They are impossible to speak to due to not having an actual customer service number they handle everything through emails. I reached out to settle balance however they have inaccurate information stating the balance is XXXX. I refuse to over pay on something I know I do not owe. I have submitted a dispute but have not heard anything back and it is important I get this taken care of as soon as possible as I am in the middle of trying to purchase my XXXX home but both companies are making it impossible to get this resolved.

Credit card· Problem with a purchase shown on your statementFL

I am filing a complaint because my financial institution failed to properly investigate a disputed transaction and came to an inaccurate conclusion that it was not fraud. I disputed a {$230.00} charge from XXXX XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX under Case No. XXXX. I discovered this fraudulent charge only after receiving a XXXX late notice, which was confusing because I was under the clear impression that the account had been closed in XX/XX/XXXX. I reported the issue immediately after receiving the late notice, yet the institutions employee delayed submitting the dispute for nearly a monthrepeatedly instructing me to call in and stalling the process. Despite these delays being entirely the institutions fault, they later denied the dispute, falsely claiming it was outside the XXXX window. The financial institution also concluded that the transaction was not fraud but provided no evidence whatsoever that I authorized it.

Payday loan, title loan, personal loan, or advance loan· Problem when making paymentsCA

I am filing this complaint against Possible Finance due to failure to timely process my ACH revocation, delayed responsiveness, and conduct that is placing me at risk of further financial harm. I provided formal advance notice revoking ACH authorization for this account several days before my payment due date. I made my instructions clear that I no longer authorized electronic withdrawals from my bank account. Instead of promptly confirming that revocation, Possible Finance delayed the matter, requested identity verification, which I complied with, and still failed to provide timely written confirmation that my ACH authorization had actually been revoked. Meanwhile, my payment due date is now imminent, and I continue receiving payment reminder communications while this issue remains unresolved. This is unacceptable.

Payday loan, title loan, personal loan, or advance loan· Incorrect information on your reportOH

I have reviewed the response provided by Possible Financial regarding my account. While Possible confirmed that all required payments were completed, their response does not sufficiently support the negative reporting of this account as charged off. The documentation provided shows that : All scheduled payments were made and completed The loan balance was satisfied in full However, Possible has not provided : A clear explanation of when or why the account was considered delinquent Documentation showing missed or late payments Justification for reporting the account as charged off despite successful repayment If all payments were completed as agreed, the reporting of this account as charged off appears inaccurate or misleading.

Credit card· Closing your accountKY

This company is committing fraud against the IRS and U.S government. The company claims that my account is charged off and/or in collections, however I never received a 1099c for the account. When a debt is charged off that means the creditor is claiming to have written off the debt on their taxes and received a profit. It is illegal to continue reporting the account on my personal credit reports because charge offs are considered income by the IRS. Income is forbidden to be on a consumers credit report according to 15 USC 1681 ( 2 ) ( a ) ( i ). Furthermore, I have a right to privacy and I consider this income as private information, therefore this account must be removed immediately. This company is also in violation of the following : 15 USC 1692c 15 USC 1692g 15 USC 1681 e ( b ) 15 USC 1635

I am disputing the inaccurate reporting and deceptive collection attempts for Possible Financial ( Account # XXXX ). XXXX reports this account was " Charged Off '' as of XX/XX/year>. However, on XX/XX/year>, I received a solicitation from " XXXX '' attempting to settle a {$500.00} balance for {$250.00}. This constitutes deceptive reporting and a violation of the FCRA. I recently reviewed my credit report and discovered a collection account listed as POSSIBLEFINA XXXX which I do not recognize and do not believe is accurate. I have not received proper validation of this alleged debt as required under 15 U.S.C. 1692g ( FDCPA ), which mandates that a debt collector provide validation of the debt upon dispute. Furthermore, under 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( b ) ( FCRA ), furnishers of information are required to conduct a reasonable investigation and report accurate and complete information to the credit bureaus. To date, I have not received any documentation such as the original signed agreement, complete payment history, or proof that this company has the legal authority to collect this alleged debt. The continued reporting of unverified and potentially inaccurate information is causing harm to my credit profile.

Payday loan, title loan, personal loan, or advance loan· Charged fees or interest you didn't expectTX

I opened an installment loan with Possible Financial Inc. in XX/XX/XXXX with an original balance of approximately {$70.00}. The account is now being reported as charged off with a current balance of {$87.00} as of XX/XX/XXXX. I dispute the accuracy, completeness, and verifiability of this account as it is currently being reported. The increase in the reported balance has not been properly explained or substantiated with any itemized breakdown of fees, interest, or charges applied to the account after origination or prior to charge-off. Despite repeated reporting to consumer credit bureaus, Possible Financial Inc. has not provided documentation sufficient to verify the accuracy of the amount being furnished, including a full account ledger or detailed explanation of how the current balance was calculated. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), all information furnished to credit reporting agencies must be fully accurate, complete, and verifiable.

CFPB, I am writing to formally notify you that I am currently receiving charge-off notices from Possible Finance regarding my account. This is deeply concerning, as my final payment has already been successfully processed and posted to my bank account. Specifically, the payment in question was completed and reflected on XX/XX/XXXX. I have both the transaction record from my bank and corresponding confirmation indicating that the payment was made and received. Despite this, XXXX XXXX continues to act as though the balance remains outstanding and is now attempting to classify the account as a charge-off. I anticipate that Possible Finance may dispute my claim ; however, the documentary evidence, including the payment posting date and confirmation records, clearly demonstrates that the obligation has already been satisfied.

Payday loan, title loan, personal loan, or advance loan· Problem when making paymentsTX

I had a loan with the initial due date as XXXX. Due to me losing my job I was not able to make the payment. The loan was passed due for the XXXX payment. I was able to make a payment on XX/XX/XXXX. Due to the loan being in past due status it would not let me pick a payment to make, I was only given the option to just make a payment with my debit card. Once I made the payment the account updated showing I still hadn't made the XXXX payment, which is weird because usually when you are behind on an account the payment goes towards the past due balance, not a future payment. I contacted support and advised the rep that I need that payment to be applied to the past due balance which would stop the account from going into collections. I was told they could not refund the payment so that it can be applied to the payment that is 20 days past due. Instead he insisted that I make another payment by XX/XX/XXXX, which is a duplicate payment.

Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally dispute the reporting of an account listed under POSSIBLE FINANCIAL INC on my credit report. The account reflects the following information : Balance : {$870.00} Remark : Account charged off {$870.00} written off {$870.00} past due as of XX/XX/2026 This reporting appears inconsistent and inaccurate. If the account has been charged off and written off, it should not continue to reflect a past-due balance of {$870.00}. Reporting a balance as both written off and still past due is contradictory and misleading, which does not comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) requirement that information reported must be accurate and complete. Additionally, the continued reporting of this account as both charged off and actively past due is negatively impacting my credit profile.
