I am disputing a collection account being reported by Receivable Management Services LLC on my credit report in connection with an alleged debt from XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$1100.00}. I do not recognize this debt as valid, and the collection agency has not provided sufficient verification to establish that I am legally responsible for this obligation. This account is being reported as a collection while also listed as an open account, which is inconsistent and misleading. To date, I have not been provided with : - A signed agreement or contract showing I am responsible for this debt - A complete and itemized breakdown of the balance - Proof that the collection agency has legal authority or assignment of this debt - Documentation verifying the accuracy and completeness of the information being reported Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1681 ), all information reported must be accurate, complete, and verifiable.…
I am submitting a formal complaint regarding inaccurate, incomplete, and potentially unverified information being reported on my consumer credit file by Receivable Management Services. This collection account is currently reported as paid/closed, however the reporting furnished to consumer reporting agencies appears incomplete and does not demonstrate full data integrity or proper verification of all required account fields. The information being reported lacks sufficient supporting detail to confirm that it is accurate, complete, and not misleading as required under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). Account in question : Date opened : XX/XX/year> Status : Paid, Closed Original balance : {$190.00} Highest balance : Not reported The tradeline is missing complete account data elements that are typically required to properly verify the accuracy and completeness of a collection account reporting.…
I am filing a complaint against several debt collection agencies for what appears to be ongoing violations of federal consumer protection laws. After formally disputing the alleged debts and requesting proper validation, the companies did not provide sufficient proof that I am legally responsible for these accounts. They failed to produce key documents such as original agreements, ownership records, account histories, or evidence of their authority to collect. Despite this, collection efforts and credit reporting activity may have continued without proper verification. This raises concerns about potential violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, including failure to validate debts and use of misleading or unfair practices, as well as the Fair Credit Reporting Act, particularly regarding the accuracy and investigation of reported information.…

I requested validation of this debt and received documentation that contains conflicting and unclear balance information. The validation provided shows XXXX different amounts with no explanation of how the total balance was calculated. The XXXX final bill lists a total of {$220.00}, yet also states a total amount due of {$770.00}, without any itemized breakdown or explanation for the difference. Because the amounts are inconsistent and unsupported, the balance being reported can not be verified as accurate. Despite this, the account continues to be reported on my credit report. I am requesting that this account either be properly validated with a full itemized breakdown and clear explanation of all charges, or deleted from all credit reporting agencies

The original amount was {$160.00}, and this account has been paid in full on or around XX/XX/year>. The balance is now {$0.00}.
