On XXXX XX/XX/2026, I received a notification from XX/XX/XXXXthat there was an issue with my credit. I visited the website to see that a debt had been placed on my credit report for non payment. I called Synergetic Communications to identify the debt. I told them that I had not received notification of the debt and that I would like a document explaining the debt sent to my email address. They refused to send any notifications of debt unless I provided them my home address. I told them I didn't feel comfortable doing that and eventually I was transferred to a " manager '' that could help. I was never given the opportunity to verify the debt and nothing was sent to me after I provided my email address.
I am filing a formal complaint against Synergetic Communication regarding an invalid debt of {$720.00} originating from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I vacated XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I formally requested a full itemized accounting of all deductions under Texas Property Code 92.109. A XXXX XXXXepresentative, XXXX XXXX, acknowledged my request via email ( see attached XXXX ) but failed to provide the documentation. Under Texas Property Code 92.109 ( b ), a landlord who fails to provide an itemized list within 30 days acting in bad faith forfeits all rights to withhold deposits or collect for damages. Despite this legal forfeiture, XXXX XXXX assigned this unsubstantiated debt to Synergetic Communication. Subject : CFPB Complaint Improper Verification and Inaccurate Reporting of Collection Account I am filing this complaint regarding Synergetic Communication and the inaccurate reporting of a collection account in the amount of {$4800.00} ( Account # XXXX ). I previously disputed this account with the credit bureau because it is inaccurate and/or unverified. Despite my dispute, the account was verified and remains on my credit report. I have requested proper validation and documentation supporting the debt, including a signed lease, itemized accounting ledger, and proof of legal authority to collect. To date, I have not received sufficient documentation proving that this debt is accurate or legally enforceable. If this account was verified without review of underlying documentation and merely through automated confirmation, that does not constitute a reasonable investigation.…

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing regarding the above-referenced account, which is currently being reported on my consumer credit reports and has caused a significant and unwarranted drop in my credit score. I formally dispute the validity, accuracy, and enforceability of this alleged debt. This account stems from my first-ever apartment tenancy at XXXX on XXXX in XXXX. I vacated the unit shortly after move-in due to serious and unresolved habitability and maintenance failures, which were documented in writing to property management at the time. These issues included lack of timely maintenance, health and safety concerns, and failure to provide a move-in-ready unit. As a result, I was constructively evicted. Despite this, the balance being reported consists almost entirely of penalties and fees, including an early lease termination fee and post-vacancy late fees, which are not legally enforceable under the circumstances.…

Synergetic Communications is reporting a collection account in the amount of {$7200.00} on my consumer credit report without ever providing lawful notice or proper validation of the alleged debt. I never received any written notice prior to this account being placed on my credit report, which is a direct violation of FDCPA 1692g ( a ). This failure alone constitutes a statutory violation subject to up to {$1000.00} in statutory damages per action. Furthermore, I formally requested validation of this alleged debt well over 60 days ago, and Synergetic Communications has failed to provide any documentation to substantiate the accuracy, ownership, or legal enforceability of this account. They are falsely reporting on my credit!! Account number is XXXX is falsely reporting to my credit file and is against my rights and fair credit act. The debt collector received this account on or about XX/XX/year> and reported it to the credit bureaus immediately, without providing the required 30-day validation period under the FDCPA. Reporting a debt to consumer reporting agencies is collection activity. By reporting the account before providing notice and allowing time to dispute, the collector violated 15 U.S.C. 1692g and overshadowed my statutory dispute rights. The collector previously closed a CFPB complaint without addressing this timing violation. This complaint concerns improper credit reporting before validation, not merely verification of the account. They also said i never provided proof of payment, i attached the email sent to them that was given to me.

I am submitting a complaint regarding improper medical debt collection by Synergetic Communications. Synergetic is attempting to collect a dental debt that is the result of a provider billing failure, not a valid patient responsibility. The original provider, XXXX XXXX XXXX, failed to submit an insurance claim to XXXX for services rendered on XX/XX/year>. XXXX has confirmed in writing that no claim was ever received for these services. My XXXX plan covered 80 % of basic dental services, which included the fillings I received. I paid my full patient responsibility at the time of service based on this coverage. The remaining balance exists solely because the provider did not submit the claim. When I disputed the debt and requested validation, Synergetic provided only an internal ledger showing a {$0.00} insurance payment entry dated nearly a year after the date of service.…

I do not recognize this debt as valid, and I have not been provided any documentation to substantiate it. Synergetic Communications has not provided a copy of a signed lease or agreement, an itemized breakdown of the alleged charges, or proof that they have the legal right to collect this debt. To date, no proper written validation has been provided explaining how the balance of {$5100.00} was calculated or demonstrating that this debt is accurately attributed to me. I am submitting this complaint regarding the conduct of a collections agent who contacted me concerning an alleged debt supposedly owed to XXXX. During this communication, the agent claimed that I paid XXXX using an online check. I questioned how this would even be possible and asked the agent to explain or provide details. The agent was unable to explain how such a payment occurred and offered no information other than repeatedly stating that I owe XXXX. I then requested written proof or validation of this alleged debt, as is my right under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ). The agent stated that he could not provide proof or documentation of the debt. Additionally, the agent made a threatening and misleading statement by telling me that I would never be able to cash or use a check ever again unless I paid this supposed balance.
