Since XX/XX/XXXX I have made repeated good faith efforts to resolve this debt. On XX/XX/XXXX she froze my XXXX checking account the day after I filed that motion. On XX/XX/XXXX a settlement was reached in open court before Judge XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Total settlement amount was {$2000.00}. The receiver would retain {$1100.00} already seized and I would pay the remaining {$880.00} through a payment plan. The judge instructed the receiver to draft settlement documents. Payday loan, title loan, personal loan, or advance loan· Struggling to pay your loanTN

Subject : Complaint Regarding Predatory Title Loan Practices and Excessive Fees I am submitting this complaint regarding a title loan I obtained from TitleMax in XXXX XXXX during a desperate financial time in my life when I urgently needed assistance. What initially appeared to be a temporary financial solution has instead turned into a long-term financial hardship that I have been unable to escape. Since taking out this loan, I have struggled tremendously to pay it down due to what I believe are excessive and predatory fees and interest charges that consume the majority of my monthly payment while barely reducing the principal balance. Currently, the payoff is over {$4700.00} and I am paying roughly {$670.00} per month toward this loan, yet only approximately {$110.00} of each payment is being applied to the principal balance. The remainder goes toward fees, finance charges, and interest.

I want to start by saying I did not personally have an account with titlemax. In XX/XX/2025 I purchased a vehicle from a guy that provided me with a Bill of Sale and promised to provide me with a title once it arrived in the mail. I ask the seller to take a picture with me standing by the car holding up the current bill of sale and the current registration for the vehicle which is in his name. After owning this vehicle for 9 months now I decided to pack my belongings at my residence in XXXX Tn and move to XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX Once my family arrived to XXXX Texas I was visiting a buddy and when I came outside my vehicle was gone. Not to mention for 6 months o have been in contact with the seller which was promising me that he had misplaced the title and he filed for a lost title.

Payday loan, title loan, personal loan, or advance loan· Problem with the payoff process at the end of the loanNV

I took out a loan with TitleMax in XX/XX/XXXX while facing financial hardship after losing work due to contracting XXXX, which ultimately contributed to my eviction and need to secure new housing. From the inception of this loan, I was never able to successfully access or create an online account through TitleMaxs payment system. Because of this, I was unable to review my contract terms, monitor my balance, or make payments online. Despite repeated attempts, I remained locked out of the system for the duration of the loan. This prevented me from making what would have otherwise been good faith payments toward the account. In XX/XX/XXXX, I received a phone call from a representative advising me that my vehicle was facing repossession. During that conversation, I explained that I wanted to pay the loan in full immediately in order to recover my title and remove myself from the loan entirely. I specifically asked the representative, I want to pay this loan in full today.

I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the loans I was provided by Speedy Cash. At the time these loans were approved, I was experiencing financial difficulties and was unable to sustainably afford the repayments without borrowing again or falling behind on other financial commitments. I believe the lending was irresponsible because proper affordability checks were either not completed or were inadequate. The loans caused me significant financial hardship. I struggled to meet essential living expenses and had to rely on repeated borrowing and/or other forms of credit to manage repayments. I believe this should have indicated that the lending was unaffordable. I would like you to investigate my complaint and review all loans provided to me. In particular, I ask that you consider : Whether the loans were affordable based on my income and expenditure at the time and the pattern of repeat borrowing.

I have a title loan with TitleMax ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). For over a year, I have been locked out of my online account portal at XXXX because TitleMax 's login system requires a one-time verification code ( OTP ) sent to a phone number ending in XXXX, which is an old number I no longer have access to. The portal provides NO option to update the phone number without first completing verification through the old number, creating an impossible catch-XXXX. I first contacted TitleMax about this issue in XX/XX/XXXX and have been emailing their consumer complaints department ( XXXX ) continuously since then. On XX/XX/XXXX, TitleMax responded by instructing me to log into the portal and update my profile information, which is the exact thing I can not do because of the OTP verification loop. I replied on XX/XX/XXXX explaining this catch-XXXX and demanding a payoff figure be sent to me via email. I gave them a XXXX business day deadline which expired on XX/XX/XXXX with no response.

Cash XXXX XXXX Speedy Cash a couple of months ago I saw a spam email, from what looks like a scammer, threatening me with search warrants, jail time, insane legal fees, and weird time windows like 4 or 12 hours to pay in full, demanding payment on a debt I don't recognize, threatening 7 years in federal prison if I don't pay them in 12 hours, etc. I said that sounds scary let me just double check and request a debt validation letter, to make sure I'm not missing something here.. after my initial request I got an email saying we acknowledge you responded, but you didn't comply, so more threats, I again send a request for validation, and request they stop contacting me except to validate the debt.

I am trying to complete a full payoff of my auto title loan through a third-party dealership ( XXXX ) XXXX I have repeatedly requested a payoff statement and lien release instructions from TitleMax, including directly at the store with management, but the request has been delayed and not properly provided. The delay is preventing my ability to complete a full payoff of the loan, as my dealership partner requires official payoff instructions to send payment directly to the lender. During this delay, interest and fees continue to accrue on my account. I am requesting immediate provision of a valid payoff statement, per diem interest, and instructions for third-party payment so I can fully satisfy this loan.

Subject : Consumer Complaint Against TitleMax Misleading Repossession Communication and Breach of Peace To Whom It May Concern, I am submitting a formal consumer complaint regarding the repossession of my vehicle by TitleMax and the conduct surrounding it. I was aware that my account had entered repossession status. However, I was clearly informed by a TitleMax representative that I had until the XXXX to make a payment of XXXX dollars which had been discussed multiple times prior to the end of the call. Based on that representation, I reasonably believed I had until that date to cure the default before repossession would occur. At no point was it explained that repossession could occur immediately despite that stated timeframe. As a result, I relied on the information provided and was not given a fair opportunity to prevent the repossession.

When I logged in to pay my {$370.00} ( 30-day ) loan reinstatement payment, it had increased to over {$500.00}. Payday loan, title loan, personal loan, or advance loan· Struggling to pay your loanTX

I am submitting this complaint regarding a loan servicing issue with TitleMax involving both a personal loan and a title loan account. There has been significant confusion and lack of clarity regarding how my payments were applied and what I actually owe. I was under the understanding that I had a structured payment arrangement of approximately {$200.00} for my personal loan. However, payments and balances have not been clearly explained to me, and I am now unsure how my payments were allocated between the personal loan and the title loan. The documentation I have reviewed does not clearly show a consistent or transparent breakdown of principal, interest, fees, or remaining balances. At this time, I believe my accounts may have been misapplied or improperly managed, resulting in confusion about the true balance owed. I also was not given clear, understandable communication about how both loans interact or whether payments toward one account affected the other.

On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX thirteen days after the repossession TitleMax 's customer-facing online portal continued to display messaging stating that the vehicle was at risk of future recovery and that payment could be made to avoid repossession. In reliance on this false portal message, I borrowed money in an attempt to redeem the vehicle, resulting in actual financial damages. The vehicle was sold by TitleMax on XX/XX/XXXX for {$6800.00}. When I contacted TitleMax about the deceptive portal message, they provided written confirmation that this portal behavior reflects intentional company policy not a technical error.
