRA Section XXXX ( a ) ( XXXX ). They can not acknowledge my dispute and then tell the credit bureaus that no dispute exists. By reporting an account as " verified '' while failing to respond to my validation request, NCA is reporting inaccurate and unreliable data.

I am filing a complaint regarding inaccurate and potentially illegal reporting on my credit file. A collection account from National Credit Adjusters ( NCA ), originally from XXXX, is being reported with a Date Opened of XX/XX/year>. However, this does not reflect the original date of first delinquency. This debt is over 7 years old and should no longer be reported under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). The collection agency appears to have re-aged the account by updating dates, which is misleading and unlawful. I previously disputed this account with XXXX, and it was verified as accurate, but they failed to provide the method of verification or the original date of first delinquency. I am requesting : Immediate deletion of this account from my credit report Documentation showing the original date of first delinquency Explanation of how this account was verified If this can not be validated properly, it must be removed immediately.

I am filing this complaint against National Credit Adjusters ( NCA ) regarding the reporting of Account # XXXX. I have recently received a communication from NCA ( enclosed ) where they explicitly admit that " because of the age of your debt, National Credit Adjusters , LLC can not sue you for it, and National Credit Adjusters , LLC will not sue you for it. '' This confirms that the debt is time-barred under Virginia 's XXXX statute of limitations. Furthermore, the transaction ledger provided by NCA shows a predatory interest rate of XXXX XXXX XXXX. This makes the reported balance of {$1400.00} inaccurate and mathematically unverifiable based on the original agreement 's legal standing. Because NCA has admitted this debt is legally unenforceable and the reported balance is based on predatory calculations, I am requesting that the CFPB direct NCA to cease all reporting of this obsolete and unverified trade line to the credit bureaus immediately.

This account with XXXX XXXX was included in my XXXX XXXX bankruptcy and legally discharged in XXXX. Despite this, the account continues to be reported as a charged-off account, which is inaccurate and misleading. On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent certified letters to both XXXX XXXX and National Credit Adjusters LLC requesting validation of the debt and correction of the reporting. I have proof of certified mailing. The companies failed to provide proper validation or correct the inaccurate reporting. Instead, the account continues to appear on my credit report in a way that negatively impacts my creditworthiness. Additionally, the debt was sold to a third-party collection agency, yet the original creditor is still reporting the account inaccurately. This creates duplicate and misleading reporting. This behavior violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), as well as the bankruptcy discharge injunction under 11 U.S.C. 524.

I am filing this complaint regarding a collection account being reported by NCA and National Credit Adjust ( Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX. Upon reviewing my credit reports, I discovered that the same alleged debt is being reported by multiple collection agencies simultaneously with identical balances and account details. Both NCA and National Credit Adjust are reporting the same account with the same balance and similar account numbers, which constitutes duplicate collection reporting. Additionally, the account is being reported with conflicting information, including : * Different account statuses ( collection vs open account vs late status ) * Inconsistent payment status and history * Conflicting date of last activity and payment information This raises serious concerns regarding the accuracy and legality of the reporting. Multiple collection agencies reporting the same debt simultaneously is misleading and violates the requirement for accurate and non-duplicative reporting.
