This account ( originally XXXX ) was opened in XX/XX/XXXX by a different debt collector and was sold in XX/XX/XXXX to this new debt collector. WITHOUT notifying me. This is quite illegal in the state of XXXX. The collections agency hasnt even contacted me so I dont know how to contact them to even dispute this or whatever I need to do. This is putting me in a financial hardship as I was on my way to buy a car this week. I do have screenshots of where the XXXX charged for the last bill and when the first collections account was opened from credit karma. NO COLLECTOR HAS CONTACTED. Once again very illegal please help me. The last photo provided is from XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX. Thank you.

I was paying through payment plan since XXXX.with XXXX.The debt agency merged with another company and I was not notified.called Revco. They said I entered a payment agreement in XXXX of XXXX with the new company Revco which I did not. I asked for a letter to be mailed stating the original creditor and amount which I was denied. On XX/XX/year>, I accessed Revco Solutions official payment portal and negotiated a settlement for a XXXX debt placed with them by the hospital. I paid the agreed amount of {$1000.00} immediately by credit card and received confirmation of the payment. I requested written confirmation that the account would be marked as paid in full and that the hospital would update its internal records to reflect a XXXX balance. However, I have not received any written documentation from Revco or confirmation that the hospital has closed the account. I am filing this complaint to request : ( XXXX ) written confirmation from Revco Solutions that the account is paid in full, ( XXXX ) a paidinfull letter for my records, and ( XXXX ) confirmation that the hospital has updated the account to show a XXXX balance and will not pursue or assign the debt again. I acted in good faith by paying the settlement immediately, and I need proper documentation and closure of the account.

I had received a letter in the mail from a debt collector. Claiming I owe a XXXXXXXX XXXX gas bill for a home in XXXX XXXX. When I dont even live in XXXX XXXX live in XXXX XXXX I have never had a rental property in XXXX XXXX I believe this is a result of identity theft someone had used my information to purchase the gas bill for the property in my name.
I would greatly appreciate your immediate assistance in resolving this matter, as my consumer rights are being violated. Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. 1692g ( b ) of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), a debt collector is required to cease collection activities and provide proper validation of a debt when a written dispute is submitted within 30 days of the initial communication. The accounts I have referenced are not 100 % accurate, and I have yet to receive competent evidence validating the alleged debt. I have made multiple good-faith efforts to contact the creditors and request the removal of these collection accounts, including written correspondence and formal disputes ; however, I have received no meaningful response. Despite my attempts to resolve this matter directly and amicably, the lack of communication and failure to provide proper validation has left these inaccurate accounts unresolved.…
So I had a debt that was recently sold ( XX/XX/XXXX apparently ) by XXXX to Revco XXXX. I received no notification via email or mail, which the Revco customer service rep confirmed. She then went to speak to her supervisor and came back stating that they dont have to notify mewtf? This is very concerning and unprofessional, but this was not the biggest issueI had an every other week payment plan setup with XXXX that aligned with my paycheck. I had just paid what was ( unbeknownst to me ) my last XXXX payment in mid XXXXand then I have 2 {$100.00} ACH debit charges from Revco XXXX on Monday, XX/XX/XXXX, and then another one on Monday, XX/XX/XXXX. So the every other week {$100.00} payment that technically wasnt even due yet was charged XXXX in 7 days.…
