I am disputing an unauthorized wire transfer of {$3800.00} from my bank account that resulted from account takeover and computer compromise, not consumer authorization. I did not initiate, approve, or benefit from this transaction. At the time of the wire transfer, my personal computer had already shown signs of compromise, and I had recently been the victim of confirmed financial fraud involving other accounts. I reported suspicious activity to the bank and requested that the transaction be reversed ; nevertheless, the wire was completed without my consent. The bank denied reimbursement without requesting additional information from me and relied solely on the fact that the transaction originated from my IP address. This reasoning ignores well recognized forms of fraud, including malware and remote access attacks, which can produce transactions that appear technically valid while remaining unauthorized by the consumer.

I ordered a Teller Check on XX/XX/XXXX. USAA told me it would take 2 business days including the day ordered which would have been XX/XX/XXXX to mail out. As of XX/XX/XXXX - I called 5 times and was told 5 different things from 5 different agents. 1 - Told me check had processed yet. 2. Told me it was shipped and my tracking number was in my online documents- this was lie. 3. Told me if they reissue check ( stopped rep right there and hung up ) as she was clueless. 4. Provided me a tracking number of another members check being sent to XXXX, I am in XXXX. 5. Resolution department- did nothing. USAA misrepresents their process and their agents lie about mispresent material facts. How can they keep getting away with being managed this poorly. I would like someone from the bank to call me and explain how a simple process of getting a teller check became this much of a mess.

On XX/XX/2025, I attempted to deposit cash at a USAA ATM. I inserted approximately {$1800.00}. During the transaction, the ATM prompted me to add more cash. I attempted to insert an additional {$510.00}, which was rejected and returned. The ATM then ended the session, returned my card, did not confirm the deposit, and did not print a receipt. I attempted to deposit again at the same ATM, but the deposit option was unavailable, so I used a nearby USAA ATM. USAA conducted multiple investigations and concluded that no error occurred. However, they did not provide ATM balancing totals, overage/shortage data, or detailed audit findings related to the malfunction during the deposit process. The transaction involved an interrupted deposit session where the ATM retained the initial cash without completing the transaction.

I have made several deposits in my account with USAA. The most recent one was done on XX/XX/year>. I was only allowed access to minimum funds immediately yet the check shows it was posted to my account on XX/XX/year>. However they will not allow me access to any of the remaining funds for another 5 days. This is a reoccurring problem. I deposit check they may allow or may not allow access to funds immediately while 95 % of the funds are held for 7-10 days even through the check is cleared and posted and able to be accessed they refuse it. Time and time again. Even when the check is from another USAA account they still place hold on my deposits for 7-10 days. Should be no reason for that.

Vehicle loan or lease· Incorrect information on your reportFL

I am filing a formal complaint against USAA Federal Savings Bank for willful non-compliance with the FTC Holder in Due Course Rule ( 16 CFR 433 ) and for engaging in Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts or Practices ( UDAAP ). I financed a vehicle through USAA ( XXXX # XXXX ) for {$48000.00}. The vehicle was sold to me by a dealership and has subsequently been identified as substantially impaired, triggering state Lemon Law / defective product liability. My Promissory Note with USAA contains the federally mandated FTC Holder Rule clause, which explicitly dictates that the creditor ( USAA ) is subject to all claims and defenses I have against the seller. Consequently, because the fraudulent act of the seller allows for the unwinding of the purchase contract, USAA is legally bound to the same restitution. On XX/XX/year>, a USAA Member Advocacy representative ( " XXXX '', XXXX. XXXX ) formally denied my demand to freeze the loan and cease credit reporting.

I am a customer of USAA ( Auto Loan Account : XXXX XXXX ). USAA is actively violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ). Let me be absolutely clear so there is no confusion : I was paying this bill on time and in perfect compliance. My account was flawless. But when my vehicle catastrophically broke down and remained incapacitated for 34 days, I started utilizing the law. If I simply stopped paying my bill without legal justification, USAA would repossess my car. There would be no hard feelingsits just business. Conversely, when the vehicle is statutorily defective and the FTC Holder in Due Course Rule ( 16 C.F.R. 433 ) dictates that I am legally permitted to withhold payment against a defective asset, USAA must respect that boundary. There should be no hard feelingsI am simply following the letter of the law, and USAA is obligated to do the same. I want to make it absolutely clear exactly who USAA is automating their systems against.
