I reviewed my credit report and noticed a debt listed from Plaza XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$1500.00}. I contacted your office and requested verification of this debt. The representative I spoke with stated that the documentation would be provided ; however, I have not received any verification to date. Additionally, my attempts to follow up by phone have been unsuccessful, as I am only able to reach voicemail after extended hold times. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), I have the right to dispute and request verification of any debt reported on my credit file. If this debt can not be properly validated, it must be removed from my credit report. Please be advised that if this matter is not resolved promptly and in accordance with federal law, I am prepared to pursue further action to protect my rights.

I requested that validation in XXXX of 2026 and not heard back from this company.
In XX/XX/year>2026 I called a company that said I had a closed collections with to pay, they said they dont have it, it was sold to plaza services. I called them for a payoff and they also said they no longer had it but another company so I called that company and they too also said they dont have it and they didnt know where it went. So then I disputed it through transunion and got the results of unknown. When I called and asked what that meant no one could give me an answer. I also asked if the agencies can not find this debt why was it still being reported and couldnt get answer about it. I then proceeded to call Plaza Services again and couldnt get an answer. Im requesting a full report on the dispute and results to be mailed to me.
See complaints XXXX and XXXX. In a previous complaint, Plaza Services stated that it does not send letters or communicate directly with consumers, and resolution of this account is managed by its servicing agency XXXX XXXX. A separate complaint was then filed against XXXX XXXX for failure to meet federal guidelines on communication of debt. XXXX XXXX responded that Plaza Services retracted this account on XX/XX/XXXX, and that it no longer services this account. Complaint XXXX was filed against Plaza Services on XX/XX/XXXX. Complaint XXXX was filed against XXXX Services on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX claims this account was retracted on XX/XX/XXXX. Plaza Services acknowledges that federal law mandates compliance if a consumer requires communication in writing. However, it also claims it does not send letters or communication directly to consumers.…
I am writing to formally request debt validation for a collection account mentioned in a letter I recently received. Under my rights through the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), I ask that your office provide clear proof that the debt is valid. This should include the name of the original creditor, the amount owed, a full payment record, and proof that I am responsible for this debt. I am making this request to ensure the information being reported is accurate and not the result of a mistake, fraud, or confusion. While waiting for proper validation, I ask that you pause all collection activity and reporting related to this account, as allowed by law.
I am submitting a complaint against several debt collection agencies for what appear to be ongoing violations of federal consumer protection laws. After formally disputing the alleged debts and requesting proper validation, the agencies failed to provide sufficient documentation to establish that I am legally responsible for these accounts. Specifically, they did not produce key records such as original agreements, proof of ownership, complete account histories, or evidence of their authority to collect. Despite this lack of verification, collection activities and credit reporting appear to have continued. This raises concerns about potential violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), including failure to properly validate debts and the use of misleading or unfair collection practices.…

On XX/XX/XXXX, Plaza Services LLC placed collection tradelines on my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX consumer credit files for an alleged debt purportedly originated by XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX had never communicated with me before that date. No call. No letter. No email. I have no knowledge of any account with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I did not open any account with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I did not authorize anyone to open an account in my name. The alleged debt is not mine. Plaza Services LLC 's furnishing of derogatory tradelines without prior consumer contact violates Regulation F, 12 C.F.R. 1006.30 ( a ), which prohibits a debt collector from furnishing information to a consumer reporting agency regarding a debt before communicating with the consumer about the debt. The first communication from anyone in the Plaza Services collection chain arrived on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX days after the tradelines were placed. PLAZA SERV is attempting to collect and report a debt that I do not recognize as mine. This account is being furnished to XXXX with damaging derogatory information, yet I have not been provided any signed agreement, itemized billing statement, proof of services, or documentation linking me to this alleged debt. I dispute responsibility for this account and request a full investigation. Continuing to report or collect without proper validation is unfair and harmful.
I am formally disputing two collection accounts reported by Plaza Services. I do not recognize these debts and I have reason to believe they may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not properly validated. Under my rights pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), I am requesting full validation of both accounts. Specifically, I request the following for each account : * The name and address of the original creditor * The full amount of the alleged debt, including any fees or interest * Copies of any signed agreement or contract showing that I am legally obligated to pay * Complete account history * Proof that Plaza Services has the legal authority to collect these debts At this time, Plaza Services has not provided sufficient evidence to validate these accounts. Therefore, I am requesting that these accounts be thoroughly investigated.…
I am submitting this complaint regarding Plaza Services , LLC and their continued reporting of an alleged XXXX account. This complaint concerns a different issue than my prior submissions and is based on inaccurate and inconsistent reporting across credit bureaus, as well as failure to ensure maximum possible accuracy under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Despite prior disputes, Plaza Services continues to report this account. However, the information being furnished is inconsistent and unreliable across credit reporting agencies. For example, this same account is reported differently across bureaus. XXXX reports this account as an open Factoring Company Account in collection, while XXXX reports the same account as a Debt Buyer Account with a closed status. These are materially different classifications and account conditions that can not both be accurate. Additionally, the reporting structure and account details differ between bureaus.…
I was made aware of a fraudulent loan opened in my maiden name ( XXXX XXXX ) from XXXX XXXX. The loan was issued using my social security number, however my social security number is now tied to the last name XXXX. I notified XXXX XXXX via phone that the loan is fraudulent and was not taken out by me. XXXX XXXX confirmed that they had my file notated as such and that no additional action was needed from me to resolve with them. However, XXXX XXXX then sold my loan to Plaza Services LLC, unknown to me. Plaza Services has now reported this fraudulent loan to my collections credit report, even though I reported this loan as fraudulent with XXXX XXXX. This loan is fraudulent.

