Payday loan, title loan, personal loan, or advance loan· Received a loan you didn't apply forMI

My Quick Wallet, used my general loan inquiry information and entered me into purgatory loan that I didn't agree to or apply for with this company. This is a fraudulent loan company took over {$400.00} from my bank account for a {$300.00} loan. I contacted the company in regards to this matter and informed them that they fraudulently entered me into a loan that had a ridiculous interest rates and repayment amount that tripled the amount of the supposed loan. I asked them to produce the agreement that I supposedly agreed to but, they never furnished me. After, I contacted them I made a claim with my bank, who also reached out to this fraudulent loan company in regards to them withdrawing unauthorized, but my bank received no response. So as a result my bank refunded the funds and any overdraft fees from the transaction back into my bank account.

On XX/XX/year>, I was contacted by a representative calling from XXXX, claiming to represent an agency associated with the email address XXXX. The company is attempting to collect an alleged debt of approximately {$4000.00}. This alleged debt does not appear on any of my three official credit bureau files ( XXXX XXXX, or XXXX ). During the initial contact, the representative subjected me to intense high-pressure tactics, demanding immediate payment on the spot and refusing to allow me time to review the claim. When I stated I could not pay immediately and needed to investigate, the representative hung up on me. I called the number back and reached a female representative. They sent an email containing an unrecognized account number and a supposed loan agreement. They stated that because the account was late, they were immediately sending it to legal arbitration, threatening that I would owe significantly more money if I attempted to exercise my right to dispute it.

I took out a high interest loan not fully anticipating the fees and interest and struggled to pay the bi weekly amount. I called multiple times for refinancing options and was informed that I do not qualify. The interest is usurious and they make it nearly impossible to catch up. I owe far more than I borrowed and customer service just wants to know when I can make a payment rather than working with me

I applied for a loan for {$700.00} through my quick wallet on XXXX of XXXX. I completed the application process and was told my application was pending. The next day or so, {$300.00} was deposited into my account. I did not receive or sign any paperwork for this said amount borrowed. No rates, dates of transactions, or total amount was given to me. I have been paying anywhere between $ XXXX {$100.00} bi weekly per paycheck since XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX totaling {$920.00}. Not to mention my quick wallet took these payments from my account I did not decide how much was taken. If the full payment of {$290.00} was due at a certain date, they had access to take that amount by the correct daye, but didn't so they could over charge my account. When I called my quick wallet to complain they finally sent me a document about my loan. A document that I never signed because I had never seen it until the emailed to me {$920.00} later.

I am filing this complaint against Willow Lake Lending regarding a {$420.00} consumer loan made to me as a New Jersey resident. I believe this loan is illegal, usurious, unenforceable, and in violation of New Jersey lending and consumer protection laws. Willow Lake Lending issued me a {$420.00} loan and has already collected {$450.00} from me, which exceeds the amount borrowed. The withdrawals appeared on my bank account as XXXX payments from WillowLakeLend, including {$110.00} payments on XX/XX/year>, XX/XX/year>, and XX/XX/year>, along with additional amounts bringing the total paid to {$450.00}. I dispute the legality and enforceability of this loan. New Jerseys usury law generally limits interest to 6 % per year, or 16 % per year where there is a written contract, unless a valid legal exception applies. New Jersey also has criminal usury limits for loans subject to New Jersey law, including a 30 % maximum for non-corporate borrowers.

This company requested an excessive amount of personal information, including my online banking login credentials. After completing the bank verification process and being informed that my loan was approved, I was suddenly told that my application was denied. Since then, I have been unable to contact the company, as my calls appear to be blocked, and I have not received any denial notice or explanation as required. I am extremely concerned about the handling of my personal and financial information. If this company attempts to withdraw funds from my account or otherwise misuses my information, I will pursue all available legal remedies, including filing complaints with the appropriate regulatory agencies and seeking legal action.

I am formally disputing the accuracy, validity, and reporting of the above-referenced collection account associated with ZocaLoans / Rosebud Lending LZO . The original loan amount was approximately {$800.00}. However, the account is currently reporting a balance exceeding {$5000.00}. I request a complete accounting and validation of the balance being reported, including an itemized breakdown of all interest, fees, penalties, charges, and calculations used to arrive at the reported amount. The original agreement reflects an APR of approximately 771.77 %, which raises concerns regarding the legality and enforceability of the balance being reported and collected. I further dispute whether the amount being furnished to consumer reporting agencies accurately reflects a lawful and verifiable debt obligation. Additionally, the reported dates appear inconsistent across consumer reporting agencies. My understanding is that the date of first delinquency was XX/XX/year>.

I obtained a {$750.00} installment loan from Willow Lake Lending in XX/XX/year>. Since origination, I have paid approximately {$3500.00} through scheduled debits ( 34 payments of {$100.00} ), yet the lender is still asserting a remaining balance of approximately {$580.00}. I am disputing the lenders payment practices and ongoing ACH withdrawals. Given the substantial amount already collected relative to the original principal, I have serious concerns about how payments have been applied and how the remaining balance has been calculated. I revoked ACH authorization and notified both the lender and my bank that no further electronic debits are authorized. I also opened a dispute with my bank and provided supporting documentation, including the loan agreement and payment-related records. Despite these actions, collection activity appears ongoing and the lender continues to claim a remaining balance.
