This collection is not mine. I had my auto pay taken out of my account for next months service on XX/XX/year>. This was confirmed both by XXXX and on the internet that they bill month prior. I disconnected service with XXXX on XX/XX/year> and transported my line over to XXXX for my phone number XXXX with proof shown in the below attachments. XXXX has made it so I was not able to call or access any of my account documents. When I called them they said I had to speak to the collections agency and they can not help me at all with my debt. They are hard to get a hold of with their automated phone tree. I tried several times. Then when I did they told me to email. I sent in a dispute online in XXXX heard nothing then I sent in another XX/XX/year> and am not getting any information back. They tell me they cant do anything XXXX has to but yet XXXX can update and ruin my credit score.

On XX/XX/year>2026, aXX/XX/XXXX EDT, I received an unsolicited text message from short cXX/XX/XXXXe XXXX that read exactly as follows : Hi XXXX, This is MRS BPO, a collection agency. Were reaching out regarding an important matter concerning your XXXX XXXX XXXX account. Please visitXX/XX/XXXXXXXX to learn more. Reply STOP to opt out. This was the first communication I have ever received from MRS BPO regarding any alleged debt. The message fails to satisfy 15 U.S.C. XXXX ( XXXX ). It does not state that the communication is an attempt to collect a debt or that any information obtained will be used for that purpose. Identifying the sender as a collection agency and vaguely referencing an important matter does not meet the clear disclosure requirement of the statute. The message also contains none of the information required by 15 U.S.C. XXXX ( a ).

I am filing this complaint against MRS BPO , LLC regarding their attempt to collect an alleged debt in the amount of {$70000.00} that they claim is associated with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am formally disputing this alleged obligation because I did not recognize this account, I did not authorize this account, and I am not the person responsible for this alleged debt. I am a victim of identity theft, and my personal information is being wrongfully associated with an account that does not belong to me. MRS BPO , LLC is attempting to hold me responsible for an alleged obligation without providing any evidence proving that I am the actual debtor or that I ever entered into any agreement with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am requesting complete debt validation pursuant to my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), including 15 U.S.C. 1692g.

I am requesting the removal of this XXXX collection from my credit report because the balance being reported is inaccurate and inconsistent. My final XXXX bill was XXXX. I later received a debt verification letter from MRS BPO showing a balance of XXXX. The account is now being reported by XXXX XXXX with a balance of XXXX. These conflicting balances demonstrate that the debt has not been reported accurately. XXXX has failed to maintain a consistent and verifiable balance for this account. Because the reported information is inaccurate and can not be relied upon I request that this collection be removed from my credit report. If XXXX believes the reported balance is accurate it must provide a complete itemized accounting and documentation supporting every increase from my final bill to the amount currently being reported. I request that this inaccurate collection be deleted from all credit reporting agencies.

I had to use other carriers, including XXXX and XXXX XXXX, because XXXX service was not usable. I disputed the charge with XXXX and later with the collection company. I requested proof of the debt, itemized charges, proof of usable service, call/cancellation records, and deletion of negative credit reporting. They did not provide the requested proof. I am filing this complaint because XXXX incorrectly created a negative account balance and sent the matter to collections after I received only the correct refund amount for an item that was never delivered to my address. On XX/XX/year>, I purchased a XXXX earpiece online for {$150.00} and paid through XXXX. The item was not delivered to me. After I contacted the delivery carrier, the carrier investigated and confirmed on XX/XX/year> that the package had been lost or delivered to the wrong address. I then contacted the merchant and provided the delivery information. The merchant refused to issue a full refund. Instead, the merchant only provided a partial refund of {$80.00}. Because the item was not delivered and the merchant refused to refund the remaining balance, I disputed the remaining amount with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX credited only {$72.00}, which was the exact unpaid balance after the merchants {$80.00} partial refund. There was no double refund.

I am filing this complaint against MRS BPO , LLC for severe violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), specifically regarding deceptive collection practices, caller ID spoofing, and failure to provide lawful debt validation. On XX/XX/year>, I sent a formal FDCPA debt validation request via certified mail to MRS BPO , LLC regarding an alleged XXXX XXXX XXXX account, demanding proof of their legal ownership or chain of title to collect this deb. In response, MRS BPO , LLC failed to provide any proof of ownership, assignment, or a copy of the original agreement. They merely sent a stack of historical charges and statements, which does not establish their legal right to collect this money. Furthermore, an agent from MRS BPO , LLC contacted me by phone. The agency intentionally spoofed their caller ID to display " XXXX XXXX '' to mislead me into believing I was speaking with my original bank.

MRS BPO contacted me by text message regarding an alleged XXXX telecommunications debt in the amount of approximately {$530.00}. However, MRS BPO also sent a debt collection text message to my sisters phone number. My sister is not responsible for this alleged account, is not a co-signer, is not an authorized user, is not an account holder, and has no legal connection to this debt. The message sent to my sister identified MRS BPO as a collection agency and stated that my XXXX account was recently placed with us for collection. This disclosed or clearly implied private debt collection information about me to a third party. I did not give MRS BPO, XXXX, or any vendor permission to contact my sister or any family member about this alleged debt. I believe this was an improper third-party communication and a debt collection tactic that caused embarrassment, stress, and concern.

I am a victim of identity theft, and I am filing this complaint against XXXX and the collection agency, MRS BPO, for extreme negligence. These companies need to be held responsible for their incompetent business practices. I have been a valued XXXX customer for several years, with my valid account based in Kentucky. Someone in Massachusetts contacted XXXX to open a landline account in my name. When XXXX typed my information into their system, my original, active account had to have been displayed on their screens. XXXX completely overrode that red flag, ignored the geographic discrepancy, and allowed the account to go through anyway. They are just as accountable for this as the person who scammed me. I immediately contacted XXXX, informed them of the identity theft, and they flagged the account as fraud. Despite knowing XXXX well it was fraud, XXXX went ahead with more incompetency and pushed it through to a debt collector, MRS BPO, just XXXX to XXXX weeks later.

I have communicated with the company multiple times, requesting a clear and itemized explanation of the amount alleged to be owed. The official website of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau FAQs ask the question- What information is required to be in the validation notice from a debt collector about my debt? The XXXX item that is required says An itemization of the current amount of the debt that reflects interest, fees, payments, and credits since a particular date. This was clearly missing and requested multiple times. On XX/XX/year> I was forced to make a formal request via certified mail for purposes of documentation. I am filing this complaint because XXXX sent an alleged debt to collections for funds I do not owe. I did not withdraw, spend, or otherwise receive access to the money. Despite this, XXXX later claimed I owed the amount and sent the account to collections.
