These two companies XXXX XXXX XXXX and Sequium Assets Solution scammed be out of {$81.00} combined. I paid {$40.00} each to both companies for a debt that was never there. After the first incident with XXXX XXXX XXXX I paid out of ignorance thinking that this maybe how the clinic is now doing business, but after Sequium Asset Solutions called requesting the same debt. I figured something was up, but I paid anyway in case I was missing something. I called the clinic afterward and they told me there was never any debt and nothing was ever sent to collections. They would send a bill in the mail first if there was a debt before sending anything to collections. I always pay my bills on time everytime. I was angry at this point because whomever sent these companies information about me gave them false information because it didn't come from the clinic and I want my money back. I have contacted a lawyer as well as major news networks to get this information out to the public.

I am formally disputing the SeQuium collection account on my credit report ( Account ending in XXXX, original creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I never opened or authorized this account and have no legal obligation to pay it. Reporting it as an open collection is false, misleading, and violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). SeQuiums actions also appear to violate the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) by pursuing and reporting a debt that is entirely invalid. This account is causing demonstrable harm to my credit profile, limiting my ability to obtain credit fairly. I demand that this account be immediately and permanently deleted from all credit reports and that a full investigation be conducted into the accuracy and validity of this debt.
I get random calls from this number daily. I answered multiple times and was often hung up on. Today i recieved a call and called them back thinking it was my insurance regarding my XXXX XXXX. I answered and all the person asked was for confirmation details regarding my name and date. I proceeded to ask im worry to get them to repeat themselves in which they just told me they were a debt collector. I asked if they owned the debt in which they declined to answer. I then asked them to mail me a document stating they own the debt, not to call anymore as well as i dont want any third party consumers reaching out. Im not quite sure if this debt has been sold completely, what the debt is or how could i resolve it with the potential person owed this amount if it is true. They got angry and said they would put a negative report and i got hung up. I've been receiving these calls for a while now. Its very annoying and violates my consumer rights

I am filing this formal complaint against Tivalli/MG properties for their failure to engage in good-faith debt resolution and for reporting inaccurate information to my credit file following a constructive eviction. During my tenancy at XXXX, I repeatedly documented and reported severe health and safety violations, caused by the pervasive and illegal drug use of neighboring tenants. Despite providing multiple written notices, management failed to take corrective action to restore the unit to a habitable state. Under the principle of constructive eviction, I notified management that the premises were no longer habitable and vacated the property. The management company has since assessed a debt against me which I dispute in its entirety based on their breach of the lease agreement and the implied warranty of habitability.…
