I am filing this complaint to dispute an inaccurate collection account that has been transferred from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Credit Control , LLC. This debt stems from XXXX XXXX charges for XXXX and XX/XX/year> after I vacated the property before XX/XX/year> due to eviction. I did not receive services during the period being billed, and I returned all XXXX equipment. I am not legally responsible for these charges. Despite my dispute, this account has been reported again under a new collection agency, causing continued and unnecessary damage to my credit. Transferring a disputed debt does not resolve the underlying inaccuracies or make the information accurate. I request a complete investigation and require Credit Control , LLC and XXXX XXXX to provide competent evidence that I am legally responsible for this debt.…
Formal Dispute and Demand to Cease Collection Activities. I am writing to formally dispute the alleged debt that has been reported and transferred between debt collectors. This account was previously disputed with XXXX Collections, and despite my dispute, the account has apparently been sold or assigned to another collection agency. I do not owe this debt and do not acknowledge any legal responsibility for it. Based on my bank payment history and records, I have found no evidence supporting the validity of this claim. Furthermore, I terminated my relationship with XXXX XXXX due to identity theft concerns and unauthorized activity. Any account associated with this alleged debt may be the result of fraud or identity theft. Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), 15 U.S.C. 1692g, I demand complete validation of this alleged debt, including : The name of the original creditor. The amount allegedly owed. Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you are required to provide proper validation of this debt, including the original signed agreement, a complete account history, and proof of your legal authority to collect and report this account. To date, no such documentation has been provided. Continued reporting of unverified or inaccurate information constitutes a violation of federal law.…
This debt collector has engaged in conduct that violates the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ). They are reporting an account that I did not authorize, and no signed agreement exists bearing my signature to validate any obligation. A legally binding contract requires clear consent from all parties, which is absent in this case. Additionally, the collector has failed to provide proper validation of the alleged debt as required under the FDCPA. Without sufficient documentation verifying the debts legitimacy, their continued reporting and collection efforts are unlawful. These actions constitute violations of my consumer rights. As a result, I demand the immediate deletion of this account from all reporting agencies. Failure to comply may result in further legal action, including claims for damages.
" I am a consumer experiencing documented financial hardship. I have officially terminated my contract with third-party debt management services to handle my obligations independently under a strict monthly budget. Credit Control , LLC is currently collecting on a former XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card account ending in XXXX. I have previously initiated proactive correspondence to your office proposing a direct, affordable XXXX XXXX monthly hardship payment arrangement to resolve this balance responsibly. Because this account was left unnegotiated by my former program, I am using this portal to secure a formal response. I am unable to safely negotiate these terms over the telephone due to stress and the critical need for a written paper trail, and your agency does not offer a transparent consumer email option for direct hardship setups. I also request that they investigate the accuracy of the information being reported and correct or delete any inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA )

I have already filed complaints with the Federal Trade Commission ( FTC ), my State Attorney General, and the XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding Credit Control , LLC 's continued reporting of this alleged debt. I never received the required initial written notice before this account was placed on my credit report, and I have repeatedly requested proper documentation and validation of this alleged debt multiple times.
