I am filing a complaint regarding unauthorized charges and failure to issue a promised refund. I owned a business and used CardConnectXXXX ( Fiserv ) as my merchant service provider. My merchant ID was XXXX. My company name was XXXX XXXX XXXX. Prior to selling my business at the end of XX/XX/XXXX, I notified my POS sales agent XXXX XXXX a couple of months in advance. I was explicitly told that I did not need to take any action and that the account closure and transition would be handled for me. The new owner took over the business on XX/XX/XXXX. Due to logistical reasons, the account wasn't transferred on the XXXX, so I acknowledge that I should pay for the month of XXXX. However, due to XXXX 's failure to close the account in a timely manner, I continued to be charged monthly fees totaling {$110.00} ( for the month of XXXX and XXXX ) after I no longer owned or operated the business.…

I am filing a complaint against Clover ( Fiserv ) regarding unauthorized and continued billing on a merchant account that I requested to be cancelled. I had two Clover merchant accounts. One remains active and I continue to pay for it. The second account was requested to be cancelled in XX/XX/XXXX and has not been used since that time. Despite multiple requests to cancel the account, Clover continued to charge approximately {$100.00} per month from XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX for services that were not used. Recently, I was informed that I owe an additional {$1000.00} for charges dated XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX. I dispute these charges entirely, as the account was not active and cancellation was requested long before these charges were applied. When I attempted to resolve the issue, Clover XXXX directed me to the collections department. The collections department then informed me that they are unable to resolve the issue and directed me back to Clover XXXX.…

I made multiple good-faith attempts to cancel my XXXX XXXX account via phone. Despite repeated requests, XXXX XXXX failed to process or confirm my cancellation. Due to this lack of response, I was forced to place a stop payment to prevent further unauthorized withdrawals from my bank account. In XX/XX/year>, I was approached by a representative named XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on behalf of XXXX. He promised a flat monthly fee of {$25.00} with no hidden costs. Despite this, the company began overcharging me. When confronted, XXXX XXXX admitted the error in writing, stating, " I apologize, that was my mistake. I am fixing it now. '' However, the charges were never corrected. I have repeatedly requested a copy of my signed contract and terms of service, but the company has consistently ignored my requests. Due to their breach of agreement and refusal to provide documentation, I stopped using the service and requested instructions to return the equipment, but received no response. Now, I am being harassed by a collection agency for {$1000.00}, which I dispute in its entirety.
In XX/XX/XXXX, I returned leased equipment to FDMS / First Data in accordance with the instructions provided by their representative. I have written confirmation from a First Data representative acknowledging that the equipment was returned, and I provided the tracking number associated with that return. Despite this documentation, FDMS has continued to charge my account approximately {$31.00} per month for over XXXX years for equipment that I no longer possess or use. These charges total thousands of dollars. I have repeatedly provided proof of return and communicated with FDMS to resolve this issue. Each time, FDMS has demanded a shipping receipt that is no longer reasonably available, while failing to recognize the return, update the lease, or issue a refund. FDMSs continued billing constitutes unauthorized, improper, and potentially unlawful charges.…

The independent sales agent, XXXX XXXX, explicitly forged my merchant contract by manually writing a " {$450.00} '' early termination fee onto a blank field AFTER I signed the document. I hold the original physical paper contract which proves the early termination fee field was completely blank. I reported this contract forgery to the corporate compliance department and the cancellation team ( XXXX XXXX ). However, despite my formal fraud complaint and compliance report, the company ignored the forgery and illegally, without authorization, withdrew {$450.00} from my bank account via XXXX on XX/XX/year>. This constitutes illegal contract alteration, deceptive business practices, and unauthorized electronic fund theft. I demand an immediate reversal of the stolen {$450.00}, a full waiver of any termination penalties based on the blank original contract, and official corporate confirmation that my merchant account is closed with a {$0.00} balance.…

On XX/XX/2025, check XXXX XXXX was used at a XXXX in XXXX, XXXX for the amount of {$150.00}. I believe someone fraudulently wrote my name on this check and used it at the store. The check itself and the linked bank account do not belong to me, as I do not have a checking account. This fraudulent debt has since been sent to collections. I have submitted formal dispute forms twice, yet I continue to receive the same automated response. The financial institution is failing to conduct a proper investigation, which would easily verify that I am not the account holder. My information was used to write this check. Subject : Urgent Joint Resolution Needed : Inter-Institution Finger-Pointing Withholding Federal FEMA Disaster Relief Funds I am filing this complaint against BOTH XXXXXXXX XXXX and Money Network regarding a federal FEMA disaster assistance disbursement deposited on XX/XX/XXXX. I am trapped in a cycle of institutional blame : Money Network explicitly states that XXXXXXXX XXXX has the funds, while XXXX XXXX claims that Money Network is still holding them. Meanwhile, my vital federal disaster recovery money has been completely inaccessible for well over a month. Both banks suggest the funds are in neither ledger. I filed complaint against XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, I have yet to get a response. Because these are legally protected emergency disaster relief funds, this continuous delay is causing severe, ongoing financial hardship. Neither institution will take ownership or provide a concrete path to release or return the money.…

I am filing this complaint against Money Network due to their repeated failure to respond to or investigate my unauthorized transaction claim ( Claim # XXXX ), which I have filed three separate times. Money Network is improperly denying or ignoring my claim based on a standard 60-day reporting window, in direct violation of Federal Regulation E. Under 12 CFR 1005.6 ( b ) ( 4 ), financial institutions are legally mandated to extend the 60-day reporting window for extenuating circumstances, specifically including incarceration. During the period the fraud occurred, I was physically confined, and my phone, wallet, and debit card were entirely confiscated by the facility, leaving me with zero access to my account or online banking. I acted with immediate diligence and disputed these charges the moment I was released. Money Network is refusing to acknowledge my legal right to an extended timeline under Regulation E.…

However, it appears that the matter has not yet been resolved, as I recently received a second set of XXXX notification letters by mail regarding the same fraudulent transactions. Was supposed to receive a government benefits card from Money Network via XXXX. CarXXXX never came in, and upon contacting XXXX, was told to contact Money Network. Upon contacting Money Network customer service, Im being greeted with an automated voice messaging system that only allows me to communicate through my number pad. The XXXX system demands that I type in a card number or SSN. Since I never received a card, I provide my SSN for it to tell me my account doesnt exist and hangs up. It will not let me reach a live agent without passing that part. So without an account or card, I can not speak to customer service. I called another line for Money Network and was met with a really rude employee stating that theres nothing she can do to assist and to contact that same phone number that I also mentioned to her that wasnt working. She then said thats my only option and theres nothing else for me to do, despite me explaining my situation.

I have had them send a replacement card over the past 2 months. No person is reachable over the phone directly so I must dial their regular support line and ask or beg to be transferred. Then they try to verify after I verified the fully automated system. I can declare every transaction on the account including amount and date. They refuse to validate and assist even with general information as in making a transfer without a debit card since they have never once sent me one. I now use direct deposit but there are funds still in the unissued debit card from money network.
I have a prepaid card from XXXX XXXX where my direct deposit from my work gets deposited and that I have been using for a long time, with no issues for the most part...
