On XX/XX/XXXX, I returned my leased XXXX Tesla Model Y to Tesla in XXXX XXXX, New Jersey. Teslas website subsequently confirmed that the vehicle had been transferred on XX/XX/XXXX, that the lease was complete, and that the account was in good standing. As a result, XXXX continues to show the account as delinquent and is claiming a past due balance of {$750.00}, with a total amount due of {$1500.00}. I have contacted Tesla multiple times requesting that XXXX be notified immediately that Tesla is in possession of the vehicle, but I have not received a response or resolution. I have also contacted XXXX and disputed the balance, but they state they have not yet received notice from Tesla and will not offer me any further assistance.

I am filing this complaint regarding unapplied sales incentives associated with my Tesla Model Y lease transition and purchase. At the time I transitioned from my prior Tesla lease to a new Model Y, I was offered the following incentives as part of my purchase decision : {$1000.00} Tesla loyalty / upgrade incentive {$1000.00} Lyft partnership incentive These incentives were material to my decision to proceed with the transaction. Since XX/XX/XXXX, I have been attempting to obtain clarification and resolution regarding these incentives. I formally contacted Tesla Sales again on XX/XX/XXXX, and sent multiple followup emails. I have received no written response, confirmation, denial, or explanation. The incentives were never applied, issued, or reflected in my transaction documents. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX This matter was previously reported under XXXX XXXX. XXXX and was marked closed without resolution. I submit this supplemental statement because the underlying issues remain unresolved and circumstances have materially escalated. I assumed the existing Power Purchase Agreement ( PPA ) when I purchased my home. I did not originate the agreement ; it was entered into by the prior homeowner. The solar system was represented as providing meaningful savings by offsetting utility costs. However, despite making payments under the agreement, my overall electricity expenses ( including both Tesla charges and utility charges ) have not resulted in the level of savings reasonably portrayed. I am currently unemployed and rely on public assistance for basic living expenses. I no longer have the financial ability to continue payments under this agreement. This is not a refusal to pay ; it is financial impossibility.

In XX/XX/year>, I initiated a purchase for a 2026 Tesla Model Y Long Range AWD ( Order XXXX ) through Tesla 's online ordering system. During the financing application process on Tesla 's website, I was shown a pre-approval at 2.99 % APR. I proceeded with the order based on this rate. However, when I reached the final financing step to complete the purchase for this same order, the APR suddenly changed to 7.99 % - a 5 percentage point increase. This is a material difference that made the monthly payment significantly higher than what I had been pre-approved for at 2.99 %. I have an exceptional credit score of 800+, which should qualify me for the best available rates. There was no explanation provided for why the APR increased so drastically between the pre-approval screen and the final offer, nor was there any disclosure that the 2.99 % rate was conditional or subject to change.
