In both XXXX and XX/XX/year>, I contacted the creditor and requested that the vehicle be voluntarily surrendered and retrieved from XXXX XXXX because the vehicle payments were not being made. A representative believed to be named XXXX refused my request to arrange pickup of the vehicle. She replied absolutely not for anyone to pick up the vehicle. So, I asked to remove my name from any association with this vehicle. As a result, the reporting of this account as an involuntary repossession is inaccurate and misleading.

Services auto account for a XXXX XXXX XXXX. The account was paid in full on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received an official paid-in-full confirmation letter from Global Lending Services verifying that the account balance was satisfied in full. After receiving the letter, I submitted a dispute to XXXX and provided the documentation showing the account was paid. However, XXXX responded stating that the documentation was not sufficient to make the requested correction or deletion and continued reporting the account negatively. I believe the continued reporting is inaccurate and misleading under the Fair Credit Reporting Act because I provided direct written proof from the creditor confirming the account was paid in full. Despite this documentation, the account continues to negatively affect my credit profile.

Application # XXXX I was approved for a XXXX XXXX XXXX the dealership is Auto Web Expo in XXXX, TX and the finance approver was Global Lending Services. I was a little sketchy to begin with here because GLS was attempting to charge a {$2900.00} acquisition fee and i noticed the difference in the price of the vehicle when I went to sign my contract. The only reason I decided to move forward was because the car was a great deal and the dealer had a front to back warranty that included under the hood and any electrical issues. This brought the price of the vehicle to around {$16000.00} which I felt was still reasonable despite the additional fees but never the less the acquisition fee was very high. I received my welcome email on XX/XX/XXXX indicating steps necessary to finalize my loan. I spoke to a rep for the required interview. I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle on the XXXX.

I was placed on a payment arrangement with XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) for a lump-sum payment of {$2400.00} due in XX/XX/year>. This arrangement was intended to resolve my delinquency and maintain my account in good standing. Despite this agreement, GLS repossessed my vehicle before the payment due date. I was never informed that the arrangement had been cancelled or that repossession would proceed. A representative previously acknowledged seeing my payment arrangement and referenced a possible system error or glitch in their records, suggesting my account status may have been incorrectly displayed internally. I believe this repossession was wrongful and caused by internal miscommunication or system error. I am requesting investigation, reinstatement of my account, and return of my vehicle and/or fair resolution.

I am submitting this complaint regarding the continued reporting and verification of a disputed repossession and deficiency balance by XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ). After reviewing GLSs prior responses and attached documentation, I identified multiple inconsistencies involving the addresses and repossession records being used to support continued credit reporting. The documentation provided by GLS contains conflicting address information, including incorrect apartment information and inconsistent ZIP codes associated with the same alleged mailing address. These inconsistencies raise serious concerns regarding whether the notices were actually generated and mailed at the time claimed and whether XXXX maintained accurate business records related to this account. Additionally, GLS has associated later addresses with this account that were not connected to the loan during the relevant timeframe surrounding the alleged repossession and sale of the vehicle.

The vehicle is a used vehicle financed through Global lending service with a very high interest rate. The monthly payments were high for the age and condition of the vehicle. I have requested the company refinance or settle the vehicle for the XXXX XXXX value XXXX years ago. Global lending denied that request. I had been paying on the vehicle for several years, paying at least XXXX on a XXXX XXXX XXXX. When I checked the blue book value of the vehicle it was less than {$800.00}, Global Lending has a balance of XXXX on my credit report. Vehicle loan or lease· Problems at the end of the loan or leaseCA

I am filing this complaint because Global Lending Services is reporting an auto loan as a profit and loss writeoff on my credit report, even though the vehicle was stolen, and the loss was completely outside of my control. I reported the vehicle stolen immediately and filed a police report. When the vehicle was eventually located, it had already been held in an impound facility for an extended period of time. The accumulated fees were over {$3000.00}, which I could not afford to pay in order to retrieve the vehicle. I contacted Global Lending Services to notify them of the theft and the impound situation. I was told that the lienholder was not responsible for the impound fees and that no assistance would be provided. Because of this, I had no reasonable ability to recover the vehicle, despite the fact that the loss resulted from theft and not from any misuse or neglect on my part.

My name is XXXX XXXX, and I am writing to formally dispute an erroneous entry on my credit reports with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. My date of birth is XX/XX/XXXX, and the last XXXX digits of my Social Security Number are XXXX. The account in question is with GLOBAL LENDING SERVICE, account number ending in XXXX, showing a derogatory balance of {$25000.00}. I initially became aware of this incorrect information when I reviewed my credit reports, which revealed a derogatory status that I believe to be inaccurate. This account is negatively impacting my credit scores, which currently stand at XXXX with XXXX, XXXX with XXXX, and XXXX with XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I filed a dispute with the credit bureaus regarding the inaccurate details on this account, yet the information remains unchanged. This failure to correct the erroneous data is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), which mandates that credit reporting agencies ensure the accuracy of the information they report.

