Vehicle loan or lease· RepossessionSC

I purchased a vehicle ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. About a week after the purchase the salesman contacted me stating that the bank says my proof of income is now not sufficient enough after I have already been approved. I payed {$2000.00} for the down-payment and provided bank statements from XXXX XXXX before the finance was approved. Once I was contacted by the salesman stating that my proof of income was not sufficient, i submitted the bank statements a second time along with screenshot of my weekly pay on my employer work hub app. I also called my employer on three-way call with the salesman. I feel this is in retaliation for my complaint to the better business bureau for my spouse and my credit being illegally ran by XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX and our income being under reported by the salesman the month prior resulting in a negative decline to my spouse and I credit score.

Hyundai is reporting an inaccurate XXXX late payment history on my auto lease account, which has caused an immediate, significant drop in my XXXX XXXX and financial harm. I tendered my full, contractual monthly lease payments within 30 days. I am enrolled in XXXX XXXX XXXX automatic payment system. My account successfully drafted my funds on time. However, Hyundai internally misallocated my monthly lease payments to cover an annual municipal vehicle excise tax without my explicit authorization or explicit notification that my base lease payment was falling short. This systemic allocation error triggered a 37-day delinquency. I have now paid the balance out-of-pocket to zero to mitigate damage. Because the on-time automatic draft was hijacked by Hyundais internal billing logic, I demand that Hyundai immediately delete the 30-day late flag from all credit bureaus and refund any associated late fees.

Charging a full {$900.00} replacement fee for a microscopic XXXX '' tread variance or less on most tires is predatory and deceptive based on the dealer 's explicit verbal guidance. I am filing a complaint against Kia Finance regarding an unresolved vehicle title transfer that has been ongoing for approximately two years. I have a vehicle financed through Kia Finance that was originally titled in Georgia. After relocating to Oregon, I began the required process to transfer the title and register the vehicle in Oregon. I am filing a formal complaint against Kia Finance for an unfair, abusive, and deceptive repossession stemming from internal system errors, broken electronic signature processes, and a total failure to notify me of an account status change. I fell approximately 1.5 months behind on my auto loan payments. In good faith, I contacted Kia Finance and requested a 2-month deferral to bring the account current. A Kia representative reviewed my account and formally approved the deferral request. Following this approval, Kia Finance sent an electronic signature link to finalize the paperwork. However, Kia 's electronic portal locked the document with a password that was never provided to me, making it technologically impossible for me to sign.
