I am writing to formally request debt validation for a collection account mentioned in a letter I recently received. Under my rights through the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), I ask that your office provide clear proof that the debt is valid. This should include the name of the original creditor, the amount owed, a full payment record, and proof that I am responsible for this debt. I am making this request to ensure the information being reported is accurate and not the result of a mistake, fraud, or confusion. While waiting for proper validation, I ask that you pause all collection activity and reporting related to this account, as allowed by law.

I am a victim of identity theft. I recently discovered one or more accounts and/or debts that were opened or used without my knowledge or authorization. I did not apply for these accounts, authorize anyone to use my personal information, or receive any benefit from the transactions. As soon as I became aware of the fraudulent activity, I reported it and began disputing the accounts with the credit reporting agencies and the companies involved. I am requesting that all fraudulent accounts and related information be investigated and removed from my credit file in accordance with applicable law.

This is not my account and was opened without my consent. Filing a stolen identity report today!
I disputed this Credit Corp Solutions account and requested documentation proving the debt is valid and accurately reported. Specifically, I requested the original creditor agreement, complete account history, proof of ownership, chain of assignment, and all documents used to verify the account. Credit Corp Solutions responded that the account was verified as accurate but failed to provide the documentation I requested. Simply stating an account is verified does not satisfy my request for evidence supporting the debt and its reporting. Despite my dispute, Credit Corp Solutions continues furnishing this account to the credit bureaus, causing ongoing harm to my credit profile. If Credit Corp Solutions can not provide competent evidence validating the debt and demonstrating the accuracy of the information being reported, I request immediate deletion of this account from all consumer reporting agencies.
I am requesting full verification of the alleged debt referenced in your recent notice, including the original creditors information, the claimed balance, documentation showing my obligation for the debt, and proof of your authority to collect it.
Help my rights are being violated, 15 U.S.C. 1692g ( b ) of the FDCPA requires debt collectors to cease collection activities and provide proper validation of the debt when requested in writing within 30 days of initial contact. The accounts Ive referenced are not 100 % accurate. Until you provide competent evidence that validates the debt including a signed agreement, full account history, and verification of your authority to collect you must cease all collection efforts and remove the information from my credit report.

On XX/XX/year> Credit Corp Solutions attempted to have me served for the amount of XXXX. I was improperly served. Not only was I served at an old address of which we still own, but no one resides in. They served my father in law who also does not live there nor had the permission from myself or my husband to receive the paperwork. The paperwork consisted of dates, loan amounts, and other private information that he legally should have had no access to. I have documents from the court showing the sheriff served him and listed him as my " daddy ''. I also have textual evidence from my husband of the photos of said documents sent to him by my father in law making us aware of the situation.

I was contacted regarding a debt and a lawsuit filed in California, a state I have not lived in for over 25 years. I informed the company that I do not reside in California and have never lived in XXXX XXXX where the lawsuit was filed. The company responded through the CFPB system stating they would close the case and notify their attorney to do so. Based on this, I believed the matter was resolved. However, I recently discovered on my credit report that a default judgement was entered against me in XX/XX/year>, after the company stated the case would be closed. I was not properly served, and the documents were left at an address where I do not live. I have never verified or acknowledged this debt. My concern is that the company proceeded with legal action and obtained a judgement despite indicating the case would be closed.
I am filing a complaint regarding a XXXX XXXX account ( XXXX XXXX ) that has been placed in collections with Credit Corp Solutions. After reviewing the statements provided, I identified clear discrepancies : - Payments were made via automatic payment and recorded as Automatic Payment Thank You - These payments were posted on or before the due date - Despite timely payments, the account was charged late fees and returned payment fees - These fees appear to have been improperly applied and compounded over time This created an inaccurate and inflated balance, which ultimately led to the account being sent to collections. As a result, my credit score dropped from approximately XXXX to the low XXXX, causing significant financial harm, including higher interest costs on a {$450000.00} mortgage. I am requesting : 1. A full investigation into the application of payments and fees 2. Removal of improperly assessed fees 3. Correction or removal of all negative credit reporting 4.…

I am filing this complaint against Credit Corp Solutions regarding a collection account originally from XXXX XXXX with a reported balance of approximately {$980.00}. I have made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this matter, on a recorded line tying to pay a couple of XXXX XXXX. However, during several phone calls, the representative was rude, unprofessional, and created a hostile and intimidating environment. I requested to speak with another representative, but the same individual continued speaking loudly in the background, interfering with my ability to negotiate. This conduct appears to violate the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), including but not limited to harassment and abusive communication under 15 U.S.C. 1692d. Additionally, I have concerns regarding the accuracy of the reporting of this account. The account activity date continues to be updated or reactivated, which is negatively impacting my credit profile.…

My credit card debt was sent to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I was sued in XXXX by and I agreed to pay the debt so they were granted a judgement of monies plus interest and attorney fees starting that date. The only contact information on the paperwork was an email for their attorney. I contacted their attorney XX/XX/XXXX to set up a payment plan but never received any additional information. I dont know where to send payments and a XXXX search returns multiple sites sharing their business name. They have sent no communication and I heard nothing from them until they filed a renewal affidavit to show I had paid nothing and had accrued interest of XXXX. It is unfair to ask me to pay money but not disclose how or where to pay and then expect to collect interest without completing any collection efforts.
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally dispute the accuracy and validity of the following account that appears on my credit report. Creditor : Credit Corp Solutions Inc . Account Number : XXXX Reported Balance : {$4300.00} Date Reported : XX/XX/XXXX I am requesting a full investigation of this account pursuant to my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 U.S.C. 1681. After reviewing my credit report, I have reason to question the accuracy and completeness of the information being reported. Specifically : The account is listed as a debt-buyer account, yet no documentation is provided to prove that Credit Corp Solutions Inc. has legal ownership of this alleged debt. The Date of First Delinquency ( XX/XX/XXXX ) appears inconsistent with the reported account opening date of XX/XX/XXXX, which raises concerns about the accuracy of the reporting. The payment history and status codes listed ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ) require verification and explanation.…
I was notified that my credit card account with XXXX XXXX opened on or around XX/XX/year>, was charged off and allegedly all rights, title and interest to/in the contract and associated debt was assigned to CCS ( credit corp solutions inc ) . I had disputed the account with the credit bureaus, and the dispute was closed claiming it was valid. Months later I started receiving persistent ( daily up to monthly ) correspondence from a company called XXXX who allegedly was contacting me on behalf of CCS. Seeing that this was already the fourth entity regarding the same debt, I felt there was a break in the chain of title and I requested proof that they in fact had been assigned and thereby had standing to collect the debt they claimed I owed to them. I sent three notices requesting the same thing, with a final notice sent today, XX/XX/XXXX.…
Credit Corp Solutions is reporting a collection account on my credit reports that has been re-aged in violation of the FCRA. The account ending in XXXX originally from XXXX XXXX has been reported with an updated balance every single month making the debt appear more recent than it actually is. This constitutes re-aging which artificially extends how long negative information appears on my credit report and damages my credit score. I have disputed this account with all three credit bureaus. I am requesting that Credit Corp Solutions immediately cease re-aging this account and correct the reporting or delete it.
