I am trying to pay a debt to XXXX AND XXXX XXXX. I can not get in contact with the appointed representative for issuing file numbers to log onto thheir website and pay. When I get someone to pickup initially to make a payment they say my file hasnt been downloaded so they cant help me. Then they transfer me to some other department and I have waited over a hour before the line goes dead. A few months ago I had been told that I would be contacted in a few weeks to get a file number, and that never came about.I have been trying to get this taken care of for a year. XXXX XXXX XXXX sued me for a credit card debt with XXXX XXXX. I sent multiple letters attempting to settle or negotiate debt that were never responded to. The notices were sent from an Oklahoma office that the collection notices were sent from. I then received a notice of garnishment, with verbiage stating not to mail anything to the Oklahoma office. I attempted to send multiple email directly to the firm and attorney using email addresses listed on the garnishment notice. When typing the email address XXXX into the address bar I received an error stating it was not a valid email address. Previous notices encouraged me to contact the office to discuss option which I did in writing and via email for record keeping. However despite their encouragement they refused to respond. Both of these tactics are deceptive and unfair within the definitions of UDAAP and FDCPA.
Rauch sturm is attempting to garnish my wages when I have provided proof over XXXX times they can not garnish me. They have answered my XXXX complaint and I've spoken with reps who keep assuring me it will be stopped, however they refuse to contact my employer. I am not going to stop. They need to cancel the garnishment immediately. I receive medicaid and food stamps and cant legally be garnished in Wisconsin. They have been provoded proof.
I was notified by my bank that my checking and savings account was frozen ( Writ Of Garnishment ) on XX/XX/XXXX for $ XXXX that it will remain in place until release by the courts, or they will remit funds in 30 days.I conntacted the Law firm with a certified letter on XX/XX/XXXX with no response. The card holder charge the account off and was sold to this Law Firm, but the Law Firm is using the orginal card holder name as to make it seem that they are repesenting this company in the courts and requesting that all payments be summitted to them, in which seem to me to be misleading practices.

Both companies sent their demand letters and Notices of Right to Cure directly to my employer starting in XX/XX/year>, never to me or my home address. I contacted them twice to inform them they had violated FDCPA laws by directly sending their demands to my employer on 3 separate dates. I disputed the debt and informed them of their violations. The last letter I faxed to them was on XX/XX/year>. As of today, XX/XX/year>, I have not heard from either company about this so called debt. The have violated collection practices by not confirming the debt and contacting my employer directly. My employer should not have seen any of the documents they sent to the office. I have never lived at the company address so what they did was intentional.

I received XXXX different pieces of mailing with different lawyers telling me to act now before I get served. I received the letter that I attached. I have received threatening voicemails that state I will be sued and served papers if I don't comply. I have no idea on what this debit is from. I have attempted to contact RAUSCH STURM LLP through their website and calling since XXXX, most recent attempt was on XX/XX/year>, with no update. When calling I was advised the person on the phone needed to transfer me to another department, they would then advise ( on XXXX different occasions in XX/XX/year> after serviced on XX/XX/year> ) that there was no one available to speak to me that they would advise and request a call back. Rausch Sturm claimed I owed debt to XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. I never owed XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. We went to court over it. They garnished my wages which put me behind on all of my bills. I received an exemption through the court and the case was done. Im still constantly receiving letters and emails from rausch sturm saying that I owe money. They have not answered any calls or emails, they didnt even show up in court. I received the exemption, almost got evicted, missed work and am behind on all of my bills and they are still harassing me without reason. The case was ruled in my favor.

A copy of the original signed contract, loan agreement, or other documentation that bears my signature and proves I am responsible for this specific debt. An itemized breakdown of the total amount owed, including the principal balance, all interest charges, fees, payments, and credits applied since the debt became delinquent. Documentation showing the date the debt became delinquent and how that date was determined, to verify it is within my state 's statute of limitations. Proof that your agency has the legal right and is licensed to collect this specific debt in my state. I never received anything in return and am now being sued by the collection agency in question.
I have emailed, called and left voice mails for this company and have not gotten a call back. Our last conversation I told them I lost my job and they told me to focus on finding a job and not to worry about payments. They moved foward with a XXXX time garnishment of our bank account.
