A collection account is appearing on my credit report that has not been properly validated. I exercised my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) by requesting verification of the alleged debt. The creditor or collection agency has failed to provide any legitimate documentation demonstrating that the debt belongs to me, that the amount is correct, or that they have the legal authority to collect it. Despite this lack of verification, the account continues to be reported on my credit file. This is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), which requires that only accurate and verifiable information be reported. Reporting an unvalidated account is both inaccurate and misleading.

I am submitting this complaint regarding NCB Management Services and their reporting of an alleged debt on my credit file. This account is being reported with the same balance as another collection agency, which raises concerns about duplicate reporting and lack of proper ownership verification. I disputed this account, and it was marked as verified, but I have not been provided any documentation to prove that NCB Management Services has the legal right to collect or report this debt. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1681i and 1681e ( b ) ), furnishers are required to report accurate information and conduct a reasonable investigation of disputed accounts. NCB Management Services has failed to provide documentation and continues to report inaccurate information. Due to the failure to properly investigate and verify ownership of this debt, I am requesting that this account be deleted from all credit reporting agencies immediately.

I am filing this complaint because NCB Original Creditor : XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with an Account number : XXXX is reporting a collection account on my credit report without proper authorization or validation. This account should never have been furnished because NCB has failed to provide any signed contract, itemized statement of the debt, or proof of collection authority. I previously disputed this account and requested validation. In response, the company sent a packet of documents ; however, the information provided does not verify that this debt belongs to me. The name they continue to use in their correspondence is incorrect and does not match my legal identity. Despite being notified of this error, they have continued to report and attempt to collect using inaccurate identifying information. The documents provided include a contract and notices that do not clearly demonstrate that I entered into any agreement. There is no proper verification tying this alleged debt to me personally. Providing unrelated or insufficient documentation does not meet the requirements for validation under federal law. Additionally, continuing to report or collect on a debt using incorrect identifying information is a violation of accuracy requirements.…

I am filing this complaint regarding NCB Management Services and the reporting of an alleged deficiency balance following a vehicle repossession. I requested documentation from NCB Management Services to validate the amount being reported and to identify the original account information related to this alleged debt. I specifically requested information showing the original loan agreement, the date of the contract, the repossession and sale details of the vehicle, and how the remaining balance being reported was calculated. NCB Management Services has not provided the requested documentation. Additionally, the information being reported appears to contain incorrect details regarding the date of the contract. Without providing documentation supporting the amount owed and correcting the inaccurate information being reported, the debt can not be properly verified.…

I am filing a complaint regarding inaccurate credit reporting by NCB Management Services related to a collection account appearing on my credit report. The account is reported as a debt buyer account with a balance of approximately {$2500.00}. I disputed this account with the credit bureaus because the information being reported is inaccurate and incomplete. Specifically, the credit report shows the Date of First Delinquency as XX/XX/year>, but the account opening date is listed as XX/XX/year>. It is impossible for an account to become delinquent before it is opened. This indicates inaccurate reporting. Additionally, the account does not identify the original creditor even though it is listed as a debt buyer account. Without identifying the original creditor, the information can not be properly verified. Several required account details are also incomplete or missing, including payment terms, credit limit, and date of last activity.…
