I am not even a month behind and they are already calling my family. I still have every call in my phone history and a text from my brother stating that they called him.

Payday loan, title loan, personal loan, or advance loan· Struggling to pay your loanCA

I am submitting this complaint regarding the credit insurance/benefit associated with my loan serviced through Regional Finance and administered by XXXX XXXX. I enrolled in this benefit with the clear understanding that it would provide protection during periods of unemployment. However, when I attempted to use the benefit after becoming unemployed, I was informed that payments would only be made during weeks in which state unemployment benefits are actively being paid. Because my unemployment claim has been delayed and subsequently impacted, the benefit has effectively provided no meaningful coverage despite my continued unemployed status. This is unacceptable. I have been paying for a product that is presented as protection during hardship, yet it fails to function at the exact time it is needed most. The limitation that coverage only applies when unemployment benefits are actively being issued renders the benefit misleading and of little to no practical value.

The reported balances have changed as follows : XXXX : {$5300.00} XXXX : {$7600.00} XXXX : {$7800.00} ( after my dispute was submitted ) A charged-off account should not continue reporting increasing past-due balances in this manner. Payday loan, title loan, personal loan, or advance loan· Getting the loanTX

On XX/XX/year>, I was contacted by Regional Finance in XXXX TX with an offer to renew my loan and receive XXXX XXXXXXXX cash back. At first, I told them I would think about it. Due to an extended unemployment. I fell behind on my payments to Regional Fiance. I called them to explain my situation over a month ago. Since then they call me 3-4 times per day on weekdays and once or twice on the weekends. Over the last XXXX weeks, they call everyday. I explained several week ago that I will not default on my loan and once I am back to work that I would resume my payment and bring my account back into good standing as it had been prior to my unemployment. Regional Finance sent physical mail to my residential home address despite having my designated XXXX XXXXXXXX listed as my official mailing address. This was not an oversight they already have my correct mailing address on file. Mailing correspondence to my physical home address is unacceptable. It is a direct disregard of my stated communication preferences and raises serious privacy and safety concerns. There is a reason I maintain and provide a XXXX XXXX for all correspondence. Sending mail to my residence not only wastes paper and resources, but it also poses potential harm by exposing sensitive financial information at my home and in my neighborhood we have had ongoing issues of people stealing mail. My name is XXXX XXXX, and I am filing a complaint with the CFPB to report retaliation fraud. Reginal finance is now charging their customers fees to make their monthly payments online because the CFPB is suing them for fraud. They're trying to apply unauthorized fees to cover that lawsuit midway through the loan payoff process that was not disclosed with the initial loan terms/agreement in the beginning. The amount of the fee is {$2.00} that they're now applying to my payoff. My normal monthly payment is {$120.00} without the fee. Now my monthly payment is {$120.00} that I just processed. The CFPB can contact XXXX XXXX to confirm my new monthly payment that I just processed with my checking acct on XX/XX/XXXX. I am also attaching a copy of my e-statement from XX/XX/XXXX proving my allegations, because they're mad we're not refinancing midway throughout payoff based on previous lawsuits being rendering against this fraud company. I am also attaching screenshots of my findings.

I originally called Regional Finance to make a payment on my existing loan. During that call, the representative told me that I qualified for an additional {$5000.00} on top of my current loan. Based on that information, I called back about two weeks later to move forward. The only requirement they disclosed was that they needed to run my credit. I agreed to the credit inquiry because my credit is in good standing. At no point did they tell me there would be any additional documentation requirements such as tax records or income verification. When I opened my original loan with Regional Finance, I did not have to provide any documentation ; they mailed me a check, and depositing it initiated the loan. Because of that experience and what the representative told me, I reasonably believed the increase would work the same way.

I am submitting this complaint regarding my recent experience with Regional Finance in XXXX, Texas. I called to inquire about renewing my existing loan and spoke with XXXX XXXX. During our conversation, she failed to disclose essential information about the new loan terms. She did not inform me that the loan included collateral, yet she later listed two televisions and a tablet computer as collateral, items she completely made up, as we never discussed any of my property. The only question she asked about my assets was whether I owned my home, and I answered yes. She also did not disclose the requirement for property insurance, which she later stated could not be canceled. This mandatory insurance was never mentioned during our initial conversation. Throughout the call, she omitted key information that should have been provided upfront. She only described the loan as a way to consolidate my debts, stating that I could include three credit cards and my previous loan with them.

Debt collection· Attempts to collect debt not owedAL

I am submitting this complaint because the same alleged account is being reported twice by two different furnishersonce by the original creditor and again by a third-party debt collector. Both are reporting negative data for the same debt, which is misleading, inaccurate, and severely damaging to my credit reputation. This duplicate reporting violates multiple sections of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ). Under FCRA 1681e ( b ) and 1681i, furnishers and consumer reporting agencies must maintain procedures that assure maximum possible accuracy. Reporting the same debt twice as if they are separate obligations is not only inaccurate but also deceptive to potential lenders. Additionally, under FDCPA 1692e ( 2 ) ( A ) and 1692f ( 1 ), it is a false and unfair practice to represent the same debt as multiple separate obligations or to attempt to collect amounts not expressly authorized by contract or law.