XXXX XXXX my wife was hit by a car as she was walking across a parking lot. She was airlifted to a hospital and spent several weeks hospitalized. After our attorney settled with the other parties insurance we assumed all the bills had been paid. However, there was one bill overlooked. When this was brought to my attention about 10 months later, I resubmitted the bill to my health insurance company on appeal requesting it be covered. Because the appeal was taking several months, the bill was sent to collection by XXXX XXXX XXXX. When the collection company, Revco, contacted me I explained the bill was being reviewed by my insurance company but they implied that I may be delaying with this explanation and said if I didn't set-up a payment plan with them they would pursue further measures. Although I found this insulting, I agreed because I'm proud of my XXXX XXXX and didn't want a ding to it.…
b'I am submitting this complaint regarding improper medical debt collection related to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX billed me for prescription medication. While I do not dispute that certain portions of the charges may be valid, the account also includes charges related to medication that was improperly delivered and subsequently returned.\n\nDue to this return-related dispute, XXXX XXXX XXXX failed or refused to provide a complete itemized bill that clearly separates undisputed charges from disputed charges. Without a complete and accurate itemized statement, the total amount allegedly owed was not determinable, and I was unable to submit payment in good faith.\n\nDespite this unresolved billing dispute and the absence of an itemized bill, XXXX XXXX XXXX transferred or sold the account to a third-party collection agency and attempted to collect the full amount.…
On XX/XX/XXXX My XXXX waived the balance due of {$36.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX I was sent a debt collection letter from Revco Solutions Inc. It said I had until XX/XX/XXXX to dispute. On Friday, XX/XX/XXXX, at XXXXXXXX XXXX, I received a call from a business I had never heard of : XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, Phone # XXXX. I let it go to voice mail. Unfortunately, they did not leave a message. Then, three minutes later, at XXXXXXXX XXXX, my daughter received a call from the same number and name. She answered the call and they started out by asking her Can you hear me? Then asked for me. She told them they had the wrong number. They then asked if she was related to me. She hung up on them. Then, 3 minutes after that, at XXXXXXXX XXXX, my son got a call from this same number and name. He answered and it was the same thing. They said they are handling a business matter for me. He hung up on them. How Deceptive is this statement!!!…
My twin sons were born in XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and each required a six-week stay in the XXXX. We met our out-of-pocket maximum for the XXXX plan year, so I was very surprised to receive an additional bill in XXXX for {$650.00} related to XXXX XXXX stay. After contacting the hospital to investigate, I was informed that several of XXXX claims were not submitted to our secondary insurance carrier ( United ) within the timely filing limits. The hospital attempted to appeal the resulting denials, but those appeals were unsuccessful. At no point was I notified that these claims had not been filed timely or that appeals were in process. By the time I received the bill, my own window to appeal had already expired. Because this balance resulted solely from the hospitals failure to submit claims properly, I requested that the full {$650.00} be written off. I was told I would receive a phone call once a decision was made.…

I received a bill from XXXX XXXX claiming that I owe {$360.00} for an order from their company around XX/XX/year>. I have never opened a credit account with XXXX XXXX and I have never received goods or services from XXXX XXXX. I filed a dispute with XX/XX/XXXXand the FTC and the account was removed from my credit report. I also used the account number on the bill to create a web account with XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and I discovered that the person who opened the credit account listed my actual address as the billing address and the products they ordered were sent to an address in Washington. I have never lived in Washington state and I do not know anyone who resides at this address. I recently received a notice of collections from Revco Solutions, acting on behalf of XXXX XXXX to collect this debt. I have filed a police report with the XX/XX/XXXXXXXX Police Department with reportXX/XX/XXXXXXXX. I did not open this account nor have I received goods or services from XXXX XXXX.
