I am submitting this complaint regarding inaccurate and unverifiable account closure and fraud-related reporting connected to multiple bank accounts reported to Early Warning Services ( EWS ). Several accounts were abruptly closed and reported using damaging classifications including Checking Account Fraud, Account Abuse, and Closed For Cause, despite the fact that I dispute engaging in fraudulent conduct or intentionally misusing these accounts. The reporting contains inconsistencies, incomplete transaction information, and multiple accounts marked as purged, which raises serious concerns regarding the ability to fully verify the reported information. Certain balances and transaction histories do not reconcile properly, and the reporting appears to rely on automated fraud coding rather than verified evidence directly tying disputed activity to me.…

I received multiple calls from my bank 's official phone number ( XXXX ) during my work day. After several calls, I picked up and was told that it was a representative from the fraud department of XXXX XXXX XXXX calling and asking for me by my full legal name. They told me my account had been flagged for fraud and that a phone in Pennsylvania had transferred large amounts of money through Zelle, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX from my account. They listed transactions and amounts for each app and told me that they would be escalating this to another team member. They transferred me to another person who gave me a list of " cancel codes '' for each of the transactions they were claiming had been placed, stating that those codes would then be given by me to the next person I would be transferred to in order to authenticate that the dispute was being performed by me, as they stated the scammer is more than likely rerouting my text messages and using my identity.…

I dispute the accuracy and completeness of this reporting. The reporting is inaccurate and misleading, including the Account Abuse designation and alleged unpaid balance. The report does not provide sufficient documentation supporting the reporting classification, and I request a full reinvestigation pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I am requesting : XXXX verification of the alleged debt/loss, XXXX verification of the Account Abuse classification, XXXX correction or deletion of any inaccurate information, XXXX and written confirmation of the investigation results.…
I am filing a formal complaint against Early Warning Services ( EWS ) for their failure to comply with federal law under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), specifically 15 U.S.C. 1681c2. EWS is reporting multiple inaccurate, unauthorized, and negative banking accounts on my consumer report. These items resulted from the unauthorized use or distribution of my personal information and qualify under the legal definition of identity theft. I have submitted an official FTC Identity Theft Report detailing the affected items. Furthermore, EWS has provided contradictory information. I previously submitted a Block & Delete request, and EWS confirmed the deletion of certain XXXX accounts ( XXXX ). However, their most recent report ( XX/XX/year> ] ) clearly shows these confirmed-deleted accounts, along with other disputed accounts, are still actively reporting. This constitutes a direct violation of their duty to maintain accurate records and to block items identified as identity theft.…
Our previous bank, XXXX XXXX, recently merged with XXXX XXXX. In the process our Zelle connections got severed. I called XXXX to have them reinstated and was told all was restored on not the personal and commercial side. Then, last Tuesday, a customer paid us {$870.00} through Zelle. We got a text message saying money had been sent but that we needed to sign up. We were confused because we thought we were all set up. I called XXXX and it turns out we werent set up properly. Over the course of the next 4 days I spent many hours on the phone with XXXX customer service sorting out the tangled mess of our Zelle accounts. Finally, last Saturday, I was able to connect our commercial Zelle file with our business bank account. I immediately got a notification that a payment of {$870.00} was waiting for me, did I accept. I accepted, but nothing happened- no deposit or even a record to deposit.…
I would like to clarify that I was unaware money had been sent to my Zelle account at the time of the incident. I did not knowingly participate in fraud, request fraudulent payments, or intentionally violate any Zelle policies. The situation occurred approximately 23 years ago, and I believe my account may have been restricted based on circumstances I did not fully understand at the time. Since then, I have not had any repeated issues involving fraud or suspicious activity. I respectfully request a manual review of my case and reconsideration of the permanent restriction placed on my Zelle access. Thank you for your time and consideration.
I was selling an item on XXXX and was messaged in the app about somebody buying an item. They asked me to send pictures to their husband so I did. They wanted to buy the item. He sent a cashiers check and I deposited. Funds became available the next day and I was completely unaware that could be reversed. He overpaid me so I could pay the movers and gave me the information and I Zelled the movers. Cashiers check was reversed. They were supposed to pick up the item today so I still have them item but am out the Zelle. I was naive and didnt understand how things work and feel like a fool.
am submitting this complaint due to the consumer reporting agencys failure to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, specifically 15 U.S.C. 609 ( e ). I submitted a complete Identity Theft Report, including an FTC Identity Theft Report, proof of identity, and a written request for a mandatory block of an unauthorized account appearing on my consumer banking report. Despite receipt of all required documentation, the company failed to block and remove the identity-theft-related account within four ( 4 ) business days, as required by federal law. This was not a standard dispute. This was a statutory request for a block under FCRA 609 ( e ), which does not allow discretionary reinvestigation or verification. The continued reporting of this account constitutes willful and/or negligent noncompliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

The Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), specifically 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2, states that a consumer reporting agency is required to block and remove any information identified as resulting from identity theft within four business days of receiving proper documentation. As I am a victim of identity theft and have no knowledge of the accounts in question, this law requires that all such fraudulent accounts be blocked and removed expeditiously from my consumer report. Please note that these same fraudulent items have already been deleted from my file with XXXX due to confirmed identity theft. In light of this, I expect Early Warning Services to take immediate and consistent action to block and remove these accounts without delay.…

I am unable to open a checking account due to information being reported by Early Warning Services. I have disputed this account multiple times ( XX/XX/year>, XX/XX/year>, and XX/XX/year> ), but Early Warning has failed to conduct a proper reinvestigation. In their most recent response, Early Warning stated that my dispute would not be reviewed because it did not include new or additional information. However, they have never provided any documentation showing that the account was properly verified in the first place. In a prior response, Early Warning also stated that they do not have access to account-level documentation and instructed me to contact the financial institution, XXXX. Despite admitting they do not have documentation, they continue to report this account on my consumer file. This is preventing me from opening a bank account and accessing basic financial services.…
