I am writing to formally dispute the following item appearing on all XXXX credit reports, which I have determined to be inaccurate and unlawful : Creditor Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Amount Reported : {$550.00} Date of Charge-Off : XX/XX/year> Reason for Dispute : XXXX. DEBT WRITTEN OFF AS A LOSS I submitted IRS Form 4506-T and obtained the 1099-C associated with this account. The issuance of a 1099-C confirms that the creditor has already written this debt off as a profit and loss, effectively canceling the debt. A creditor can not cancel a debt for tax purposes and simultaneously report it as an outstanding obligation on my credit report. This is inconsistent and constitutes an inaccurate reporting. XXXX. LOSS OF COLLECTION RIGHTS UPON SALE TO THIRD PARTY Once the original creditor sold or transferred this debt to a third-party debt collector, they relinquished all rights to collect on that debt.…
The last time I used my credit card was on XXXX. I noticed some charges on my account some time after from XXXX XXXX totaling {$290.00} dollars. The charges were made on XXXX XXXX different charges on the same date. I was never notified by Total Visa to ask whether or not I made the purchase. They obviously didnt see anything wrong with XXXX different charges made to account to warrant suspicious activity. I reached out to them and they were very unhelpful and uninterested in resolving the matter. They even told me about a transaction I never reported and told me that they seen I had logged into my account several times and didnt mention the charges before I discovered them. I have about XXXX credit cards and I log into mobile apps periodically to make sure Im keeping up with billing and statement dates. I dont necessarily look at my transactions if I dont notice anything.…
I paid a {$95.00} program fee XX/XX/year> for a Total credit card with a credit limit of {$300.00}. XX/XX/year> I called the company to ask when I should be expecting to receive my card. They told me that my car was sent out XX/XX/year> before the account was even active. However I never received a card until today XX/XX/year> only to find out that I have a balance of {$300.00} that needs to be paid. Im not understanding how I have a balance on a card I am just now receiving. I have spoken to multiple people from the company regarding the situation and they are not at all trying to resolve the problem. So I am reporting them as being fraudulent.
I updated my address due to relocation and the company closed the account. I called customer support to ask the reason for the closure and all I was told is that I requested an address change. I then asked for a reinstatement and was told that the account was not eligible for reinstatement. This hurt my credit and caused a delay in my home buying process
I am filing this complaint regarding a vehicle loan serviced by Vervent and originally obtained through XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I purchased my vehicle on XX/XX/year>. Within approximately one week of purchase, the check engine light came on and the vehicle began experiencing ongoing mechanical problems. I repeatedly reported these issues and brought the vehicle in for repairs under the warranty provided at the time of sale. Despite multiple repair attempts, including repairs that required parts to be ordered on several occasions, the defects were never properly resolved. The vehicle continued experiencing problems, including warning lights and performance issues, causing me significant inconvenience and financial hardship. I incurred additional expenses while attempting to keep the vehicle operational and continued making payments on a vehicle that remained defective.…
I paid off my credit card on XX/XX/year>. I was told my card is restricted for 30 days due to a return payment in XXXX. I can not sue car for 30 days. So I asked was this legal and do they have documentation to prove this. They responded by saying they do not and can not email anything to me. That is against the law to make up rules on credit cards.
I submitted a dispute that was denied because I logged into my online account. My wallet was lost and I logged on and noticed my card was used so I reported charges. The dispute was denied because my account was logged into. How else would I see the charges if I did not log in.
On or around XX/XX/year>, my auto loan was transferred from the original dealership financing company to the current lender. Since the transfer, the account has shown a past-due balance of approximately {$1100.00}. I have made regular payments of approximately {$410.00} every two weeks and have receipts documenting these payments. On XX/XX/year>, I contacted the lender regarding the past-due balance. During that conversation, a representative acknowledged that the company could see the payments in their system but stated that the account balance would not be updated. Since then, I have requested clarification and correction of the account balance and have provided proof of payment. Despite this, the account continues to show a past-due amount. I was informed that a supervisor would contact me regarding this issue ; however, the call has been delayed, and there has been no further communication from the company.…

