I never go to the doctors or get labs done unless I have insurance. I got labs done at XXXX and thought everything was okay until I went to get other labs done and they told me that I have a huge balance! They gave me a number to call and I called and the lady apologized and told me she will try to fix it with my insurance and they she will lift the hold on my account. XX/XX/XXXX i called Radius Global Solutions because after buying a house and running my credit I was notified that there was a debt collection on my credit. I called them and they provided the account number and stated the collection was from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX services that was running from XXXX of XXXX to XXXX of XXXX then disconnected. He was claiming that I was 120 days delinquent on a medical bill payment of {$820.00} to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and he demanded I pay in full or set up payments. I asked for any paperwork to show a billing or invoice because I had not received such a bill in the mail or in an email. He said I was sent several bills ( did not receive any bills! ). XXXX gave a client reference # XXXX. I did not engage with XXXX because he could not produce any invoice or billing to me, so I considered a scam!
This debt collection company with XXXX XXXX is trying to say I owe them money and had now since put the debt collection on my credit report. This is not my debt. I do not live in that house nor have I since 2019. Better yet I have had my own XXXX account at my new address since 2022 so how could I have it at both addresses. This is fraud. I called XXXX and they said it is in a XXXX XXXX name but for some reason it is connected to my social security number. I contacted this company directly as well as through the credit bureau and the refused to help me resolve this issue. I never had an account with att and this company purchased this account for profit although the account was inaccurate and was not my responsibility.