The company first contacted me in XXXX. I tore off their little slip, checked the box to dispute the debt, and attached my own letter requesting 1. The name and address of the original creditor. 2. The date of service ( s ) and itemized charges. 3. A copy of the original billing statement. 4. Proof that they are authorized to collect this debt. 5. The full chain of ownership if the debt has been sold or transferred. I went on to request that they cease all collection activity until this debt has been properly validated and that all future communications regarding the matter be conducted via mail, as requested. XX/XX/XXXX at XXXXXXXX XXXX one of their representatives called me and proceeded to try to collect the debt. I informed her I had sent them a debt validation request letter. She said they hadn't received it. Only when I informed her I had sent it certified and it showed picked up, was she magically able to find it in their system.…
Revco Solutions is continuously sending me collection letters about a debt that is not mine to pay. I have responded to every attempt they make to collect a debt that is owed by the company I used to work for. Yet despite my disputes and information I provide, they will not stop. I have demanded they all cease all attempts to collect this debt and the have failed. It is ow at the point of harrassment. The most recent letter from them was dated XX/XX/year> attempting to collect {$970.00} The dent is stated to be owed by me to XXXX XXXX XXXX The debt is owed b XXXX XXXX, I had worked for them and had fallen on their icy parking lot. I was injured and even though I didnt need or want emergency treatment, I was forced to be seen at the hospital and was driven there by a XXXX representative. The driver explaned the company pays for everything. After my recommended time off from work, I was then forced to go back to the hospital by the miserable HR staff at XXXX XXXX.…
XXXX XXXX, only sent me a bill a month before they were sending it to collections ( XX/XX/XXXX ), XXXX months after my initial hospital visit ( XX/XX/XXXX ). They did not included any information about low income or reduced payments as per the rights stated XXXX. When attempting to communicate with the hospitals billing department the did not send the itemized bill as requested, just a bill with a subtotal of {$580.00} for the visit and then sent the bill to collections minus the payment I made of {$83.00} ( XX/XX/XXXX ) to them. The debt collector as well Revco XXXX, statement dated XX/XX/XXXX did not provide the notice for free or reduced care that is required by law. I am unable to find the statement I received XX/XX/XXXX at the moment but will include the the one dated XX/XX/XXXX that was supposed the the itemized bill.
Relevant information : Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX Former Address of Service : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NY XXXX Cell : XXXX Account Number : XXXX Balance : {$390.00} Payment Confirmation Code : XXXX I had called your customer service line this morning as that was the soonest you all were available for calls. I am currently in the final stages of a mortgage underwriting process on me and my families very first home. This is a trial 10 years on the making and this account caught us by surprise and now places at risk to be unable to close our mortgage and home. I am requesting an understanding of the situation as we had never received the final bill after moving out of that address and were prompt to take care of it. I could sincerely use a fast moving goodwill delation in this case as your collections agency revco XXXX has been reporting it as a collection day by day to each of the credit bureaus.…
On XX/XX/year>, I received a call from Revco XXXX, a third-party debt collector working on behalf of XXXX, regarding the remaining balance of my auto loan. During this call, the Revco agent made a verbal settlement agreement on a recorded line, stating that if I paid the remaining balance of {$1500.00} in full : All derogatory information including the charge-off, delinquencies, and negative reporting would be deleted from all three credit bureaus. The Revco agent clearly stated this agreement on the recorded call. I paid the full {$1500.00} exactly as requested. XXXX accepted the payment, but neither XXXX nor Revco honored the agreement. The negative marks are still appearing on my credit reports. This is a violation of : FCRA ( furnishing inaccurate or misleading information ) FDCPA ( false or misleading representations by a collector ) Breach of a verbal settlement agreement I have repeatedly requested the recording from Revco, but they have refused to provide it.…
When I went in for my MRI, representative disclosed my payment would be XXXX. When I arrived for MRI, representative told me not to pay my XXXX incase it was lower they would not be able to refund me any money as the hospital does not do refunds. When I received my bill it was over XXXX when I called to dispute it with the hospital they told me there was nothing they could do. I started paying off the big bill I was paying every month until, a representative from the hospital stole my credit card information and my email and personal info and tried to purchase plane tickets with my information. Shortly after that I received the letter from the debt collectors not the hospital.
Revco medical collections company. Telephone number XXXX I had a medical bill that I'd missed paying and it went to them for payment. When I called them to pay, the wanted to charge me {$3.00} fee. Only allowing me to pay by HSA if I said the words, 'it 's ok to charge my HSA card this fee '. I believed I shouldn't be saying that on a recorded line, as I am not supposed to be charging fees to my HSA card. I used my credit card to pay the debt, rather than my HSA in this instance to avoid the catch XXXX they'd put me in. I believe their practice of charging fees on HSA cards is not right and should be looked in to.