I am submitting this complaint regarding inaccurate and inconsistent credit reporting by Global Lending Services ( GLS ) for account number XXXX. This account was previously subject to delinquency ; however, it was later reinstated, brought current, and ultimately paid in full. After the payoff, GLS issued a refund check to me for an overpayment on the account. The correspondence that accompanied the refund explicitly states that my financial obligation has been satisfied in full. Despite this, GLS continues to report the account as a charge-off on my credit report. A charge-off indicates a loss due to nonpayment, which directly contradicts the fact that the account was paid off and that a refund was issued. These two positions can not both be accurate. I previously disputed this matter directly with GLS. In their response dated XX/XX/XXXX, they stated that the account was charged off on XX/XX/XXXX and that their reporting is accurate.

I received a phone call at XXXX pm from XXXX. Before I could answer, I saw it was from Global Lending Services. I answered and they asked for my adult son. I said he did not live with me and I don't know where he is, which is true. She asked me to tell him to call them and rattled off a bunch of numbers. I interrupted her and told her she had no business looking up my son 's possible acquaintances and go around asking about him- inadvertently dragging his reputation through the mud. She should not have asked me to relay a message to my son.

This complaint is a follow-up to a prior CFPB complaint that Global Lending Services LLC failed to substantively address. In response to my prior complaint, GLS stated that it would address all concerns i n one response but did not provide any documentation or explanation regarding the specific issues raised. This is not a substantive response and does not resolve the dispute. My vehicle was repossessed and later reported as sold on or about XX/XX/year>, for {$2600.00}, resulting in a remaining balance of approximately {$14000.00} that GLS continues to report and/or rely on. I specifically requested documentation showing how the vehicle was sold and how the {$2600.00} sale price was determined. GLS has not provided any documentation identifying the actual method of sale ( private sale or auction ) and has not provided records supporting either method.

Dear Global Lending Services Team, I am writing regarding my auto loan and the recent repossession of my vehicle ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I fell behind on my payments due to a significant and unexpected hardship. During this same period, I experienced the passing of my father, and my child is currently hospitalized. We have been spending nights at the hospital, which has limited my ability to consistently access my phone and communicate in the usual ways. I would also like to note that I have been a customer since XXXX and have consistently made payments over the life of this loan. I am now within approximately the final 10 months of repayment. This situation is not reflective of my overall payment history, but rather a short-term hardship due to the circumstances described above. I remain committed to fulfilling my obligation and completing this loan. Despite these circumstances, I made multiple good-faith efforts to stay current and resolve the situation.

I am disputing the accuracy of a loan balance remaining after my vehicle was repossessed and sold. Global Lending Services LLC repossessed the vehicle and later reported that it was sold on or about XXXX XXXX XXXX, with sale proceeds of {$2600.00}. They have since reported and/or relied on a remaining deficiency balance of approximately {$14000.00}. I requested documentation showing how the vehicle was sold and how the sale price was determined. Specifically, I requested records identifying whether the sale was conducted as a private sale or auction, any sale or auction records, buyer information, evidence of market exposure or marketing efforts, and any valuation or condition reports supporting the {$2600.00} sale price. Global Lending Services has not provided any documentation showing how the sale was actually conducted.

I am filing a complaint against Global Lending Services ( GLS ) for misrepresentation, improper repossession fees, inaccurate account handling, and unfair denial of hardship assistance. GLS repossessed my vehicle even though I was actively communicating with them about hardship. To redeem the vehicle, I was told I had to pay {$1600.00}, which they stated covered the pastdue monthly payments. I also had to pay the tow company {$260.00} to release the vehicle from their lot. After I paid both amounts, GLS added an additional {$490.00} repossession fee, even though GLS arranged the tow and the tow company had already been paid. I believe this fee is improper and was misrepresented. GLS also had me electronically sign an Extension Agreement. I was told this would give me time to catch up and prevent further negative action. However, the document contained misinformation, including stating that GLS had already granted me an extension for months that I had already paid for.

On XX/XX/year>, I called GLS to ensure that on XX/XX/year>, {$510.00} would be charged to my account from Global Lending Services. I confirmed this by contacting both my bank XXXX XXXX XXXX and GLS ( Global Lending Services ). They provided me with a confirmation number ( XXXX ). Today, on XX/XX/year>, I received a call during my honeymoon saying I never made a payment. I asked to speak to a XXXX, who confirmed my confirmation number, and I sent them an email with my bank statements. They also confirmed that the charged money was transferred from my bank to their company. Despite all this confirmation, a GLS manager told me that even though my statements match their records, my payment is still not in their system. I was then told I need to pay an additional {$510.00} to avoid a past due penalty or balance. I refused, as I have proof I already paid them. I told them if this was not resolved by the end of the day, I would proceed with charges for theft.

Global Lending Services repossessed my XXXX XXXX XXXX and sold it for only {$1000.00}. The fair market value of this vehicle is $ XXXX {$6000.00}. They now claim I owe {$11000.00}. I am submitting a complaint regarding a deceptive add-on product that was financed into my auto loan. At the time of purchasing my vehicle, I was sold a product called XXXX XXXX XXXX. This product was presented to me in a way that led me to believe it functioned as XXXX insurancespecifically, that it would protect me financially if my vehicle was declared a total loss.