I received an offer for a new total select credit card so I accepted the offer. They mailed me the card and II received an offer for a new total select credit card so I accepted the offer. They mailed me the card and I tried to set it up online and it would not allow me to set it up online. I called and asked them why I could not link the account. They said it just wasnt able to be linked and I said well then I dont want the card because I do everything online on apps on my phone I can pay my other Total credit card online. Why cant I not pay this one? I ended up getting charged {$75.00} and when I close the account because I could not use it I was told I was going to get a refund for it. The refund never showed up. I am formally disputing the late fees, delinquency reporting, and payment processing practices associated with my Total Visa account. For years, I maintained a positive payment history on this account. Despite numerous requests for a credit line increase, my credit limit remained unchanged. More importantly, I have experienced ongoing issues with payment processing and autopay administration. On multiple occasions, I attempted to pay the account balance in full. Each payment submission generated a confirmation number indicating that the payment had been accepted. Sufficient funds were available in my bank account at the time each payment was submitted. After receiving payment confirmations, I was later informed that the payments had allegedly been rejected by my bank. I contacted my financial institution and was advised that no such rejection had occurred and that sufficient funds were available. Despite this, late fees were assessed and negative credit reporting followed.…
Company : Total Visa Issue : Credit card fraud / billing dispute / improper investigation Complaint : I am submitting this complaint regarding multiple charges on my Total Visa XXXX XXXX account that I have repeatedly reported as unauthorized. This balance as of XX/XX/XXXX is {$690.00}. I initially reported these charges as fraud, and on or about XX/XX/year>, the company acknowledged the issue by closing my account. In their written correspondence, they stated that only any undisputed balance would be transferred to a new account after review. However, instead of resolving the disputed charges, the company transferred the full balanceincluding all disputed transactionsto a new account without properly completing the fraud investigation. Since that time, I have submitted multiple fraud claims, all of which have been denied.…
I have a new email address and phone number. I sent Total visa the information they wanted 7 times. They locked my card and will not get back to me. My balance is XXXX but they still owe me {$130.00} in credit for a refund I have coming to me. They are being discriminatory and trying to not giving me my refund.
One day after buying the car, I noticed there was a leak when I took it to the car wash. That same day, the check engine light came on. In addition, they delivered the car to me extremely dirty, even with spoiled food inside. Upon realizing all these problems, I wanted to return the car and get a refund, but the manager flatly refused, claiming that he could not do that, only help me with the 18-month warranty. I only used that warranty that week, and they delivered the car in the same condition. After that, I called again to use the 18-month warranty in XX/XX/XXXX, and no one answered the phone numbers. In XX/XX/XXXX, they answered saying that there was no longer any warranty for any vehicle since the new company VERVENT, only handles collections, so any repair was at my expense. To date, the car has presented multiple failures that can not be fixed because the car has security seals.…
On XX/XX/year>, I authorized an ACH payment to Total Visa using my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account. Between XX/XX/year>, and XX/XX/year>, fraudulent activity and identity theft occurred on my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account. Due to the fraud, I was forced to close the account. At the time the account was closed, I left funds available to cover the ACH payment ; however, ACH fees and overage charges reduced the balance. In XX/XX/year>, I resent a payment of {$200.00} to Total Visa. My Total Visa account is now suspended for 30 days or until I submit a bank statement showing my name. I also currently see a {$0.00} balance on the account.
I made a payment for my First Access Credit Card, and it posted on their site on XX/XX/XXXX. Normally, when a payment is made via a checking account, it takes a few days for the credit to be available. This payment was for the full amount of XXXX dollars, which is my limit, and they have not updated my available credit. They claim that since it was such a large amount, I would have to prove it is my bank account before the restriction would be available. I have now sent them bank statements showing the amounts cleared by both fax and email on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX, but still no resolution. Each time I call, they claim I have to wait until the " back office '' looks at it before they will release the funds. We are now 18 days later, and I still do not have my available credit, and I dont feel they want to resolve this matter since I have called them on at least five different occasions, including speaking to supervisors.

As of XX/XX/XXXX, I have paid a total of {$13000.00} on my auto loan. My current outstanding principal balance is {$21000.00}. Despite maintaining continuous private insurance since XX/XX/XXXX, and providing proof of coverage multiple times, the company has unjustly charged me {$520.00} in XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX fees. Furthermore, the official amortization table provided after the servicer transition shows an unauthorized bi-weekly payment increase from the contractual {$270.00} to {$350.00}. I have made multiple attempts to clarify these discrepancies through their new portal XXXX XXXX XXXX, but the company has remained silent, failing to acknowledge my insurance compliance or correct my balance.…
I am writing to formally request debt validation for a collection account mentioned in a letter I recently received. Under my rights through the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), I ask that your office provide clear proof that the debt is valid. This should include the name of the original creditor, the amount owed, a full payment record, and proof that I am responsible for this debt. I am making this request to ensure the information being reported is accurate and not the result of a mistake, fraud, or confusion. While waiting for proper validation, I ask that you pause all collection activity and reporting related to this account, as allowed by law.

I checked my account and found a late fee of XXXX dollars had been charged to me. I called and they said the payment didn't clear. I checked with my bank and verified that they never submitted my payment. I think that was intentionally done so they could tack on fees. I believe this company is predatory.

I asked his name again. And it changed to XXXX XXXX. I asked for a website so I could look at his company and he again said they could just sue me.
I am filing a complaint regarding a credit card account opened with Total Visa. The account required an upfront payment of {$99.00} to open, which was paid. However, the physical credit card has never been received. Despite this, the company has issued a bill stating that {$41.00} is past due. I have attempted to resolve this issue by contacting the company, but I am unable to access the account through their automated system because I do not have a card number. Their phone system requires an account number to proceed, and I have been unable to reach a live representative. I also attempted to set up online account access, but this was not possible without the card information. I have contacted the company via email requesting cancellation of the account and assistance, but have not received a resolution.…
