I sent a domestic wire transfer for {$10000.00} from my PNC bank account to a XXXX XXXX account on XX/XX/year>. PNC flagged it as fraud, causing XXXX XXXX to close the receiving account. I filed a wire recall to get the money returned to my account in late XXXX or early XXXX. I made numerous phone calls to find out the status but was told only that it may take 50- 90 days for the recall. I received a letter from PNC on XX/XX/XXXX advising me that they were unable to complete the recall. I went to my local PNC branch and a manager there was advised by PNC to do a second wire recall which she did. I have learned from the receiving party that the money has been taken from her account but neither XXXX XXXX nor PNC can give me any information regarding the status of the recall, other than their standard answer of 50- 90 days. This is completely unacceptable. Neither bank has ever contacted me for any kind of " investigation '' which they say is the reason why the recall takes so long.

I am submitting this complaint regarding repeated servicing failures by involving my mortgage escrow account and force-placed insurance notices. Despite maintaining escrow with PNC specifically for the purpose of timely payment of insurance premiums, PNC failed to properly process payments for my wind/hurricane insurance coverage, resulting in cancellation of my policy, repeated threats of force-placed insurance, and significant time, stress, and financial burden on me as the homeowner. I have maintained my mortgage with PNC for several years. My escrow account is intended to ensure that required insurance premiums are paid timely and accurately. However, beginning in XX/XX/XXXX, PNC repeatedly mishandled my wind/hurricane insurance payments and documentation. In XX/XX/XXXX, I received notice from PNC stating that force-placed wind/hurricane insurance would be placed on my property because proof of coverage had not been provided.

I was experiencing hardship and fell behind on my payments. I went through continuing to pay as long as I could. I fell behind and sent in paperwork for hardship assistance. They never acknowledged my application and continued with a foreclosure process. I filled out and sent in another hardship application although they had already started foreclosure process. I spoke to them letting them know I was going to catch up payments. I never received anything from attorneys nor was I served anything. I did what I said I would do as far as catching up payments but they continuously added attorney fees that I do not feel I should be charged with. I feel this is predatory and they also will not grant hardship application to try to help me during this hardship Ive experienced. Ive paid all missed payments exactly like I said I would. The fees and late payment fees and attorney fees have increased and they have done nothing to try to help me.

PNC Bank is refusing to release funds from a checking account explicitly designated as Payable on Death ( POD ) to a trust. We have provided a valid Wisconsin Certification of Trust under Wis. Credit card· Problem when making paymentsVI

I am filing this complaint against PNC Bank regarding a XXXX late payment inaccurately reported to all three credit bureaus on my credit card account ending in XXXX. This late mark was caused entirely by PNCs system errors and misinformation from their customer service staff, not by any failure to pay on my part. On XX/XX/year>, I called PNC to make my payment before the due date. The PNC payment system kept returning error messages, and the representative could not process the payment. I was told to call back the next day. I called PNC every day from XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/year> in a documented effort to pay on time and avoid a late fee or negative credit reporting. On XX/XX/year>, after multiple attempts, PNC customer service confirmed that my payment was accepted. I relied on that confirmation. PNC never notified me by phone, email, mail, or account alert that the payment was later rejected by their system. On XX/XX/year>, my card was declined when I tried to buy breakfast.

I have been banking with PNC Bank for approximately two years and am extremely concerned about the ongoing issues involving unauthorized recurring charges and the lack of resolution provided by the bank. While working for XXXX, I rented vehicles through XXXX under weekly rental agreements. My first rental contract lasted from XX/XX/XXXX, through XX/XX/XXXX, with recurring weekly charges of approximately {$380.00} deducted from my account. After returning the vehicle on XX/XX/XXXX, I immediately entered into a second rental agreement with XXXX that lasted only one additional week, ending XX/XX/XXXX. Despite this, the recurring deductions from the original contract continued, resulting in a total of eight invoices being billed to my account for only approximately six and a half weeks of vehicle use. I contacted PNC multiple times regarding these incorrect charges and filed at least four disputes.

After discovering the scam, I contacted PNC Bank to dispute the transactions and request reimbursement. PNC Bank denied my dispute, citing XXXX XXXX user agreement as the basis for their decision. However, I believe this denial is improper for the following reasons : 1. Under the Electronic Fund Transfer Act ( Regulation E ), consumers are entitled to protections against fraudulent electronic transactions, and a user agreement can not override federal law. 2. In XXXX, major banks participating in the XXXX network including PNC agreed to expand reimbursement policies to cover consumers who were deceived into sending money through scams ( authorized push payment fraud ). My case falls within this category. 3.