I am formally disputing the validity of the charges associated with my XXXX appointment as a new patient at your office. During that visit, I was scheduled for a routine dental cleaning. Upon arrival, I was seated for nearly XXXX hours without any explanation or update. Eventually, full-mouth X-rays were performed without my consent or discussion of associated costs. After waiting for approximately XXXX hours total, I was informed that the office would not be performing my cleaning and that I would need to reschedule for another day. Given the refusal of service and lack of communication, I do not believe I should be financially responsible for the XXXXXXXX as I have active dental insurance and I was refused service. Following the appointment, I began receiving repeated text messages demanding payment for the X-rays. Despite explaining that the procedure was unauthorized and the visit incomplete, I was threatened with debt collection action.…
I got an physical mail from Revco Solutions Inc who is a debt collector. In the mail, they asked me to pay {$200.00} which is the amount I owe as of XX/XX/year>. I would like to clarify that I was not in a hospital on the above mentioned date. I wonder why I am getting such a mail for the second time after complaining with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

My husband and I are currently in the process of trying to buy a home and get pre-approved for a mortgage. During this process, my financial advisor informed me that I needed to pay off all of my credit cards. This was confusing because I only have one credit card in my name an XXXX card. On XX/XX/XXXX, I went to XXXX to review my credit reports from all three bureaus. When I reviewed them, I found XXXX accounts listed that do not belong to me. These same accounts had previously appeared on my husbands credit reports last year as fraudulent accounts. He disputed them at that time, and they were removed. Now, those same accounts have appeared on my reports. The fraudulent accounts include XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX all three reports. In addition, my Equifax report shows another account from Revco Solutions.…
I recently got a collection on my account from a debt collector and I never received any phone/email communication or written notice ahead that my account is being sent to collection. Even the collection agency didn't communicate with me and put it straight as a collection on my account. It is a violation of FCRA as I was never asked to dispute, pay before putting it on my credit and ruining my credit. Moreover, I am already paying my payments to the original company XXXX XXXX XXXX so it should not be on my account as this is duplicative record. XXXX XXXX XXXX show it as due amount and I pay it, and debt collector also put same amount on my credit report to pay. Am I supposed to pay at two different places?
I am filing this complaint because Revco Solutions continues to send me collection letters for a medical bill that should have been written off by the medical provider. The date of service was covered by my valid health insurance, but the provider never submitted the claim to my insurance company. My insurance confirmed multiple times that they never received the claim and, due to the providers delay, it is now past the filing deadline. My insurance company sent me a written statement confirming that the claim must be written off and that I am not responsible for this balance. Despite this, Revco Solutions continues to contact me regarding the debt. I have already sent them proof of insurance and the letter from my insurance company, yet they keep sending collection notices.…
Experian I am formally disputing the account listed on my credit report under : Company : Revco Solutions Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # : XXXX Reported Balance : {$3700.00} After reviewing my credit file, I found multiple factual inaccuracies and XXXX XXXX compliance violations, which render the reporting of this item both inaccurate and incomplete under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and the XXXX XXXX XXXX reporting standard. Violations Identified : Chronological Date Conflicts : The " Status Updated '' date ( XX/XX/XXXX ) predates the " Date Opened '' ( XX/XX/XXXX ), which is logically and factually impossible under XXXX XXXX structure. Inaccurate Payment History Reporting : You are incorrectly reporting monthly C collection codes from XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. This practice is a form of re-aging and violates XXXX XXXX guidelines that prohibit continued monthly derogatory reporting on a collection account.…
I went to a standalone ER on XX/XX/XXXX, received and paid my bill in full in XX/XX/XXXX. Sometime after, I began receiving debt collection notices from XXXX. I called the provider and confirmed they have no balance due for me nor do they have a record of an outstanding balance with the debt collector for myself. They assured me it was taken care of but I continue to receive mail that I owe an additional balance for that ER visit from the debt collector -- despite the hospital and professional billing department indicating I have been paid in full. I called again today to the provider after receiving another notice this XXXX from the debt collector and they once again confirmed I have no balance and they have no balance for me with this debt collector. No one can provide me with any details on why the debt collector is harassing me -- even the debt collector doesn't seem to know.