Multiple fraudulent accounts opened under my name and social. Ive been able to successfully dispute XXXX, others has been a challenge due to lack response and follow up. My credit has been affected tremendously, Im attempting to just restore my credit. XXXX XXXX collection agency has not answered any of my calls or returned and messages. I discovered this account on my credit profile. XXXX XXXX has yet to resolved my dispute, although I provided the information months ago.
Starting trying to improve my credit and pay off debt in the fall. In XXXX I noticed I had something in collections from XXXX. It seems to be categorized as a personal loan. The loan seems to be taken out in XX/XX/XXXX. I NEVER applied for a personal or any other loan in XXXX. The last ( and only ) personal loan Ive ever applied for was for XXXX XXXX in XXXX of XXXX. That same loan was paid off by XXXX XXXX. The only other loans under my name that Ive applied for are my car loan and mortgage loan. Ive tried to dispute the loan through XXXX XXXX and I received a letter a month ago that I did not understand. It seemed like they were asking for proof that I did not apply for the loan. Im unsure how Im supposed to provide proof for something that I never applied for in the first place. I unfortunately can not find that letter now. Since then, Ive had XXXX debt XXXX call me in an attempt to close out past due accounts that do not exist.…
The debtor / collector refuses to provide formal documentation and proof of debt ownership, etc and their response doesnt follow FCRA guidelines and consumer protection laws. This debt collector has not met legal requirements and refuses to comply with the law and has been noncompliance with my request
I am requesting validation of this alleged debt pursuant to my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ). I do not recognize this account and request that you provide proper validation of the debt. Please provide the following : The name and address of the original creditor The full account number associated with the alleged debt Documentation showing I am legally obligated to pay this debt A complete payment history, including how the amount was calculated Proof that your company is authorized to collect on this debt ( including assignment or purchase agreement ) Until this information is provided, I request that you cease all collection activity and reporting to credit bureaus. If you are unable to provide proper validation, I request that this account be removed from my credit report immediately.
Refer to complaint XXXX I have sent many letters to Plaza Services since XXXX of XXXX. None of the letters has received a response. In a previous complaint, Plaza Services claims its servicing agency or affiliate sent emails and correspondence. These were outright lies. I asked specifically to provide proof, i.e., actual email headers with email timestamps, not some documents generated after the fact and then backdated to perpetrate a lie. I have since sent many more letters in an attempt to resolve this account. Plaza Services either ignores these letters or outright refuses to respond. All communication regarding this account must be in writing, this preference is enforceable by federal law. I have not received any response directly from Plaza Services or any agency claiming to be working for Plaza Services regarding the letters I sent. I monitor my emails and junk folder religiously, any claim of having sent emails is an outright egregious lie.
I am submitting this complaint regarding a collection account that remains on my credit report despite my prior dispute and request for validation. I previously disputed this account and formally requested that the collection agency provide proper validation of the alleged debt. However, the information provided was either insufficient or did not meet the requirements for proper validation under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). At no point have I been provided with adequate documentation to establish that I am legally obligated to pay this debt. Specifically, I have not received a signed agreement, contract, or any documentation that clearly verifies the origin, amount, and ownership of this account. Despite this, the account continues to be reported on my credit file, which I believe constitutes inaccurate and unverified reporting.…
XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX RE : FORMAL NOTICE OF DISPUTE & DEMAND FOR DELETION Account Number : XXXX Amount : {$1300.00} To Whom It May Concern, This letter serves as formal notice that I am disputing the accuracy, completeness, and validity of the above-referenced account currently being reported on my consumer credit file. Your reporting of this account appears to be in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. The following issues have been identified : No verifiable payment history has been provided The account is being reported as both a charge-off and collection, which is misleading You have failed to provide evidence of a legally binding agreement between myself and your company The account balance and reporting details have not been properly validated The account is marked as disputed, yet no proper investigation results have been provided Under 15 U.S.C.…
I discovered a new collection from Plaza Services LLC ( {$2600.00} ) on my credit report today, XX/XX/year>. This company has never sent me a mandatory validation notice ( G-notice ) as required by Regulation F, likely because they are using an outdated Massachusetts address despite my XXXX XXXX in Florida. I have attempted to call their published line multiple times today and sent two emails to verify this debt, but they have not answered. I am disputing the accuracy of this balance and their failure to provide legal notification before reporting. I request immediate validation or deletion.
} To Whom It May Concern, I am in receipt of your response regarding the alleged account referenced. Your response is insufficient and does not meet the requirements of proper validation under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1692g ). You state that the account originated with XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and was sold to Plaza Services , LLC. However, you have failed to provide the following : 1. Complete chain of assignment showing your legal ownership of this debt 2. A full accounting of the alleged balance, including all fees, interest, and payments 3. Verification that I have a contractual obligation directly with Plaza Services , LLC 4. Proof that the alleged contract bears my valid signature and was executed lawfully Providing a copy of a generic contract or application does not constitute proper validation. Additionally, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1681 ), you are required to report only accurate and fully verified information.…
