Fraudulent charges in the amount of {$940.00} were made to my XXXX XXXX account from XX/XX/year> through XX/XX/year>. I received a letter from XXXX dated XX/XX/year> stating that my account was being credited for the charges as well as any fees and interest. Part of the charges were credited but the remaining was not. Multiple calls each month have been made to the fraud department and I was assured by supervisors that my account would be taken care of but that has not been done. Instead, my account was closed on XX/XX/year> with an amount of {$860.00} being shown as charged off.

I am writing regarding a serious issue with how my account has been handled following a fraud case. There was a fraudulent charge on my HELOC account of {$4900.00} on XX/XX/year>. On the same day, I immediately disputed the claim as I had not made this charge. TD bank closed my account as a precautionary measure and made me a new account and confirmed that the charge would be cleared as initial investigations show that the charge is indeed fraud. However, instead of clearing the charge on the new account, the same fraud charge was transferred over despite the bank informing me that the charge would be cleared. After calling the bank, they told me they would clear it. However, weeks, months have gone by with little to no progress or indication of the charge being cleared. Additionally, as the account was closed, they also locked the account to be logged into from my phone and computer.

Dear Sir/Madam, Please see attachments. I am writing to formally request a review and reopening of my previous complaint, numbered XXXX, concerning an unresolved dispute with TD Bank , related to a charge of {$1900.00}, dated XX/XX/XXXX, linked to merchant order number XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a call from XXXX XXXX, Chairman of TD Banks resolution team, informing me that my case had been resolved and a credit of {$1900.00} had been issued. I also received two letters confirming that the credit was final and the case was closed. However, on XX/XX/XXXX, I noticed an unauthorized charge for this same amount on my account. Furthermore, I previously submitted a detailed 19-page document to TD Bank 's dispute department on XX/XX/XXXX, illustrating that XXXX XXXX XXXX failed to comply with its return policy by not sending the correct bike and missing the battery and parts. The bike remains unused and boxed, and I am requesting a refund accordingly.

On XX/XX/year>, I purchased a vehicle as a full cash transaction for {$40000.00} and explicitly declined financing multiple times. Despite this, the dealership submitted a credit application without my knowledge or consent, and TD Auto Finance accessed and used my consumer reports and approved the application. No loan account was ever opened. As a result, approximately 14 unauthorized credit inquiries appeared on my credit reports. I disputed these inquiries, and some were later removed, including the TD Auto Finance inquiry. TD confirmed that it received and approved an application but failed to provide any copy of the application or evidence of my authorization. I submitted multiple written requests and an Identity Theft Report requesting records under FCRA 609 ( e ), but TD refused to provide the requested documentation, claiming it was confidential.

On or about XX/XX/XXXX, a charge of {$7500.00} from XXXX XXXX XXXX was posted to my fathers Target XXXX account issued by TD Bank. A billing dispute was promptly opened. The basis of the dispute was not that no service was provided, but that the service was materially different from what was agreed to, and that the contract was altered after performance had already begun, despite explicit contractual language requiring any revised agreement to be executed prior to the start of work. Specifically, after the moving company began loading, the terms and pricing were changed. At that point, my father did not have a meaningful opportunity to decline or cancel the transaction under the revised terms.
