Debt collection· Attempts to collect debt not owedFL

I am filing a complaint against multiple debt collection agencies for engaging in unlawful collection practices and credit reporting violations under the FDCPA and FCRA. After disputing the alleged debts and requesting validation under XXXX XXXX. XXXX, the companies failed to provide sufficient documentation proving I owe the debts, such as signed agreements, chain-of-title records, ownership proof, or a full account breakdown. Despite this, they continue collection efforts and may be reporting unverified information to credit bureaus. These actions potentially violate several provisions of federal law, including failures to validate debts, misleading representations, unfair practices, improper collection activity, and inaccurate credit reporting. Overall, their conduct suggests a pattern of attempting to collect debts without proper documentation while furnishing potentially inaccurate information, which may expose them to legal liability.

Mortgage· Trouble during payment processFL

I am filing a complaint about serious servicing errors by Suncoast Credit Union involving a Home Equity Line of Credit ( HELOC ) and my first mortgage. I was current on my mortgage, as shown in my XXXX payment history. Suncoast reinstated an old HELOC without notice, without sending statements, and without providing any accounting for years. I did not receive required disclosures or explanations about the balance or how it was calculated. Suncoast then initiated a lawsuit and wage garnishment even though I had no prior notice of any amount due. I repeatedly asked Suncoast for information and documentation, including a full accounting, statements, and an explanation of the reinstatement. They did not provide the required information. Because of Suncoasts actions, I was forced to refinance and pay off the loan on XX/XX/XXXX. This caused financial harm.

Days later, after traveling, I come home to a letter on my door saying that my rent was late. And my card was declined. I called the bank to find out why and they said that my card was blocked and that they were going to unblock it. I said that's weird because I called the week ago and they told me my card was not blocked and she said no. You were told your card was blocked and I said, no, why would I leave it blocked? Knowing that my rent was coming through anyway.

Vehicle loan or lease· Getting a loan or leaseFL

I am filing a complaint regarding Suncoast Credit Unions mishandling of my auto loan and their failure to honor a written payoff notice they issued to me. Suncoast Credit Union sent me an official written letter stating that my auto loan had been paid off. This letter was clear, unambiguous, and appeared to be a final and authoritative communication regarding the status of my loan. I relied on this written confirmation as accurate and complete. Suncoast later claimed that the payoff letter was issued in error. However, they never provided a written correction, explanation, or acknowledgment of their mistake. Instead, Suncoast unilaterally created a new loan, mailed me a new loan packet, and proceeded as if the original payoff notice had no effect. This was done without proper disclosure, borrower acknowledgment, or written clarification of how or why the original loan was allegedly reinstated. I contacted Suncoast in writing to dispute this issue and to request clarification.

Suncoast Credit Union did nothing to protect us against the theft that occurred out of our business account. We hadn't actually started using the account yet when the theft occurred, and didn't notice it within their window of 60 days for a portion of it. They made no recourse, offered no suggestions on what to do, didn't seem concerned about us in the slightest, even though we are a brand new business, and {$1600.00} is a lot of money to us right now. They completely dismissed us, leaving us to research how to find out about our money that was stolen and the recourse on our own. The original fraudulent claim number is XXXX

I have 6 open complaints with my bank Suncoast XXXX XXXX XXXX All of wich address fruad and fraudulent activities on my accounts and my personal info. I called today to address a letter I recieved stating my entire life was stolen from a 3rd party marketing vendor XX/XX/year> at XXXXXXXX XXXX and once again I was met with absolutely no regard for me or my lively hood. I was gas lite and made to believe its not that big of deal. I was advised by the lady I spoke with that my info XXXX have been stolen. Its not garunteed. I then read the letter verbatim where it states my DOB and SSN were absolutely stolen. She began to speak to me dismissive as if my concerns were over dramatized. Criminals have enough of my info to come to my house and kill me. Thats not being over dramatic thats the truth. They have my DOB and SSN and thats more than enough for some one with the tools to hack a data base to get your address. These are Criminals and potentially killers.

Credit card· Incorrect information on your reportFL

On XX/XX/XXXX, at approximately XXXX XXXX, I contacted Suncoast Credit Union regarding a charged-off account reporting a past-due balance of {$410.00}. Suncoast Credit Union stated that they no longer own or service the account and that it was transferred to Conserve. I then contacted XXXX at XXXX and spoke with multiple representatives, including a supervisor named XXXX XXXX. XXXX stated that they do not own the account and that Suncoast Credit Union is still responsible. As a result, both companies deny ownership of the debt. In addition, the account is reporting inconsistent balances ( {$410.00} vs. {$410.00} ), an incorrect last payment date of XX/XX/XXXX, and continued charge-off status despite unverifiable ownership. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681e ( b ), information reported must be accurate and verifiable. Under 15 U.S.C. 1681i, any information that can not be verified after a reasonable investigation must be deleted.

I purchased a vehicle from a licensed dealer with an agreed selling price of {$27000.00}, which was confirmed to me prior to signing and reflected in dealer documentation at the time of sale. The vehicle was also publicly advertised in the {$27000.00} {$27000.00} range. After the transaction was completed, I discovered that additional dealer-added charges and add-on products had been rolled into the financed amount, increasing the total cost well beyond what I understood and agreed to. The loan reflects a purchase price of {$29000.00}, along with additional charges that were not meaningfully disclosed as optional or clearly explained during the sales or finance process.

On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a standard past-due email notice that contained no mention of repossession or any change in payment acceptance. I called again today XX/XX/scrub>XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and spoke to a lady who advised me my card was never sent. It wasnt even in the system as sent. She advised me it clearly shows in her system that the card was never sent because of low funds. I lost my temper when an employee was mocking me on the phone and purposely being sarcastic and nasty. He refused any and all of my request and made it abundantly clear he didnt care. Iv asked them to pull the previous conversation to confirm what im saying and I was told I had to do a leagl request to pull those calls. I HAD TO .. not the bank. Thays insanity.

I am resubmitting this complaint because I was never contacted by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the banks response contains serious inaccuracies that require review. The individual listed as the responding representative for Suncoast Credit Union does not appear in the Suncoast Credit Union employee directory, raising concerns that the banks response may have been submitted by an unauthorized or misrepresented party. This casts doubt on the legitimacy and completeness of the banks internal investigation. My mother, XXXX XXXX, is a vulnerable adult with a cognitive impairment. She has severe memory loss, lacks capacity to manage financial affairs, and is currently involved in a Florida guardianship proceeding. SunCoast Credit Union received medical documentation showing her incapacity. Despite this, the bank allowed her to revoke a Durable Power of Attorney ( XXXX ), the same XXXX that was expressly created to be used in the event of incapacity.

This bank ( Suncoast Federal Credit Union ) obviously believes it XXXX XXXX the customers job to stop incoming fruad. Several times last year my accounts were hacked. Iv positively identified one of the companies and given them the information. They dont care. No investigation. No acceptance of negligence on there part by allowing these giant corporations to save your personal information and credit card info and charge you as they see fit. They tell me its not there job. Its mine. My accountants cant access any of my accounts becuase iv had to change them so many times in the past year the bank just can not even find the statements anymore.
