On XX/XX/XXXX, I entered into an Open-End Line of Credit Agreement with CashNetUSA, The agreement disclosed a 325.00 % APR and a {$1500.00} credit limit. My account records show CashNetUSA funded me {$2500.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. Since opening this account, I have made regular payments toward this debt. However, my payment history shows that a substantial portion of my payments was applied toward interest charges rather than principal reduction. My statements show repeated interest charges, including charges exceeding {$200.00} per billing cycle. As my financial hardship increased, I attempted to work directly with CashNetUSA to resolve this matter. Actions I took : On or about XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted CashNetUSA to request an affordable payment arrangement.…

In addition, the account continues to report a high balance and credit utilization that is significantly affecting my credit scores even while the account is actively being repaid through a negotiated arrangement.…
Ive been paying on a loan with NetCredit for well over two years. I have paid back all of the principal but still owe about {$500.00} less than the original loan amount. I have since learned that this loan is illegal in VA and was advised to revoke ACH. I did this on XX/XX/year> and three times thereafter - yet the company continues to take withdraws. When the first request was sent, I used an email address not tied to the account, so the request was rejected. I sent from the email address tied to the account on 3 separate occasions without any kind of response.

On or about XX/XX/year>, I received a collection notice from XXXX XXXX XXXX for approximately {$3000.00} related to CashNet USA. I do not recognize this debt and believe it is inaccurate. I requested validation, including a signed agreement, full account history, and proof of ownership, but no sufficient documentation has been provided. This debt is being collected and may be reported without proper verification. I request a full investigation and removal if the debt can not be validated.

I am an Oregon resident with an open-end line of credit through XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , serviced by XXXX ( Account # XXXX ). The effective APR on this account is approximately 106 %, which far exceeds Oregon 's legal interest rate cap of 36 %. I believe this is an illegal rent-a-bank arrangement in which XXXX is the true lender, not XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX . XXXX controls all aspects of this account including servicing, customer communications, collections, and account management. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, a Kentucky state-chartered bank, appears to be used solely to claim federal preemption of Oregon 's consumer lending laws a practice I believe constitutes an illegal evasion of Oregon state law. In XX/XX/XXXX I sent a written dispute letter to XXXX asserting these violations and requesting the account be closed with a {$0.00} balance. I followed up in XX/XX/XXXX requesting settlement options. I received absolutely no response to either communication.…

First I was contacted through a third party company on behalf of XXXX XXXX. They gave wrong information about the debt owed and also threatened to sue me if I did not comply with paying the debts. They contacted my employer without my consent and now they have contacted my mother although I did not use her as a reference. They disclosed the amount I owed with my mother without my consent via text message. I want the harassment to stop and for them to leave me alone expeditiously.
I disputed the XXXX installment loan online with XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX because the information being furnished about this account is inaccurate and does not match the actual history of the loan. XXXX shows that " this item was updated from our processing of your dispute in XX/XX/XXXX, '' but the underlying issues were not corrected. Based on the information in my XXXX report, these are the inaccuracies that remain within the XXXX tradeline. The account is marked as " Closed '' with a status update in XX/XX/XXXX, yet the payment history shows new late payments and collection codes for XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX. An account can not accrue new delinquencies or be placed into collection after it is closed by the original creditor. Additionally, the account is labeled " Closed, '' while the comments say " Purchased by another lender, '' and the payment history shows " Collection '' for the same period.…
I am filing this complaint regarding a personal loan account with XXXX. I made multiple attempts to resolve this debt and requested information about my balance and payment options. I was willing to set up a payment plan because I wanted to resolve the account in good faith. However, I was unable to get proper assistance. The company did not provide clear or reasonable payment options and required phone communication, which was not effective for me. I also experienced a language barrier, as I was not able to receive support in XXXX, which made it very difficult to communicate and resolve the issue. I made good faith efforts to resolve this matter, but the company did not offer accessible or workable solutions for me to manage the debt. I am requesting a review of this account and appropriate action based on my attempts to resolve the situation.
The company said I still owed XXXX XXXXXXXX in accrued interest after I made a payment of {$500.00} in XX/XX/year>. When I offered to make a payment plan that would work with my finances they said it was past that. So I told them I was refusing to pay after all their client locked me out of my account and I wasn't able to pay even after calling the original debtor.
In XX/XX/XXXX, I opened a XXXX line of credit and received approximately {$2200.00} after fees on a {$2500.00} credit line. From that point forward, I made consistent bi-weekly payments and have never made a late payment. Over the life of the account, I made more than XXXX payments totaling over {$20000.00}. Despite these payments, I am currently being told that I still owe approximately {$4300.00}. During the course of the account, I was charged a 10 % fee on each cash advance as well as recurring statement balance fees every billing cycle. Due to the structure of the account, I frequently had to take additional advances after making payments in order to cover ongoing financial needs. Each of these advances resulted in additional fees. In XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted XXXX to dispute the account and requested a review based on the total amount paid compared to the amount received.…

On XX/XX/year>, I entered into an Open-End Line of Credit Agreement with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , serviced by XXXX I took five cash advances totaling {$7000.00}, of which I actually received {$6300.00} XXXX deducted a 10 % " Cash Advance Fee '' ( {$700.00} ) before disbursement. The 19-page contract contains NO Annual Percentage Rate ( APR ) disclosure anywhere. The contract explicitly states : " Your Account does not have an interest rate like other traditional credit products. '' Instead, the company charges a " Statement Balance Fee '' every billing cycle based on the outstanding balance, plus the 10 % upfront Cash Advance Fee. Both are characterized as " Finance Charges '' within the contract itself, yet no equivalent APR is disclosed.…
I contacted XXXX regarding my account ( Account # XXXX ) because I am currently experiencing financial hardship and was attempting to discuss possible options. Instead of receiving meaningful assistance, I was sent a response stating that collection procedures will proceed until a suitable payment arrangement is established, which I found to be threatening and not helpful given my situation. I requested validation of the debt, including a full breakdown of the balance, payment history, interest, fees, and a copy of the original loan agreement, as well as proof that NetCredit has the legal authority to collect on this account. As of now, this information has not been provided. I am seeking transparency and verification of the debt before any further collection activity continues. I also request that communication be handled in a professional and non-threatening manner.

It does not include a complete itemization of the alleged balance, does not sufficiently establish the accuracy of the amount being reported, and does not provide documentation demonstrating current ownership or a clear chain of title.
