XXXX XXXX Veros Credit XXXX XXXX and Misrepresentation I am filing a complaint regarding my auto loan account with Veros Credit. On XX/XX/year>, I received a settlement offer and accepted it the same day by signing and returning the agreement. I was actively communicating with their representative and was explicitly told in writing that the offer and payment deadline were valid through XX/XX/year>. I relied on this representation and timeline in good faith. At no point was I informed that my vehicle could still be repossessed prior to that deadline. Despite this, my vehicle was repossessed at approximately XXXX AM on XX/XX/year>, just hours after I accepted and returned the agreement. This action directly contradicts the timeline provided by Veros Credit and was done without warning while I was actively working to resolve the account under the agreed terms.

Vehicle loan or lease· Struggling to pay your loanFL

Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, I am writing to formally file a complaint against Veros Credit regarding their handling of my account and their conduct during recent communications. I have made multiple attempts to work with Veros Credit in good faith to establish a payment arrangement due to financial hardship. Despite my efforts, they have refused to offer any reasonable options. I also inquired about voluntarily surrendering the vehicle to avoid further financial strain, but this option was not meaningfully addressed or facilitated. In addition to the lack of cooperation, I have experienced unprofessional and concerning behavior from their representatives. I received rude and dismissive responses when attempting to discuss my situation. More troubling, Veros Credit has made repeated and disruptive phone calls to my place of employment, which has caused unnecessary stress and embarrassment.

I am filing a complaint against Veros Credit regarding the handling of my repossessed vehicle after I have already paid the required balance to redeem it. My vehicle was repossessed, and I was informed that I could recover it by paying the past-due balance along with applicable fees. I made the required payment in full in order to exercise my right of redemption. However, despite my payment, I am now being told that due to company policy, my vehicle must first be transported from the repossession lot to an auction facility before I am allowed to retrieve it. I have not been given a clear timeline, exact location, or confirmed release date. I am also concerned about the possibility of additional fees being added during this delay. Under Texas law, I understand that I have the right to redeem my vehicle at any time before it is sold.

I am filing a complaint regarding an auto loan originated through Veros Credit that was approved and booked based on dealer misrepresentation. The dealership stated to the lender that it was buying my vehicle, which was a required condition for loan approval. That transaction never occurred. I still have possession of my original vehicle. Despite this, the loan was booked, I paid a {$3000.00} down payment, and I have made two loan payments. I was not provided copies of all documents I signed at delivery. I contacted Veros Credit multiple times to dispute the loan due to this misrepresentation and request review. I was disconnected during calls and ultimately told there was nothing they can do. I paid a {$3000.00} cash down payment to the dealership for a vehicle they claimed was financed. The finance company later confirmed that the loan was never approved or funded. The technician confirmed that there is a problem with the vehicle, called the dealership, and then informed me that the dealership instructed him not to repair the vehicle. Despite the vehicle being under the dealerships 3-month/3,000-mile warranty, they have refused to address the issue, claiming it is not covered because the check engine light is not on. Due to the unresolved mechanical defects, I returned the vehicle.

On XX/XX/year>, I entered into a legally binding Account Settlement Agreement with Veros Credit to settle the account for a reduced balance of {$7700.00}, payable in 38 monthly installments of {$200.00} each ( as documented in the agreement sent by creditor ). Since that date, I have complied with the payment plan and have been making all required payments as agreed. At the time of repossession, my insurance claim was under review. I believed the car was totaled due to the car still not able to be driven or come on. Because the vehicle was in a damaged, non-operational state and the insurance process was active, Vero Credit was required to allow the claim and the GAP coverage I purchased to be completed before taking any collection or repossession action. Instead, they treated the account as delinquent and moved straight to repossession. never receive i never received a Notice of Intent to Sell ( required at least 10 days BEFORE selling a repossessed vehicle ), a Post-Sale Deficiency Notice ( required AFTER the vehicle is sold stating sale price, fees, and balance ).
